  It was challenging just to review different vehicles without committing to a trip. I wanted to browse different options (C-class versus vans versus travel trailers) but I always had to input dates and then I was getting emails from different renters which was wasting their time. If there is just a "browsing" feature that doesn't require dates and other unnecessary info, that would help. (I may have been searching incorrectly.) My reservation was also cancelled and my renter said it was holding up the process even though my payment had gone through owing to a "glitch" in the system. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and could see our payment had been received. He notified the renter immediately to inform her that we had, in fact, paid the security deposit. This site is a GREAT idea for both the renter and the "rentee". Thanks very much

  My experience with RVezy was 5 star except for some confusion with the website. The customer needs to be better informed that all transactions with the company after booking have to happen through the app and not through a web browser. This lead to several frustrating times before I was able to figure this out with the help of my host. For example, after finishing my trip I received an email asking me to “complete the booking”. At the bottom of the email there was a blue button prompting me to “complete the booking” but when I clicked on the button I was sent to a new “dead” screen which lead nowhere because I wasn’t in the app. Who knew? I should have been redirected.

  The application process was very frustrating. I was very reluctant to upload drivers licence. I don't recall seeing any reassuring messages that the site was safe. Identity theft was a concern. Rvezy wants to drive the process via online. Having never heard of this company, it felt very risky. It was difficult to find a phone # and then to get an actual person. When I did finally make contact, the I T support was great. That said, everything you do to protect owners is impressive. The end result was an extremely positive experience. From picking up the RV to having the security deposit returned was seamless.

  Pre pandemic I found RVezy easy to deal with. A quick phone call resolved any problems. Lately though I have found RVezy to be difficult to deal with. I am a Boomer. The website seems to be targeted at Millennials. The repeated account verification requirements I found to be onerous. Older clients should have the option that does not require a cell phone and 'selfies'. It would've been much easier just to show the RV owner my Driver's Licence when I attended to pick up the RV. Also my RV had a breakdown enroute. I found RVezy Roadside Assistance to be of zero help.

  The online experience was good. My complaint is that we were charged on our deposit for dog hair, which wasn’t ours. We had no dogs in the camper. We were also charged for dirty sheets which we put in the bag as instructed. At no point we’re we told to take sheets home and clean them.

  It was easy to find the right RV and to book it… the only thing I don’t understand is why they take the full payment more than a month before your reservation, then they take a $1500 garante on the first day of the month of your rental. Seriously, take 50% of the amount when we reserve, and the rest when we pick up the RV… it would make a big difference. If I would only review your payment terms, you would get half a star…

  Navigation and page display are user friendly. I’ve received several offers from other vr locators after requesting a specific vr location to only one locator. Was not expecting this. Not sure what triggered this but it wasn’t very obvious. Other than this, everything was pretty good!

  This was our first time renting with RVezy. I didn’t even know a site like this existed.. it’s like AirBnB but for RVs! We were able to find a RV that was just right for our needs and travel dates. The owner of our RV was super nice and helpful.. we had no prior experience with RVs and he took the time to walk us through all we needed to know. It was definitely a fun experience and we hope to do it again soon!

  Pourquoi est-ce que je reçois ma correspondance avec vous en anglais, alors que tout a bien débuté en français? Je dois dire que tout fonctionne bien dans votre organisation. C'est bien monté, organisé. Mais j'avoue que les frais autres que le montant de départ, sont énormes ( ici on parle de 150$/jour pour 10 jours= 1500$ deviendra 2418$ après toutes les charges. C'est beaucoup. 1- J'aurais préféré voir affiché le prix incluant tous les frais , par jour, dès le départ! 2- Les frais afférents sont beaucoup trop élevés. Votre concept est très intéressant mais très gourman! Merci d'y réfléchir.

  I had some challenges with the website - the app seems to work better. For example, I saved some favorites on the website, but received an error when I tried to view them. Yesterday, I discovered that they're saved on the mobile app. The site has many RVs to choose from, with decent search/filter capabilities. I would like to see more filter selections to narrow down the search. For example, add more amenities (i.e. freezer) and distance from location (RVs have come up in my search that are located 3.5 hrs away!)
