  The whole renting process was easy from beginning to end. I also really appreciate the option to filter for options that include delivery. I’ve downloaded the RV Eazy app and will definitely use it again.

  When I first started using RVezy I was using the website and had very little problems. The issues started coming when I was forced to use the app as a pose to the website. This should be stated prior to anything being submitted. It was not until after the payment was taken that the app was required to process information. The initial thought was the site made it easy for us to book a trailer but as things progressed on our trip we were starting to get frustrated with the requirements. Such as the requirement to write a review in order to get the deposit back.

  Overall a good experience. Registering drivers was clunky, Cancellation policy is not flexible enough especially given the current pandemic. Need more explanation on the insurance, how it works in relation to basic auto insurance required by each province.

  very easy to use and convenient, I found some challenges initially in that the search criteria didn't seem to follow my inputs. example pet friendly kept giving me non pet friendly or at least thos that didn't clearly indicate they were good with pets.

  Les interactions avec RVezy et le propriétaire étaient très souples et efficaces. Le véhicule est fantastique - excellent état et performance, et a répondu à tout nos besoins. L’orientation offerte par René sur notre départ était très utile. Le véhicule est très bien approvisionné avec chaises pour extérieur, grille-pain, cafetière, etc pour répondre aux besoins du locataire. René était très disponible pour nous offrir conseils et suggestions. C’était notre première expérience avec René et RVezy et nous les recommandons sans réserve. Merci beaucoup!

  Navigation was ok, but the process could be better explained for first timers (eg how to add a driver). There was an error in the process : the owner forgot something but RVeazy sent a notice that I didn't complete the contract. It was corrected rapidly. The documentation is partly in French (our language) but emails came back to English most of the time. The final invoice show the reimbursment of the deposit but not the initial payment. So it's a good beginning and basis are ok, but many details could be improved.

  Overall it’s very good, notifications of info waiting needs to be cleaned up however. When an email comes with specific actions it doesn’t bring you to the correct location on the app. Would make more sense for these messages to end up in your “inbox” on the app with a notification instead.

  Booking #475862 This booking never happened, the owner of the RV never gave us the RV because it was in the garage getting fixed. This website and company has terrible customer service , i called numerous times and sent emails with no luck. The 1000$ was refunded but the actual payment for the RV wasn't yet. Please refund the payment for this transaction that never took place Thank you,

  It was so easy to book on this site that I initially questioned it’s validity. However, I quickly realized it was valid and RVeasy proved to be smooth from beginning to end. I didn’t need to worry about the process as I received prompts of easy instructions. I recommend RVeasy to anyone wanting to travel via a motorhome or trailer.

  RVezy themselves are great and the site is well thought out, but I got 10 declines/no responses/trailers no longer available before I found one that would work and was actually available.....the site could maybe use a better way to encourage owners to actively respond and be more diligent with blacking out dates their RV will be unavailable. I would also really like a search option filter for "generator available"

  Its awesome to have RV EZY! the only thing is the website that needs a little bit of improvements. After booking my RV, I received many offers from the owners which was totally confusing and frustrating at the end! Besides, the messages didn;t go through and I had to resend them few times! Other than that I ama fan of RVEZY and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great place to rent a RV.

  As first time user I found the service very helpful. when I had an issue and emailed Rvzy directly it was handled very quickly. One recommendation is to show on the app all the steps that well need to be completed to finish the booking. It seems like when I did it each day I got a new email with more to complete. On a few occasions I could not find what needed to be completed.

  Rvezy made the relatively complicated process of renting an RV easy (or Ezy). Rvezy verified me as a renter, approved my wife and I as drivers, provided insurance and a Road Side Assistance option and processed my credit card. I had an excellent experience with the rental and the rental process.

  Quick answers, but too many mails with also new advertisements while I already booked a Van . Very confusing ! The extra costs with service - tax etc is a lot compare the price of the Van . It almost doubled the price and ofcourse incl insurance and road assistance . Still a lot extra to pay . The respond after a damage was accurate and friendly , but the glass of the window was not included by the insurance and we had to pay ourself . Read the small letters I will suggest .

  RVezy was not so easy. The website, once the RV was booked was hard to complete. There should be an explanation about the person who books must be the person who fills the info about driver etc and it must be the exact exact name on the license. It took over 10 emails to get it straight. The picture confirmation was different on the tablet and laptop. Should be able to deal with the same customer service person through out the process. The owner personally said insurance was included, but RVzy tacked it on again tax. There must be a simpler process.

  We would definitely choose RVezy for future rentals. Overall, a good experience. However, once we chose an RV, we kept getting messages from other owners. I would prefer once you lock in an RV that it blocks any new messages. The owner was great in responding to our specific questions about the RV so that made it helpful.

  Decent app, works well and we had a good experience. But noticing how many renters want the earth and the moon prices for extras. Want a chair? - 50 bucks a day, oh need some sheets? - 100 bucks. Need some forks? - 75 bucks. It makes it difficult to actually see what it’s going to cost. You get a mega mega surprise unless you have an owner making it simple to price. Also, the RVEasy fees are high. But otherwise, it’s a good marketplace and decent way to find a trailer rental.
