  Didn’t tell us that we needed a to bring our own hitch. then told us that we had to use his hitch and it was a extra cost. Dishes were dirty and moldy and we had to clean them. Spend two hours cleaning the trailer and brought it back a day early. Then charged us saying it was dirty and that we left a mess and even charged us for that other day we didn’t use it. I would not rent off these people. they are just after money anyway they can get it. This ruined it for us to ever want to rent another trailer. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

  Rental setup, closure and the vehicle were fine. However, breakdown management is badly flawed. The need for the renter to contact three different people (Rvezy, Roadside Assistance and the owner) when you have a single phone and 2 of them involve waiting on 800 numbers with each call is very annoying. There needs to be a single point of contact for the renter. Also, the contact people need to look at a map and local time when you call in so they can actually understand the renters situation and be a bit sympatico. Rvezy needs to tell the Roadside Assistance folk the height of the rented vehicle and Road side assistance needs to communicate that as well as the number of people to the tow operator. In our case, the despatched flat bed could not be used so the operator had to return to base and exchange tow vehicles and he could not legally transport 5 people. There is NO public transport in the area (suggesting Uber or a taxi and a $40 limit is asinine) - fortunately the administrator from the tow company drove her own car to the site and returned us to the yard where they plugged the RV in and we spent the night in the tow yard. As expected, Road Side assistance was unable to find a garage to repair the vehicle! Fortunately the owner suggested a cure and the tow operator fixed it. Although the situation was aggravated by complete lack of cell coverage in the breakdown area and marginal coverage at the tow yard (voice, no data), it could have been handled better!.

  It was easy to find what we were looking for, and the responses were very timely so we didn’t have to wait for days to find out if a unit was available. I liked that it matched up our destination to units that were within a reasonable distance. You feel confident with your transaction. Because let’s face it, as renters, we are putting all the money up front without having received the hoods yet. With the disclosure and safeguards in place, it’s comforting to know that Rvezy is there to ensure transparent and ethical business transaction for both parties. Love the site and the concept.

  I found the site a bit confusing for a newbee. Once we figured out how to use the site it was OK. The RV owner was great to deal with and the few questions I could not get answers for from the online help section, I was able to speak to a real person at their call centre and we got the answers we needed.

  Owner was super responsive and we had a good trip, but I found that the RV was unsafe and would not rent again on RVEZY for this reason. One of the tires was completely worn out (almost no threads left on one side, major alignment problem). Owner forgot to bring the torsion bars for the weight distributing hitch and initially suggested that we do not need it. I refused since towing with for such as distance with the vehicles not levelled is unsafe and put wear on both the truck and the trailer.

  It was easy putting a booking but confusing because it ask to do a payment. Being my first time doing this it was confusing on why am I paying if not sure if booking will be done.Maybe some instruction for beginners on what to expect would be good. Thankfully the owner of the rv explain to me what steps to do or expect. Would I do this again? Yes, I would try It again now that I know how too.

  RVEzy is a great tool for renting a trailer for a vacation. Customer reviews are very helpful. We had a problem with our original rental in that the owner told us he would no longer be delivering his trailer for us 5 days before our trip! We contacted RVEzy and they quickly provided us with additional options that matched our search. The original owner finally cancelled enabling us to rent another trailer. I only wish I was able to review the original owner to warn others that he is not reliable.

  I love this service. Our family loves to camp Henry enjoy the options available without the expense of having to buy our own trailer. We have never had a negative experience and have rented many times. We had one time that we ran into vehicle problems Iavarone while Towing and where and we were incredibly grateful to have had the extra insurance easily accommodate Towing the trailer. My only recommendation for RV easy would be maintaining the records that are sent in so we don't have to resubmit every rental Andre qualify with our drivers licenses pictures and all the information. It would be nice to have those kept on file

  The process was a little tricky at first because it kept giving me trailers from another country. and it’s hard to search for the same trailer again unless you’ve already favourited it. i find the fees were a bit high and most should be included in the per night fee. otherwise we had a very fun but very expensive camping trip lol. kids were happy.

  The only reason I gave four stars was because of the website it’s self and trying to get a hold of somebody for my original choice of Trailer. When I first picked a trailer I reached out to the owner on many occasions with no response and I tried to reach the company themselves and had no response. I was looking for a vintage aero stream trailer originally, however I had to move along and find another type of accommodation. When I did finally find another accommodation. My experience With the new owners was very quick, they were very responsive and it was a seamless and smooth process which I was unbelievably happy with.

  From beginning to end, once I committed to the idea and logged in with info, everything just fell into place. I was a waiting for something to fall off the rails, but not a thing was missed and easily confirmed through their online site. Make sure you will have access to cell or wifi to accept delivery and departure as there are administration details to deal with.   I installed the app and found it difficult to find certain information. It appears basic and user friendly but it seems a lot of important information was missing, such as a pick up location. I viewed the document attached to my booking and confirmed the address on the date of pickup with the owner and he advised that was not the correct address. So luckily I had communicated with him otherwise I would've shown up to the wrong address. This information would have been nice to have a few days ahead of time for planning. I also had a hard time confirming my licence/verifying my account. I had to contact customer support for this and the lady I spoke to was very patient and helpful. She guided me through each step and stayed on the phone until it was finished. I'm not sure if I will use the app again as it seems there is too much added fees and it's too expensive.

  I was kind of busy coming up to trip and didn’t know I was to take pre trip pics and odometer etc. The RV owner was great and let me know but I was having trouble with my phone and internet would t load up as expected. I didn’t end up taking any pre/post pics but lucklily as said the owner was very trustworthy. Maybe a Printable checklist for steps that require completion throughout the process.

  The only downfall is the auto subscribe at first when you are searching and how so many close matches send an email. I’d rather pick and no receive emails except from those I’m interested in. Otherwise we had a great experience.
