  Don't bother buying their useless insurance!! So I rented an RV for the first time for my sons 11th birthday camping trip. The cheap vinyl on the couch an booths became frayed from just sliding in and out of the booth. As well as the couch in the seems from I guess sitting and sleeping on the pull out mattress. I mean this is normal use stuff nothing abusive and I thought well no big deal I had purchased the recommended insurance so all should be well. Much to my surprise the insurance doesn't cover ANY interior damage. Needless to say I won't be renting through RVezy again.

  We had a great experience all around with RVezy. The site is easy to navigate and the owner we dealt with was great. We had a small insurance glitch but it was easliy fixed by the owner. The return of the deposit that stayed in a 'pending' status on our credit card was almost instant as soon as the owner closed off the rental. If we ever need to rent an RV again, we will use RVezy for sure.

  I was very disappointed with the initial reservations, which was my first rental attempt. The owner did not disclose in his listing that he would ONLY deliver and return the RV. This was discovered very late in the process and we scrambled to find another. The only saving grace was the RVezy agent that assisted us with a solution and the owners of the RV that we actually rented. The agent remained in constant contact and worked the issue until there was a solution.

  The site got the job done but I needed human support to find What I wanted and human support to actually get me connected even then I ended up with two accounts which also became a source of complications after. The humans were always nice and apologetic but you have to do something about your technology

  Although we've stayed in an RV, my family of 4 had never rented an RV by ourselves before. RVezy made the process less intimidating by giving us all of the information we needed to know. It was easy to search for an RV that would fit our family best. It was helpful to have the ability to reach out to potential lenders to see which was the most responsive and helpful. The lender we found was phenomenal (Jackpot Joe Adventures), which gave us videos on how to care for the RV. The check-in and check-out process were simple, streamlined, and gave me the confidence I needed to know that we were professionally cared for. We will definitely rent again through RVezy.

  Subin was fantastic. Subin was available to answer any questions we had prior to pickup of the RV, did a walk through outlining the key areas that one would need (who has never driven or how to operate) and showed us how things worked. The RV was clean, tanks filled, propane topped up and ready to go. Our family had a great time and could not ask for anything more in a first time RV rental, from either the RV or the owner. 5 Stars.   It was very easy to find and book a travel trailer. The only problem I encountered was trying to take a picture of my driver's license. I couldn't seem to get the camera to take a picture with my phone. I ended up having to copy the link from my phone to my tablet to take the picture and that still have me a few problems. But all in all this site is on the up and up and I will be using again for our next camping trip. Thank you RVezy

  the whole idea is very good but the reason I gave the overall rating 3 stars is the whole process of booking never explain about the contract with host of the trip and the cancelation policy these 2 huge part of renting was totally hidden from me as a guest and I expected to be right in the process before I even select the renting as page that you can read and select next not in the other pages you should look into it yourself to find and exact opposite there was a note that the renting is cancelable at no charge which is a trick to get us in the contract and then find out there is a fee plus there is timing before trip for P percent charges etc… so the other problem was using the RV as beginner is not that easy the rvezy tried to showed everyone there is a lot trick that you need to learn and the trip needs at least few hours in advance booking time with your host to get complete training then you are good to go the last is returning the RV without being extra charges is really complicated than what it is in the description of the rental page you have to sign the huge few pages contract with the host beside the rvezy contract which is 0 based on host favor not guest favor and you have to sign it or pay the penalty to cancel the whole renting at the day or even a week before the trip which is still not the right timing to cancel ? this is totally ridiculous while you are in the middle of nowhere then you find out about 100 conditions to sign or pay a penalty ? my idea is you have to know the contract details from the beginning and if not agreed then not book it without paying a penny so the rvezy needs to have all above information before any clicking on renting button or give the renters an option to get to know there is a contract and penalty fee etc… and in the period of that time you get the copy of contract and read then accept it or not and move to next step for penalty. Be aware of this hidden information. I hope this helps you as a guest.

  This is a great place to make accommodations when going camping!!! This was our fist time renting an RV and the convenience of renting it and knowing it will be all set up when you get there is awesome and when it’s time to come back home you just pack up and the owners do the rest!!!its so great!!! Definitely a returning client!!!!

  It is good for user to locate RV with good variety of choices, information is accurate and helpful, help line is responsive. My first booking was cancelled by owner one week before the trip, which caused some issue but lucky i found alternative. It took a bit long i.e. 9 days for me to get my security deposit back.

  The RVezy platform gave me many issue on the app and on the web page. I had to redo the same operations many times for each step of the reservation. However, it’s convenient to communicate with the owner and makes it more safer to rent rv’s.

  Delivery and set up was perfect!! The camper was beautiful and clean . Everything that I needed the owners had supplied for me . Only downside, I wasn't able to program the television. So I wasn't able to watch TV the entire weekend.

  All good! The only thing I could say is that their site is not completely user friendly. I seem to go back and forth between emails and on the app and then the website…. But eventually found what I needed. Overall good experience though. Customer service responded in a timely and helpful manner.

  RVezy offers a great service connecting owners with renters. We had booked a unit but had to cancel the booking when the owner wouldn’t allow pets. Our money was promptly credited back on our Visa. We booked another RV and all went very smoothly. Great company to deal with!
