  Stumbled across this site and just had our first trip renting an amazing little Boler from a great guy! This site is so fantastic to connect people looking for trailers with those renting theirs out. Very user friendly and a surprising amount of trailers to choose from.

  Very helpful by getting a great van to us in short order. There was a last minute snag in our contract and it was ironed out by the helpful staff at RVEZ especially from Kate and Osmon. They were patient and quick to our rescue. We had a great trip in the end and would rebook with RVEZ in future. Site navigation was simple and contained all the documents we needed online. Responses were quick and helpful.

  All is good but don’t like the app when I want to go back and see my files or view the RV I rented…it’s easier to start a new search and find it that way instead. But other than that it was a perfect first experience.

  I have written a review 3 times so in a nut shell, they sent me out for two weeks in an RV that had broken drawers/ handles, a generator that turned on but didn't power anything and without any license plates or current registration. Trying to contact them was terrible. On hold for over an hour listening to their music and never getting through and then email responses three days later. This is a Canadian company who clearly isn't really interested in customer service. They also put their owner in jeopardy by renting out a vehicle with no plates or registration. I spent two weeks with no cabin a/c, no electrical power and teenagers complaining the whole time. I do not recommend this company at all.

  We had a very good experience with Rvezy. There were a few problems with my bank and tech issues but they were perfesstional and patient. I liked the security of their policies, how they communicated and their system was reassuring. I will rent through them everytime we need a home on wheels.

  RVezy was very website friendly and easy to navigate. There was a lot of options and different trailers to choose from . Getting help from them was very quick and efficient and got to issue right away and solved the problem that I was having.   RVezy was a great app to search for and find a trailer that suited our needs . Once we found one the process was quite simple from booking to picking up amd dropping off. Only negative which is out of RVeZy’s control was that we sent numerous messages to inquire about trailers and the owners never responded. If there is someway you can have unit owners be more responsive it would be 5 plus stars .

  The odds of finding anyone to communicate with in Rvezy is next to nothing. They automatically enroll you into road side assistance without you even knowing. The price you end up agreeing to from the start goes up by 1/3 easily for all kinds of fees that will be disclosed after you sign up. After you fully pay for all kinds of fees for insurance and all other costly stuff, they make you sign all kind of binding document that you, personally are responsible for any damage to the RV which made me feel scammed because if I'm insured, why am I personally liable for any damage all the while I paid all kinds of premiums to be insured. Luckily nothing happened but never again, I put myself in this situation

  The overall ease of use was very good. Communication with the owner and with RVezy was fast and efficient. RVezy addressed all our concerns about insurance as we were picking up the unit early. Refund of the security deposit occurred the same day we returned the trailer.

  Really enjoyed this site and the ease it provided. I have no desire to own my own RV, but enjoy getting away with the kids for some summer fun. RV makes it easy to do so and the fella we rented from was friendly and responsive, was great!

  Our overall experience was poor. Our RV was dirty, the fresh water leaked so wouldn’t pressurize, the batteries were nearly dead and we spent a good portion of our vacation fixing problems that the owner said he would reimburse us for and did not. RVezy, process requires you to rate the owner that we we are totally dependent on for the return of our $1,000.00 deposit. A really expensive, stressful experience. No thank you!

  Very easy process but was surprised by some additional charges. Road side assistance I was not aware of and extra service fee for I’m not sure what?! I had the trailer delivered so why would I need roadside assistance. All the extra charges were more then the actual rental of the trailer…

  After unexpected circumstances kaboshed our holiday plans a friend suggested we try RVezy and it turned aout to be a saving grace!! As an alternative holiday plan we were able to quickly find a lovely trailer to rent...the process was easy & seamless!   RVEzy is a great concept, and we booked a great trailer for a wonderful family trip. Searching for the right trailer wasn't as easy as it could have been. More filters should be built in - for example we wanted one with 4 separate beds (a bunkhouse) for our 4 kids. To know which trailers had that, you'd have to open each, and flip through all the pictures. It was a few months ago now, so it's hard to remember the other filters I was wishing for at the time. After booking we would get random messages about the booking that didn't always make sense. I did need to reach out to support a couple of times. The staff were really friendly and enthusiastic to help, but their lack of knowledge made their help not very helpful.

  The site was simple, the app was simple, the experience was great. I would ask that the map navigation (zooming in and out) be brought up to speed to be a pinch to zoom type interface for mobile viewing. It’s the only thing I could think of that I didn’t like (pretty small). Email notifications were useful and the app directed me to next steps each time I missed something. Great work!

  I like the website and experience. But Roadside assistance should also include issues on the campsite. I called for assistance on electrical battery issues and they were of no help at all. They would have help only if I were stuck on the road.

  I've been trying to reach RVezy since Friday August 27th, the day of my rental. I wasn't able to stay in this RV due to the condition. It was filthy and infested with roaches. I still have not been contacted back by this company.

  Je trouve que rvezy priorisse le côté fiscal au détriment des propriétaires et des locataire , explication nous avons effectituer le dépôt complet pour le propriétaire, et ils onts geler le montant à leur détriment , ont comprend mes cela les pénalisé côté monétaire , et côté locataire point de vue dépôt de garantie attendez vous à vous faire percevoir 1000$ dollars en garantie sur votre carte de crédit , qu'il vont vous remettre à la fin de votre location mes prévoyez 10 jours pour le retour du 1000$ dollars et cela n'est pas garentie , car si le remboursement n'a pas lieu ils faut se démardé avec sont institution bancaire, alors a vous d'en juger si cela est correct pour vous .

  My dealings with the owner of the camper van was excellent! Caroline has excellent communication skills and is extremely helpful and detail oriented. However, the software system for RVezy was unreliable and frustrating. Trying to upload my licence into their system was a nightmare and took a couple of days and an email to the technician. It kept telling me the photo file was too large. They really need to fix this as I have never had issues like this before on other sites such as Air Bnb. Afterwards, the technician told me the phot was uploaded properly, however a couple of weeks later the website asked me to verify my profile because the licence photo was missing. This only added to my frustration. The verification process was terrible and several links were sent to me that did not work. I gave up! Caroline, the owner of the van had to help me and even she experienced trouble with it. RVezy, you have work to do on your software system as it is not user friendly.

  Really enjoyed using RVezy for our last vacation. Site was easy to use, and the owner we rented from was fantastic throughout the process. We'll be back to use RVezy again!
