  I was disappointed in RVezy people who posted their trailer for rent and then back out. It happened twice to me. Customer service was helpful and it took the 3rd reservation to book a trailer. I am not sure if I would you your site again. It was too stressful with unpredictable owners.

  Booking was a breeze and with a terrific variety of RV's to choose from many locations. The company communications with us were clear and just the right frequency. Closing the booking and receiving deposit back were very prompt. Owners were very good to deal with and trailer was "as advertised " and more than met our expectations. One thing that would enhance the search for an RV on the website would be the ability to search or filter by brand or model type. Thanks- you're doing a great job!

  I have been a owner of a camper and found that the website and app worked well, however as a renter I found it rather frustrating and difficult to find the details of my booking. For example after we had booked the camper paid her deposit and had the driver verified it was very difficult to go back and look at the pictures of the camper we were renting in order to plan our trip. All and all it was a rather frustrating experience as a renter using the RV easy app and website

  Nous avons vécu une très belle expérience avec le Scout Olympic. Nous voulions expérimenter le style “camper porté” avec nos 3 ados. Même si c’est petits nous étions tous très confortables pour dormir. La tente est très spacieuse même pour un adulte de 6’3”. Nous avons loué le camper et le camion qui étaient tous les deux extrêmement propres. Attendez-vous à faire tourner les têtes avec ce véhicule.

  First time using RVesy and I have to say it's a bit ridiculous. All it is is a platform, the trailer we rented wasn't dumped or in full working order and you would have no way of knowing until pick up. Make sure you check if your trailer is dumped, has a hitch, tire blocks and that the fresh water doesn't leak because apparently those are not requirements to rent on this site. We had to haul water in jugs to fill our trailer because it leaked so bad, the screen door was broken, the window leaked and the owner didn't even show up when we dropped off the trailer at the agreed time so we could discuss our issues, he stood us up upon drop off. RVesy needs to take more responsibility and require proof that trailers are in full working order before accepting them. If you do use this service, good luck, I hope your vacation isn't uncomfortable because of this site's lack of checks.

  We were out of province and rented a trailer from an individual in Calgary through RVzey. The condition of the trailer was extremely poor. Had to rent a generator after the first day of a 12-day rental due to poor batteries. No compensation was offered by the owner to cover this cost. RVezy should ensure when taking on these rentals that the condition of the unit meets a certain standard. We paid top dollar for this unit and it was literally falling apart. No amenities were included and could not even use the table as it was not stable. Only used bed and bathroom. Just a tent on wheels! Brian

  After choosing a trailer, it took a while to receive the acknowledgement that it was not available. Although the rental company updated my reservation with another trailer, it was never updated in RVezy. This was complicated, especially when you have multiple bookings. Finally, the rental rates are quite expensive. For these rates, it should include at least some basics, as when you rent a house or any other lodging. Cleaning rates are also quite expensive. If you use it once or twice a year, it could be a good option but a lot of companies are also offering camping equipment for much less than RVezy.

  Like the platform but not happy with the $60 cleaning charge when the rv wasn't even wiped down. It's camping so we didn't really care but no cleaning charge should apply u less it actually gets cleaned.

  D'abord, ce serait bien d'avoir le choix de la langue pour communiquer. Là, c'est en anglais alors que Rvezy fr existe. Ensuite, sur votre facture, pourquoi cacher vos frais dans taxes et autres. Afficher ouvertement, frais Rvezy comme tous les autres frais. Ensuite, les particuliers qui louent leur VR devraient se donner plus de temps entre 2 réservations car s'il y a un bris, ils n'ont pas le temps de faire faire la réparation ou si c'est grave le locataire suivant n'aura pas son VR à temps. Moi, j'ai eu bien peur de devoir perdre une journée ou des journées de vacances quand le "check engin" s'est allumé. Comme le témoin était orange et non rouge, nous avons pris la chance de poursuivre le voyage mais le locataire suivant . . .

  I would like leave a few suggestions: -provide a better communication channel with renters (like chats or message centre...) -fix bugs on app. The screen doesn't scroll properly. -open the pictures with double click. -have a designated space to leave private comments to the owners out of the review. (Like private additional comments/suggestions, check Airbnb app) -offer a way to check if RV owners saw and/or read your inquiry. It is frustrating when you try to contact owners and they do not even respond.(like whatsapp, messenger, instant have) -the security deposit refund must be on the same day. It is a big amount of money to be retained for so long. (This is something that doesn't make me comfortable in using Rvezy again)

  Mostly it was a great experience. The main difficulty I had was continuing to receive emails daily letting us know something in the booking process wasn't complete, but not specifying what. Each day I entered what I thought might be missing, but the next day I'd get another email saying it wasn't complete. It would be very helpful if the site could take you directly to the area(s) that weren't complete. Thank you.

  There's a feature missing where I can extend my trip and send a booking request to the renter without the need to repay the deposit and cleaning fees. This was annoying. And also the need to do delivery inspection and drop off inspection to upload pictures while I have no wifi. I think the renter should be doing that and not me.

  Disappointed that RVEZY does not guarantee quality of rental. They should only maintain owners that will take care of client. Will not rebook as a I have no confidence in what I will receive and no consequence to owner in the end.

  The online stuff is awful when it doesn't work. Staff just didn't get it. Kept trying to get me to work with their buggy system

  The whole rental process was amazing. Whenever we had questions or concerns the rvezy team addressed them immediately. I was really impressed with how well run everything was, costumer service is clearly very important to this organization. Thank you!
