It was fairly easy to navigate site and be guided to fill out necessary documents, etc. for a first timer. Lots of cues and reminders along the way which was helpful. The RV host was accessible and kept in touch throughout process too! A stress free and secure way to do a rental and takes worry away.

Rvezy makes renting a trailer super convenient. Lots of trailer options (size, type, style, and price range). Has variety of additional services such as cleaning, insurance, delivery, beddings, camping chair or stove rental...). There is no link from the annoying over top correspondence. The pictures that you are required to take can only be logged in 1 picture at a time and then you have to to all the way out and start over for the next picture. it's website that needs a lot of work.

Overall it was a great experience. The messages on the platform worked well and I was able to extend my stay for another day without hassle. There was an issue with the drivers license verification on the initial booking that I had to clear up via email. That was frustrating because it wasn’t an issue with my license or picture of my face, but seemed to be an issue with the platform.

It was easy to book with RVezy, but follow up was inconsistent. The check out inspection email was not sent to me until 9am on the day I left. Too late. When I got home I saw the email(no text message) and tried to complete the checkout inspection. Since I had not done the prescribed process, I could not complete the inspection gully. The app wouldn't let me complete or leave comments so I was forced to leave it incomplete. You need to fix these issues and send text reminders along with email. Most people only check email once per day.

I did not receive prompt replies from the people I sent requests to, and choose an RV because that person did respond (not my first choice) I was afraid I would not get an RV for the time frame I needed. I sent several requests to the same person in hopes they had not seen the original or that the original did not go through. I contacted RVezy and was told that it showed my requests had been sent.

Overall we’re happy with our experience and would try the site again. We did run into an issue with entering the location of the delivery for the trailer, and that ended up causing some hassle. The map didn’t initially recognize the location. Eventually phoned in and the rep was able to help. The result though was a significantly higher delivery fee, which was unfortunate. Lessons learned for next time.

You do not seem to have tight enough policies regarding RV owners that freely misrepresent the product they are offering. Our unit, was over 20yrs old, that in and of itself is not the issue, but it did not wear those years well. The pics of our unit, on rvezy, were quite old and did not include all the damage, duct tape and household caulking repairs that were everywhere. We phoned in our complaint but we're told that there were no more rv's available in our area. We felt handcuffed to the deal as we had no other options at such late notice. We were then told by rvezy staff that our only recourse (other than canceling), was to use the unit and then ask our host for a partial rebate at trips end. We did that and have not heard anything from anyone, except a bad review from this owner, stating that we were rude. Duct tape holding the screen door, fridge handles and most exterior compartment doors closed. Itemizing the differences between the pics we had seen and the unit in front of us was alarming and we were feeling taken advantage of by the owner and rvezy. The concept is wonderful and we might even try it again some day, with the new knowledge that it is totally up to us to ask for pics that truly display what you're renting. Although we have focused our complaint on the physical condition of the unit, there were many other issues I would not have expected,. i.e., 1. linens not on beds, not folded and no evidence they were even laundered. 2. No awning 3. No camp chairs 4. No screens on windows 5. No handle on ceiling vent in bathroom 6. No real repairs to exterior damage 7. No sewer pipe cap, had to wait for owner to buy and install one from Walmart in Calgary This owner is taking advantage of your service with a very inferior unit and yet you have him listed as a prized asset. You have policies in place, enforce them for the protection of your newest customers. 8.

We booked a rv in July it wash a ok rv we drove it to Smithers bag and forth we paid 2700 to book another 500 deposit when we brought it bag the guy never said anything could hardly say thanks for cleaning it there wash nothing wrong on the rv 2 hours after we dropped it of we gut email with a charge of 960 $ extra km and 2 days later it gut automatically taking of my account so 2700 + 500 + 960 so 4200 +1400 on gas and 500 on camp spots so 6100 to go camp in your own country I am absolutely discussed by yust taking 960 out of my account over and above my 500 deposit

The delivery and set-up was excellent by Jeff and the trailer was in excellent clean condition. As a Canadian using this app, I did not realize that the default pricing was in USD. At checkout, the conversion happened which bumped the price up quite a bit from the advertised price. Suggestions to default to viewers dollar values. I rented a trailer that was being delivered, and picked up by the owner, however the app requires me to fill in the information as if I was driving it - I shouldn’t have to do that if the responsibility lays with the owner to complete the set up.
