    Host lied about condition of rv. Air conditioner did not work. Fridge did not run off propane like advertised. Host tried to falsify damages to make extra money off of us after saying trailer brought back in great condition. Would not rent again with RVezy

    The online portion was easy for the most part. I had difficulty with adding driver's license and changing location. Call center was very helpful. Found who I rented from difficult, trailer did NOT function as advertised, outdoor kitchen and AC did NOT work! Paid to have trailer delivered and set up, so I thought, NO set up. This person blamed me for having NO experience with trailers! After entering a complaint, RVzey kind of added another step that I need to take before progressing with a resolution. Example; how do i prove the AC and kitchen didn't work.

    This unit was fabulous, we enjoyed every minute! The unit was well stocked, very spacious, super clean and comfortable. From the outdoor matting, spacious bunk room for the kids, 2 bathrooms, primary master, etc., we could not have asked for a better unit!! The set up and pack up was also very simple! Kudos to the owner for being super easy to deal with, we would absolutely rent this unit again!!

    The website is fine to work with. The issue I have is the Android app. It's basically useless. No trips load up and you constantly have a loading circle that never loads anything. The biggest issue is they make you use the app for the pickup and dropoff walkthrough. I had to download the app on an Iphone for it to work or else I have no idea how I would have even rented an RV. Fix this major issue please!

    It was very easy to make a booking and the app is generally very good. I had quite a bit of trouble trying to add my license to my profile. It took many attempts before it worked. But that aside, it was a very good experience and the info on the site was very helpful in making choices and looking at options for renting RVs.

    I don’t know where to start. The RV was dropped off on time. The family was so polite. They instructed me on how to use the equipment. I had no issues with the amenities. We enjoyed my wife’s birthday Doc at the beach, comfortable sleeping watch TV as well as the waves and sunsets, I have no complaints. I really enjoyed myself. My wife was excited about the whole trip smooth riding. We will do it again. Thanks again.

    I booked 2 RVs in January in preparation for a family vacation/camping trip. One RV was cancelled by the renter who said they have decided not to rent this year. I then found another RV to replace it. This one the renter again canceled stating they were no longer renting. When I searched no RV’s were available in the area. I called RVesy and after a long search the RVesy customer service person confirmed there was nothing within a reasonable distance and others farther away would be much higher priced and would also have several hundred $ added to deliver. I was told I would receive 10% off if they found anything but since I didn’t it would be applied to the other trailer I had already rented. That has not happened I had found a trailer through Outdoorsy but that one was cancel when it was damaged in an accident and they couldn’t find another also. The customer service people I spoke with after made matters worse by telling me they had found suitable RVs in the area and after discussion and lots of frustration they realized the area they included was not anywhere reasonably close.

    My experience with RVEezy was alright. The app and website are easy enough to use. I would appreciate it if the extra costs on the vehicle rentals were upfront and easily accessible. I ended up paying $1800 for a 2-night stay in a sub-standard RV, half of which were hidden costs. The experience is more a buyer be-attentive situation but I came away feeling burnt and IF I ever use the service again I will be educated on what to look for.

    Renting from Rvezy provided safety that the rig owners are not scamming. All communication goes through RVezy and they provide great advice such as taking photos of the rig pre travel and post travel. Payment is to RVezy keeping your payment card secure. The website is a bit confusing at first. However RVezy sends messages to remind you of things to complete. I would recommend using RVezy for booking an RV.

    We have rented before and had a wonderful experience but this time round was not the same. We picked up our trailer in Calgary in 35 degree weather and the trailer has not been plugged in to cool the fridge and freezer before our possession which was frustrating. Since it was so warm it took the fridge and freezer over night to get to temp therefore many of our groceries spoiled. There was a broken window on the trailer on the bunks too. On arrival to our first destination we set up and realized the propane tanks were practically empty. Expected them to have the trailer ready for us with full propane tanks that we would bring back full. Then to top it all off the water tank indicators for fresh and grey water were not working. We were off grid at our second location without hook ups for a length time so we needed to know water levels. Wouldn't have rented this trailer if we knew more of the essential things were damaged. We felt like everything should be in working order before being about to list your trailer.

    Navigation of the site was a seamless experience. I found an RV easily and the process from initiation of contact to delivery of the final cost was user friendly. I did get messages about some tasks I was meant to do at the beginning and end of the trip but I didn't do those because a) I was on vacation and had limited access to internet and b) there wasn't a link to whatever page I was supposed to complete. It all worked out fine anyway. I appreciated the email reminders and warnings about remaining payments etc.

    We were asked to complete our booking 6 days before receiving the trailer. We had to accept liability if there was damage incurred during transit even though the trailer was being delivered and picked up. We were told that if we did not sign we would have no insurance but we would still be charged for the insurance. We were also told that we would lose all of our money because we were under the 7 day cancellation notice.

    Hi Mary, I think what you're referring to is the rental agreement. This can be completed at the time of RV pick-up so that you have had a chance to see the RV. As long as its 's completed before you take the RV, that's what matters. Our standard cancellation policy for guest allows for a 24-hour grace period, however, exceptions are of course made if there are issues with the RV.     Renting through RVezy is great. It is a little pricier than going private but the accountability makes it much safer for both the renter and the hosts. I would book with them again. I found the website and app almost identical which is great. However, when typing messages in the app, the text window needs to open bigger or provide a scroll bar so you can move around easier in it. Actually, as I type this review on my phone via the link in their email, I find the same issue. Even though it appears to have a scroll bar, it doesn't work. I found the setup of the 3 step booking process a little confusing at times, perhaps because of the redundancies in the emails and the app. I also found sections of the departure and drop off inspections needed more multiple choice options such as "Not Applicable", i.e. there were no propane and fuel meters to read.

    No contacts and they’ve heard my deposit a whole week after rental. The flexible pick up is bs. Couldn’t get the trailer till the afternoon and it cost me 3 hrs in traffic. Still waiting on the deposit to be returned. No way to get ahold of them, they try to force you to download their app. I’ll never use them again.

    The pricing could be more clear upfront. On my wife's browser the price was cheaper. Why? Once you tack on all the fees in my experience it was 1.85x the per night price. Otherwise it was pretty intuitive and similar to other booking sites.

    Hi Kyle, It's most likely that the prices were displayed in USD on your wife's browser. This can easily be changed by clicking the pricing button on the bottom right of the page.

    Everything was great, the place we rented the owner but RVEZY has been holding our $1000 deposit over 30 days and has been saying for 3 weeks now they sent it which I found put today's not true. DO NO GOVE RVEZY any deposits cuz ot or definitely not EZY TO GET IT BACK
