  I loved the easy step by step process for renting the two RVs for 14 days. I loved the peace of mind and the reliability of drop off and pickup of the owners. One very happy camper !!

  I thought the site was great but it wasn't clear about uploading my driver's license at the beginning even though the trailer was being delivered. The spamming that happened after I didn't upload it, made it clear that I needed to but it could have been more clear during the booking process.

  The searching and booking systems on web site were user friendly, the links to my email from the web site meant I could express interest and wait for responses without checking the web site again. The customer service was beyond expectation. Phone calls following up on emails one example. The web site pretty good, the App and web site are not well linked but operate well individually. One suggestion is to have requirement of an operation manual for the RV etc units. As much as we were experienced each model and make have specifics and some we couldn't figure out and didn't have cell/internet coverage when we needed it.

  Site was clear and had lots of options. My only blip was that once I had found one I liked, I started getting messages from other, similiar trailers, which was confusing until I figured it out. I also didn't know about the safety deposit until my renter told me which was great of her. But I would absolutely rent again from RVezy. Just pay attentention to the extra costs which are totally visible once you go through the check out process.

  Booking a motorhome through this site was exceptionally easy and straight forward. The app and the website layout the information in a smart and intuitive manner. The app was great for walking us through each step along the rental term with useful and non-intrusive reminders and notifications. Our family will definitely consider the use of RVezy in the future and will definitely recommend it to others.

  The RVEZY site and app are very easy to navigate to find what you’re looking for. Our first experience renting an RV was a very successful one. The owner delivered, set up and gave necessary instructions for the trailer. The trailer was very clean and comfortable, stocked with many amenities. Highly recommended!!

  I found the experience very good. However, I also found the various fees a bit excessive, about 50% of the rental, all in for an 8 day rental. As a result, I am not sure when I will be willing to rent again. The pricing should reflect fees and other charges to give a more complete picture of the cost of your trip, just like Expedia does. That may discourage some to rent, but would provide more appropriate info on the full cost of the rental and would make for a happier experience with no surprises. Thanks

  Had a great experience overall, but think it's a little ridiculous they hold the security deposit ransom until reviews etc are filled out. Once the trip is complete and I sign off for no damage, my security deposit should be returned immediately. It should be optional as a consumer to choose to fill out reviews etc. Seems like bad business to me.

  The system is not user friendly to set up account and when I would phone for assistance your line would hang up after 20 minutes even though stated was an 8 minute wait. Having said that Jennifer was amazing at helping me navigate the system and get everything set up prior to my vacation. Looking for RVs was easy as well.

  Someone broke in our RV and stole a backpack. RVezy doesn't cover anything. We ended up paying for replacing the lock, had to buy new clothes and shoes. We paid $ 300 for insurance with RVazy and $245 service fees, what was that for? Very disappointed, will never book with RVazy again!

  The fact that the owners can cancel the bookings at any time made it very difficult for us to scramble and find a replacement. I appreciate the quick response by customer service to help us find replacements but this happened to us once and my cousins TWICE, one of which was less than 24 hours before our trip. There’s also a substantial amount of additional fees so things end up much more expensive than I originally thought.

  I had a great experience with the people I was renting from. I also found the tech support very responsive. However, I hesitate to recommend Rvezy because of the platform that is very frustrating to navigate. For example, I booked an RV successfully for specific dates but then the RV owner told me these were not available. Sorting that out was frustrating.

  Dealing with the owners of the trailer was awesome. The part about having to own a fancy phone to complete the agreement was not ideal. Not everybody owns these types of phone.
