    The site was easy to navigate. I couldn’t get the booking process to work on my iPhone, but was able to easily use it in my PC laptop. Renting a wonderful RV for the weekend and will definitely be using RVezy for future trips!

    Not sure what else to say. It was a last minute switch on a holiday. They did everything they could, but the RV needed some love. We are vanlifers, and this trip helped us determine we definitely do not want an RV. The unfortunate circumstance was that we were excited for our van excursion, and driving and RV is not what we had signed up for. Bottom line was that we wanted a van, we rented a van, but a van could not be provided. Not sure when it was discovered that the van was not in working order.

    Our experience with using the RV we found through RVezy was very pleasant. Our host, William, was very attentive and answered all of our questions throughout the process. The couple of times I had questions through the website, an RVezy representative responded in such a timely manner making the necessary changes and answering the questions. We would definitely recommend RVezy to family and friends, especially the RV, Paradise on Wheels! We enjoyed a wonderful family Christmas Reunion thanks to the help of everyone involved!

    Overall the experience was really good including the vehicle I rented and the people I rented from were helpful in making everything go smoothly. My complaint is that cost for 2 nights was excessive - with additional fees, late return fee (returning a camper by Noon upon return from a camping trip is nearly impossible). The camper I rented was very nice and the owners were very helpful and accommodating.

    I recently rented an RV through RVezy as part of my research before purchasing one next summer. The RVezy app was intuitive and user-friendly, allowing me to easily find and book an RV that closely matched the model I'm considering buying. A standout feature was the option to have the RV delivered directly to our campground, which simplified our trip immensely. We arrived with just our food and clothing, and everything else was ready for us. This seamless experience has solidified my decision to purchase an RV in the spring.

    Pretty good experience, but I find the app a bit difficult to maneuver. Also better coordination with the other rental apps would be helpful. Twice we've tried to reserve with two different vehicles and both were not available due to "maintenance." if they're not available, they should be marked as such.

    The main reason for this ranking is the website and app. I found it very difficult to navigate and find the information that I needed about my trip. On the positive side, we had a flat tire incident and their roadside support team was attentive in a particularly challenging situation on a Sunday afternoon in rural New Brunswick.

    RV was old and nothing worked in it a/c was not working, all electric outlets did not work, rear rv jacks did not work , tied up with bungee cord, generator was an old P O S shut down if microwave was on. Awning was wired up /broken , door open lock missing, no chairs,linen orpots and pans .cooker and refrigerator outside did not work. Toilet loose and wobbly, all knobs on stove burned and melted, no TV .l could go on and on. rv needs serious maintenance. Could not use it on the 1st night as we had to load up my own generator, canopy, 2 camp gas stoves, chairs etc so we lost a day. Paid to use campground toilet/showers. The owner did not meet us on pick up or drop off. He sent me $150 which is an insult

    This entire reply was filled with no substance. You didn’t fix my problem. The host sent me a message saying “we checked the hazard lights and it’s a faulty sensor” so that doesn’t change my panic and hassle or the time I spent having it checked out and driving slow. So no you didn’t resolve anything. In fact you charged me $250 for a late fee. Zero compensation. People need to know about this flaw in your process.

    The photos of the trailer were poor, there also should have been more photos. The check in/out process was unclear, I didn't have the RVezy app on my phone so it wasn't possible to do the check in/out as required. It should have been made clear well before the rental pick up that the app is required to do the check in. The renter indicated that there was damage to the trailer when we returned it however there has been no follow up with either the renter or RVevy if there will be additional charges. There needs to be more information whether the rental agreement/contract is closed or not. The trailer had mice in it which was a real hassle, we were just 4 guys hunting so we dealt with it. If any of our wives were staying in the trailer it would be a different situation, they would not stand to have mice in the trailer.

    Very pleased with our week's rental. The owner actually lived close by, and brought refill gas tanks. The unit was in excellent condition and everything worked well. If still on the rental market next year, we will do it again.

    They're more concerned with just collecting the money vs actually caring about their ciustomers when they have the RENTAL FROM HELL. I will never recommend nor do any business with RVezy. I had rented an RV that turmned out to have been in an accident in March that still hadn't been fixed, resulting in having to turn around after the second night when there was no power for the AC (first night I was on power w/water).

    While the booking process was fairly easy, there was no verification that what you see on the site is what you'll get. I paid over $500 to rent a camper that had a broken refrigerator and a water system that would not work. The trailer hitch jack also only ran intermittently. I wanted to leave a review of the camper/owner -- and I got emails from RVezy encouraging me to do so -- but it was not easy to figure out. I will not recommend this service to others.

    RV was picked up 10/13, today is 10/30 and our $750 CC deposit is still held by RVezy. More prompt release of this hold would be appreciated by us and probably other renters.

    The RV we initially rented for $1000 was cancelled a few days before our trip. We flew from Mexico to Toronto for a service for my recently deceased father. We did not want to go above this cost. After they cancelled us, we had to find something else. Nothing else was available as it was a long weekend so we ended up with a $1500 unit Still have not received payment from the first or refund on our damage deposit.

    I was impressed with the quick response from your site and the owner of the unit. The unit was impressive and the owner had it set up with everything you would need except food and drinks, well worth the money spent.
