  The website is great and all the processes were streamlined. The issues I had with my order were on the owner (didn’t clean the trailer from previous renter) and that I had 2 x renters cancel on me because they sold their trailers.

  I did not realise how much paperwork there was required to book an RV to go on vacation. The owner that we rented off of was amazing. As long as you read all the fine print it works well. Make sure to send in your review afterwards to receive your deposit back.

  I had made a booking 6 months prior to our camping trip. About 3 weeks before we are scheduled to leave, the RV owner cancelled our reservation (due to damage to the RV). We were lucky to find another rental at the last minute, but I feel like rvezy could have done more to help us in this stressful situation.

  Great experience finding an RV with a clear price and availability, simple booking, rental and return process. The prince that wasn’t really clear is what insurance coverage after you booked - but luckily didn’t have to worry about it. Also if you have one destination in mind you can have a trailer dropped off there which is something to consider instead of picking it up and driving it over. Also keep in mind those RVs use up some serious gas, so make sure to budget that.

  Such a great app and the costumer service is excellent. I’ve had to make a couple of changes to my booking and they were addressed in a matter of hours. Extremely simple! Great experience overall.

  Rvezy should implement measures to qualify the condition of any unit offered for rental through the Rvezy organization. Renters should be assured of a quality product and owners need to be properly vetted to assure customer satisfaction.

  I wish there had been more information about how to use an RV for newbies like myself. Maybe part of the package could be a quick start guide for renters? I enjoyed my trip and will absolutely use it again and while there were a few things that would have helped to know ahead we muddled through it.

  We were first time campers and the process was so easy, start to finish. The trailer was exactly what I expected, the owner was great to deal with. We would definitely do this again. Absolutely no problems or complaints.

  The owner was great, but the service website is typical. Show the price for the rental, then add all the fees later. Just show everything up front so we know what to expect.

  It was pretty straight forward. A little weird that when I actually booked, I automatically got a notice that my booking was canceled but I also got a confirmation email. I had to message the owner to confirm. I also thought it should be easier to change the credit card for a deposit. I wanted to use a credit card rather than the debit card I paid for my reservation with. I had to call to do this. It was easy once I called.

  Lacking customer service. Approved driver questions not exactly clear. Lacking all follow up. Used drivers proof of licence to verify my profile while leaving me not an approved driver and an rv booked. Shady way to make an extra buck at their end.

  Overall a great experience but for trailers that are rented in Canada the cost per day etc should be listed in Canadian funds not in American and it should be made clear on each listing whether it is in American or Canadian Funds.

  Le processus est un peu lourd et le paiement sans avertissement (même si c’était prévu dans les documents au départ) est agaçant. Il serait préférable d’envoyer un courriel avant de prélever des fonds surtout quand la réservation a été faite il y a longtemps. Par ailleurs, j’ai reçu un courriel me disant que les documents de réservations étaient modifies. Je n’ai jamais ete capable de trouve la modification et c’était un peu inquiétant. merci

  I would definitely recommend using rvezy. The whole process was extremely simple and we were extremely satisfied. Do not overlook the rvezy roadside assistance! We blew a tire and broke a belt on another and they had us rolling again quickly with friendly service.

  Really disappointed with this company. Our reservation was cancelled four days before our trip and they did very little to help us find a new RV I had phone to talk to her manager three times and promised that I would get a return call which I never did. Very disappointing!
