  Easy to find the perfect RV to rent, good communication with owner. I found difficulty navigating the details of the reservation. Many things were only accessible on the app, not the website and the website sent me round in circles. Make sure you are using the mobility app. This just doesn't work in places where there is no cellular service or internet. Overall, a great service.

  Too much paperwork. It took longer to do the paperwork than I tok on my vacation. Really! The website is awful to find your way around. and I'm still getting emails from RVezy a week after I got home. The guy I rented from was 2-3 hours late on the delivery and late on the pic up. I won't be using RVezy again.

  The host was awesome, RVezy customer service staff were friendly…but the system is restrictive. The host and I had to invent a side agreement to bypass some of the issues we encountered. I’m sure this will get sorted with time, but at the moment I would likely not use RVezy in the short term.

  The cost of your mandatory insurance constituted 20% of the total cost of the rental. That is too much. You guys are hosing people and making a LOT of ancillary revenue on selling insurance. I did correspond with 2 people at your company and in both cases I got back the standard form letter responses. I doubt you'll ever see me again. Aside from that your product is very good but cost is a big factor guys - the product is price driven.

  Our rv host was amazing but as for RVesy the process was a nightmare. The app wouldn’t let us pay, after several attempts we got over that hurdle then it wouldn’t let us sign the agreement. We had to call, ( our host also had to call) couldn’t get through for several attempts when we did get through we were instructed not to use the app but use the website. Then the software wouldn’t recognize my photo and the photo on my drivers licence. A very frustrating four hours. I’m still hoping we get our deposit back without further frustration. I’d give zero stars if I could. Overall not a good experience for us from RVesy

  Overall RVery worked well for us, but maybe because we are from UK some things were difficult to do online, or electronically. Staff were very helpful but it was stressful setting everything up. Also there was an expectation that we would have excellent internet/wifi, whilst on our trip but clearly when camping in the wilderness that is not always the case - please be more aware that online pre and post checks and use of the Utube tutorial are not necessarily possible whilst camping!.

  Everything was wonderful. Customer service went out of their way to reach out to me (I didn’t even ask) when something didn’t go right with an original booking. From there, they helped me find a new listing. The listing I ended up exceeded my expectations and the owner was fabulous. I will be using this platform again for sure!

  Booking on RVezy was confusing. When looking at RVs, the results kept changing. When booking, some options were impossible to find. I ended up calling customer service, and they were the best. There was no wait and was able to fix everything right away.

  The renter was amazing and very helpful. She worked with us on all the small little things that came up. We had an issue with a key breaking and she took care of it right away and. Was. Able to keep us on time and on the road for our vacation. Die to unforseen circumstances we had to come back early and she was willing and able to accommodate our early return. She showed us every inch of the trailer and how to use all of it. The experience was awesome!!!

  We used rveasy to book our first rv rental after stalking the rv market for months. It always seemed like this site had the best rates. We finally booked our trip. Everything was smooth and easy.   The only complaint I have is the ease of verifying your identity. Some middle aged people aren't as savvy with cell phones which made it a bit more complicated. Other than that RVEZY was wonderful.

  My booking has been complete the renter gave me an excellent review. Everything went well until RVrezy tried to charge my credit card another &1000 yesterday! Thats not Good business now I don’t trust them.

For clarity, when we release your initial security deposits, some financial institutions post it as a pending charge. The charge is fully removed by the financial institution after a few days.   DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. 1) We ended up paying nearly $900 for a camper the size of a closet due to RVezy’s hidden fees. Also, the host (Manan) called to ask us to pick the camper up a day early and charged us for it after telling us that he wouldn’t. 2) You will be charged $80 for a cleaning fee, which is NOT a cleaning fee as you are expected to clean the camper before bringing it back. 3) The beds in the camper were the equivalents to sleeping on plywood. 4) The Host (Manan) tried to charge us an additional $132 because I forgot a slice of pizza in the microwave, and the rest of a loaf of bed in the cupboard. Yes, the bathroom and sink needed to be cleaned and the floors needed to be swept, but I thought this was what the $80 cleaning fee was for? Luckily, RVezy paid half of this charge (which was the only good part of the experience) If you can use another RV rental service, I highly suggest that you do so.

  All was great, the app worked well and our hosts were wonderful. However the fees added up to the point that a listing of $225/night came to 400$/night, so the price is a bit hard to justify to be honest and I'm not sure if we will do it again just because of the cost. But we had a nice time.

  New to RVezy as I had not heard of it before. Our one experience was very positive. Easy to follow the steps along the way. Of course a lot comes down down to the owner you deal with and Kevin Mc was terrific. A very positive experience all round.
