  Great idea for a business helping connect rv owners with potential renters who wouldn’t otherwise be able to enjoy an rv experience. I love how the app helps keep both parties accountable through a pre post inspection with documented pictures and a dispute process. It gave me the confidence to try out RV easy.   My first reservation was cancelled by the owner with no reason given two months after I made the deposit. That left me with little time and chance to find an alternative. I was worrying about having to cancel my RV site reservations. Luckily I found one by increase the search area.

  Too many email, with little helpful information.Over charges. Can not reach anyone by phone to straighten problems out. Phone number just bios. ? No help. Rental agreement page just loops me back to find an RV. Big hassle! No Thank you!

  Really professional. Renting a RV is such a great way to travel and Rvezy gives us the opportunity to do so near our place and without having to travel with a camper fully tagged advertising a rental company. Looking forward to the next trip.

  A lot of repeat emails then phone call follow ups. The person we hooked up with was wonderful, however even after I had done the agreement 2 times, still after the weekend we were getting emails to complete. They may want to work on that

  J'ai réservé une roulotte du 8 au 13 août. Le proprio a confirmé puis annulé sans raison à la mi juillet????? RVezy m'a remboursé.mais j'avais déjà réservé le camping.... Par chance, j'ai trouvé une autre roulotte avec RVezy. Le service est bon chez RVezy.

  I had never rented an RV before. It would be helpful to have the additional costs identified in a clearer manner. The owner said bedding, etc was included and I thought this was part of the rental fee but it was not. The trailer awning was missing and that should have been communicated prior to the rental date.

  We were first time customers and we will be return customers. The website is easy to use, did have a couple questions as to the process, called once and the person I talked to was very helpful, I also emailed customer service once with a question and had a reply the next day. Would definitely recommend RVezy to friends.

  We had booked a trailer for the summer in the spring, and the booking was cancelled by the owner within a few weeks of the booking. Several other owners on RVEzy with trailers available quickly reached out to offer us their rentals to make sure that we had options for our camping experience as planned. Everything worked out in the end, and we were very satisfied with the trailer that we ended up with. The platform left me feeling prepared for the rental and the documentation process. However, I would have liked more information about why the initial booking was cancelled, given that no rationale for the cancellation was provided. It was quite frustrating to have to pivot under tight timelines, having made the initial booking well in advance, and not knowing why it was cancelled to begin with. Had we gotten a rationale (e.g., like “needs repair”) it would have felt less like an abandonment. Also, as a prospective renter, it would be nice to know how many times an owner has bailed on renters for reasons that aren’t clear. It might make me think twice about renting from a potentially unreliable owner.

  RVezy wanted me to complete verification by mobile phone, but my Samsung phone wouldn't work with their app so then we did it on my desktop with my camera and the agent said everything went thru alright, but then I CONTINUALLY received emails saying my verification was not accepted and to reverify. After numerous attempts I just deleted all emails from them and would not use them again, which is a shame because the owner of the Trailer we rented was AWESOME!.
