  Customer service was great, however I had to pay insurance when I paid the owner to deliver the trailer to the site. Also the insurance was super high at $120.00 for our 4 night trip. I personally own my own 38ft trailer and only pay around $50.00 a month. There was no option for to remove or downgrade to a no tow package to cover trailer damage ie tree fell on trailer. Will think twice to use this service again if this isn't addressed. When I had spoken to customer service rvzey knew of the issue and has don't nothing to address its customers concerns.

  The customers don't have many rights in the case if something is going wrong. The renter can tell that the RV is dirty or some other issue and as a customer you will pay, even if the renter exaggerate.

  We rented a trailer for a week and had it delivered. Even though we didn't drive the trailer, the insurance charged was quite a bit. Also, we had to change our dates and RVEZY charged us $14 to do so. The owner of the trailer was unaware there would be a fee to change it by 2 days. Beware of the extra costs on top of the actual rental of the trailer! (Insurance, RVEZY Fee). That being said, the owners were fantastic and super friendly. I wish we just rented from them directly.

  I would like to recommend a few things for the owner of the RV. It would be beneficial to go through the RV before renting it out to make sure everything is inside that’s been offered. We struggled with three dinner plates, three bowls… all week long for the four of us. The advertisement says it sleeps eight. So assumption would be that there would be dishes for eight. We asked the owner to supply more and she wasn’t really interested in bringing them to us. It was a frustration all week to have such a shortage of dishes. I’d also recommend some nicer kitchen items. For the cost of the RV I expected a bit nicer kitchen knives. It was hard to cut vegetables with the knife in the RV. The linens for the kitchen and bathroom were also in very poor condition. Again for hospitality sake, picking up a few new dish towels and cloths from Costco goes along way. There was also a lot of personal items in the RV. I’d highly recommend removing all of those. We found it very frustrating that there is little storage. We tried to put suitcases under the master bed and it was filled with personal items. We had to put our suitcases outside under the RV because we had nowhere for them to go. Storage under the table bench was filled with personal items, even the bathroom had personal items. I think it’s a better idea if you are asking renters to bring their own bedding, that you remove your own personal bedding and all personal contents other than dishes, pots, kitchen items etc. We did find the RV in great condition. Everything worked really well and was in good condition. We greatly appreciated the RV being set up for us. And the lawn chairs. It was really nice.

  Our experience with RVezy was a learning experience, this was our first time renting an RV. RVezy was easy to work with and I was able to get my questions answered and extra help when needed. The website took more time to navigate than I expected. The pick up went smoothly, and we had a great 3 week trip!

  Thumbs up for providing a delivery option, and for having pet friendly units. This is our first time renting, and I will rent again! Terry, the rv owner, was professional, friendly, and very easy to deal with. We enjoyed our experience much more than we would have had we stayed in a hotel.

  I’m 65 years old and I struggled with your website. Had I not been with another group I probably would have given up. I did call for assistance twice and I was very pleased with the help I received. In the end I was very pleased with my camping experience.

  Review: had a wonderful experience , the owner took us through a tour of setting up explained everything we needed to know and was flexible on when to pick it up and drop it off , we slept very comfortable, drove many kilometers without the need of an antiswaybar all we needed was a 2inch ball a brake controller and extended mirrors we were good to go they even supplied a propane bbq some dishes utensils. would highly recommend renting molly thank you line

  After a last minute cancellation because the owner did not feel like driving to my site, though I was clear with location and paid for the driving fee, RVezy did not help out…I had higher costs and inconvenience 4 days before my holiday. Should a penalty payable to the renter to discourage this practice.

  Overall good experience with using RVezy. There was a discrepancy in the deposit amount showing on my booking voucher in the app and what RVezy sent me by email. Also, no sewage disposal fee charged upfront when I was having trailer delivered & I had no idea the trailer was not stocked.

  I found the RVezy app was not that user friendly. During the booking process the camper owner sent a message which I didn’t receive so he cancelled the booking. We rectified the situation and all went well after that.

  Lots of choices for RV's. Prices are not consistent from day to day and seems to change. We were given a credit but it was later taken away. Rating probably is between 3 and 4..

  The RVezy experience was OK, although I found verifying the driver information frustrating due to the app requiring Chrome for Android (in my case). I prefer another, more secure browser but was unable to complete the booking process with that browser. Interacting with the owners was flawless & clear. Overall a good experience.

  Easy to use platform. Good selection of units. Good search function. Our RV was canceled due to technical issues with only a few days before our rental was to start. Thankfully we were able to find an alternate on the site at the last minute. Customer Service was not much help.

  Very helpful app. My only semi complaint is having owners provide as many good quality photos as possible. Luckily we found a great unit but I came across several with little to no photos and they refused to provide more. Otherwise rveasy is highly recommended in my books!

  Overall very good. The only issue I encountered was that I had to fill in my driver information more than once - I completed it on the desktop browser, then had to repeat on the mobile app when picking up the trailer. Also, I had mostly completed the mobile form, then attempted to take photos of my license for the form, which emptied all of the fields I had already completed. So I had to redo all of those fields...

  So far I have really liked the Rvezy experience. One area of improvement is the app. I feel sometimes that navigation isn't as good as it could be. Unless I am doing something wrong, it seems I must navigate in a certain direction and perform an action when i really want to do or look at something else on the site.   It was easy to search for an RV to meet our needs and narrow down results using the map and other filters. Love being able to rent directly from owners. Appreciate all the costs being shown up-front and having the option to accept or decline insurance etc. Great experience!

  Had a hard time to get booking after owner cancellation. RVesy was not helpful much. Bad experience booking on RVesy. They did not take any liability and help arranging another trailer on last minute cancellation.
