  Using RVezy.com was great, very easy to navigate and we ended up booking a beautiful trailer for 3 days. The host was very friendly on pick up and the trailer was exactly as advertised. We made a last minute change to the booking to include propane and it was a very easy process to make the change. We will definitely be using RVezy again in the future.

  We had a few hiccups during our trip, including a couple flat tire and some delays with roadside assistance, but overall it was a good experience, particularly with Aaron. He was quick to respond and took it upon himself to rectify the problems, which we really appreciated. The RV was comfortable and made the trip so much more fun than setting up a tent everywhere. Despite the challenges, we had a lot of fun and were thankful for Aaron's support.

  We found the site much easier to navigate than others. We found the two units to chose from with great descriptions of the units. We decided on the JPT Galleria, contacted the owner and we had our trip half complete. We recommended the site to our friends who were about to try and trip. Thanks RVEZY

  Using RVEZY was SIMPLE! It made planning super easy from reviewing RV options to deciding what type of insurance package we would need and picking up and dropping off the RV. I couldn't have been more pleased.

  The process is straight forward. The fees end up tripling the cost charged by the RV owner. The $1000 charge 72 hours before pick-up is exorbitant.

  The app is very intuitive to use and you can find exactly what you are looking for. The handling of documents and the way it makes you interact with the owner of the RV is excellent; everything is easy to use and allows you to make all the changes you need up until the last minute.

  Our experience of using the RVezy was excellent. Both the web and app interface worked well. The processes of RV search, selection, booking, driver approval, inspections, payment were all very smooth. I strongly recommend this portal to explore North American outdoors without the hassle of owning an RV.

  The platform performed well….good communication enabled with the owner. Additional fees to use the platform added about 30% to the cost, however. Too expensive as we rented for 19 days and it was charged on a daily basis. A flat fee would be more appropriate as no extra effort is needed for longer term rentals.

  While the end result of using RVezy was good. I found the numerous emails to be irritating. I would have preferred for the very first contact to have specified all the steps required to rent. I also thought the excessive suggested RV emails were a reason I would consider not using your site for future rentals.

  App is easy to use and offers great options for finding a trailer/camper that fits your needs. Easy to communicate with hosts and coordinate pickups, drop offs and inspections. Only real complaint is the prices shown while browsing don't reflect actual price once cleaning fees, insurance, and taxes and other fees are rolled in.

  When I first looked at what was available to book the trailer was advertised at $85/night which turned into $105. There was no mention of the $150 delivery charge ( for a less than 5k journey) until the payment page which I then had to change as that was very unreasonable! My correspondence with Cory was great. Navigating all the RVEasy emails wasn’t easy.

  The RV was great and so were the owners. Amazing. But RVezy wasn't easy. There were innumerable issues trying to load the driver's licence and several emails and speaking in person to 2 different agents and anxiety before they solved it.

  Very easy booking. You can ask the owner questions before you book, to see how responsive they are. You will be prompted every step on what you need to do, and when $ is needed. I have used outdoorsy before, and RVesy is more detailed, which is good. I would definitely use RVesy again!

  Communication was frustrating to say the least. Much better with Stacey Roche, the unit owner. Their unit served us well with no issues. When responding to a RVEZY query the web page opened up, like where to and how long ?

  The whole process of renting a unit from RV Eazy was quite easy. The only thing I would suggest is that when you are advertising to make sure that people are well aware that you must purchase insurance with the unit which is an extra cost plus, I’m not quite sure what the whole $150 cleaning fee is all about scenes however that is something that is set up between you and the person that you rent in the unit from, so I’m not sure if that should be an expense that is charge to the consumer anyways other than that everything was great thank you

  When we needed help RVezy was there to help us. However we received way too many emails from them even after RVezy themselves had to complete the review. Also there was issues with the registered drivers. But mainly way too many emails. We did not enjoy the online experience.

  The only area of difficulty and inconvenience is having to communicate with the renter/owner via the app or website. Notification are sent through to the renter by e-mail and text but the requirement for internet connectivity and logging into the website/app each time is inconvenient. Otherwise a really good service.

  The booking process required submission of a driver's licence and a photo over an app which was intrusive and violated privacy laws. Moreover, the app required certain protections installed on the telephone to be turned off which made the telephone vulnerable to attacks. Nor does the renter know what will be done with the information collected, and where will it be stored, and how long will it be retained. Overall, a bad experience! And finally, this requirement was imposed on the renter after the rental charges had been paid which made it difficult to decline this intrusive procedure.

  The RVezy company as a whole has changed drastically over the last year or so. They've gotten greedy, unsympathetic, rude and customer service are arrogant. I had a great trailer as renter this time around. And will rent privately going forward, as a host I will be pulling my trailer from rvezy and going to another platform.

  We had a great experience. The steps for renting were easy and clear. Just follow the instructions with the app and take before and after pictures of the unit. Friendly reminders were very helpful. Our hosts were fantastic and very accommodating. Thanks again for the great service and we look forward to using it again in the future and to spread the word !
