  The customer service was great the trailer arrived on time and it was pretty easy. I do recommend that RVEAZY works on their website a bit because a lot of stuff required me to get on my computer Wich could be a bit difficult for people that don't have one but other than that I had a great experience.   Really simple and without any troubles. Great variety of choice. If travel is planned a long time in advance it could be worth to check with local Rv dealers (usually cheaper, but with a small inventory).

  Really good!It’s a great app! I will say I wish it was a little easier to use the $800 in insurance that we bought. We had some issues on the road and there was no way on the app to even navigate getting help!

  We had booked a reservation and it was canceled without any notification. The only reason I gave a star was because I got a last minute booking with another rv. The customer service was helpful but never took responsibility of the cancelation of the rv. And the lack of notification. I was the one that had to reach out to get a new rv on the same day as our trip. That’s insane to me. I couldn’t believe you guys didn’t give us any notice. Glad we got a last minute camper.

  RVezy is so simple to use. From planning the trip to selecting the appropriate RV for us, RVezy website was so easy to navigate. They even offer extra insurance and roadside assistance options for your convenience. The RV we used was so forgiving and although we were RV newbies, we were able to master driving that beast and even parking it without issue. The owners even walked us through how the systems worked and how to hook up power, sewer and fresh water when we got to the campsites. The RV even came with everything a family needs for a first class camping experience. It even came with a fully equipped propane BBQ, propane fire pit, 4 lawn chairs and a huge RV ground pad just to name a few of the items. We had such a blast. Thanks RVezy

  This site works great for renting an RV/trailer. A great way to connect renters and owners. My one complaint is that some owners can’t or don’t block off time correctly and have the trailer listed as available, but upon messaging it’s actually not available.

  We enjoyed our family gathering, the use of the travel trailer was used for overflow. The queen bed was very comfortable. We did not use other amenities. We would definitely use RVesy in the future. Brian Richard was very helpful and informed. Joyce and Paul

  Renting from Rvezy was great, and I would recommend it with a few caveats. Our first booking was cancelled by the owner because they decided to sell their RV. This left left us high and dry as we had already booked our campsites which is one of the hardest parts to coordinate for an extended RV trip! Rvezy was great and offered to help us find a new RV, which we did, but it would be nice if Rvezy offered a trip cancellation insurance option to help mitigate this risk. We were also charged a 20% service fee for mileage which was not indicated anywhere except for in the fine print. This should be more clearly stated on the app before booking. Otherwise, renting from Rvezy was great!

  Great experience overall. The only complaint I have is regarding the accuracy of the listing we booked. The RV was dirty, hydrolic jacks weren't working, windshield was filled with cracks and the list goes on. Quality insurance and inspection of the RVs should be part of RVEZY procedure just like it is with Airbnb. Every time I had to call someone at RVEZY, I had great customer service.

  I was a little hesitant to book an RV, but am so glad we did! Out family rented a class C RV for 7,000 miles and 14 states and had a summer to remember! Easy, fun and will do it again!

  Excellent customer service. I was working from my cell phone and therefore had many difficulties navigating/opening necessary documents. Your CS rep was so helpful and helped me fill out all of the insurance forms etc on line at her end. Perhaps making your site work without needing a PC to complete necessary documents would be helpful. I would use this site again and recommend it to friends.

  A last minute change to our Western Canada trip with Gramma joining us- and she can only travel 4-6 hours a day in car. What to do?! RVEZY! It helped me locate a suitable RV nearby, great pics and description of the rig, and then introduced us to the owners. Amazing interface with them and a flawless reservation system. No “surprise”fees and great support throughout the pre-pickup, the pickup with your and training, and post drop off. It really was a simple process and absolutely worry free- touring Markus Frind winery with the rig was a bonus :). I have spoken about the experience fondly on social media and posted many amazing pictures and recommend the RVEZY app to everyone.

  I was very satisfied with the Rv that I rented through RVezy, I had not known about it previously so I was delighted to find such a great resource at my fingertips. It was probably me not the website but I was a little lost on the mobile app but once I used my husband's PC it was very clear and orderly and I had no problems after that. I am not sure if there were pictures of the RV layouts I did not see them. I based it purely on what it told me but I was more than happy with what I got and had a great experience with the owners.

  Relatively user-friendly. Would be helpful to be clear and upfront on the rate, including deposit and insurance, so people can budget with more accuracy. I didn't know there was a $1000 deposit needed until after I purchased, which may or may not inconvenience renters.

  The acceptance process is flawed. Made me feel rejected for no reason. Was it because the rental was taken or they just didn’t like me, I had to book three rentals and wait to see which one or any would accept me. If I had any idea which dates were available or not would have helped a lot

  The site is decent. The one quibble I have is occasionally there are links that don't look like links (at least on my phone), and I didn't know I could click on them. As an example, when looking at My Trips, it wasn't readily apparent that tapping the image of the RV would bring you to the listing. That could be just me though :)

  Friendliest Rv site to navigate. Gives you distance from your location, offers simple and understandable terms, better then any other Rv rental site available. The rv we rented was exactly what was presented with very nice owners who went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed to make an enjoyable weekend. Will definitely use again.

  Overall, I found RVEzy to be more streamlined and easy to navigate than the other RV rental sites I tried. I had a small glitch with my booking, but the RV owner was able to quickly solve that with RVEzy support and that is all that matters to me!

  Was great time the RV was fine, there was a 40 dollar charge for a cabinet door falling off in transit back, however the rv owner tried to get me to pay outside the deposit stating she did not know if they would take the handy man's invoice, did not it got taken out of the deposit so it was fine.

  This experience was very pleasant with Danielle. This camper being brand new made things easy for both. They are offering all sleeping stuff and cook wares but we brought ours due to COVID situation. The AC blew cold in the humid night so much that we had to turn it off. The trailer is equipped with necessary tools to operate the hookup and dumping. Danielle is very patient and smiling that made the experience more sweeter. Matt showed us how to setup and that was very helpful. I wish her quick great in this business and venture into Driveables.

  Clicked cancel by accident when I meant to review cancellation policy. No are you sure you would like to cancel prompt just cancelled. Also customer service could of been better. They gave me a hard time trying to get my reservation back as previously agreed. Eventually they credited the extra amount from insurance policy that wasn’t previously there but I had to push for it instead of them fixing it

  The website could use some improvement with the way it’s set up. Like showing your recent views , and having an inbox where you see all the past messages from all trailer owners. But overall we are happy with the website , we had a great vacation because of it. Would use it again.

  Nous avons dû changer de véhicule parce que le propriétaire du 1er véhicule l'avait vendu. Nous étions 7, il n'y a pas tant de véhicules disponibles et nos 2e et 3e choix avait été loués. En 2 heures grâce à l'employée Allison Biewald, tout était réglé et nous avions même trouver une VR qui nous convenait mieux, nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits et avons recommander Rvezy à tous nos amis

  I did not find it easy to navigate. When I registered with rvezy I had to take a photo of my drivers license but a week before the start of my rental I had to do it again but in a different way. I was thankful that when I had to call rvezy the person I spoke with was very patient and helpful. I do like the idea for a one-stop shop for finding a trailer.

  Ezy (see what I did there!?!?) site to navigate, booking process was simple, pricing was affordable...owners were lovely to deal with. Will definitely be doing this again! Making memories.
