  RVezy was easy to use and were very quick to respond to any questions we asked. They were helpful and pleasant to deal with! I would say if you are renting through them read the fine print on your insurance. A rock or something must of hot the window while we were driving and we were in the hook for it all. The 1000 dollars deductible obviously doesn’t do much. Other than that doubling the cost of our trip I think the staff at RVezy are great! Chris

  My first time using RVesy was also my first time renting any RV. The process was user-friendly, and I appreciated the reminders so no step in the rental process was overlooked. I called when one step (validating my photo ID) was put on a review. Time was of essence, and it was easy to reach someone who assisted me immediately. From browsing RVs to booking and returning it, the process couldn’t have been more pleasant.

  There were issues verifing my account and drivers licence, likely caused by limited permissions on my phone. When I called, they took care of the issue right away. Also, they charged a commission on the milage overages, what's up with that.

  Overall a good experience. My only reservation was the difficulty I had loading a US drivers license onto their site. Probably me, but I must say they were patient with me and very responsive. Definitely would use them again.

  I had some issues at the very last minute. RV owners called telling me the vehicle was in need of repair and might not be ready for me the next morning. RVEZY handled it like a pro. We were on our way on time the next morning.

  I appreciate the business model of renting a RV and the actual business transaction process was fine however, my concern is the web site's User Interface. It is not very intuitive or easy to follow. I wanted to rent an owner's vehicle yet, was moved into the area for owners wanting to rent their vehicles. It was confusing about when to move to the next phase of the rental process with some of the pages. I had my request confirmed then the process seemed to stop; leaving me in a sense of limbo. The site didn't explain what the next step would be or what to expect, when and how? email or text The same experience happens when it was time to close the "booking." To me, it should have been called Trip because I had completed the booking first, then taken the trip. I reported mileage and summitted photos and read the booking was completed. The next day the coach's owner asked me to leave a review. Your site again, wasn't clear to click on the left, pointing arrow top left page, to leave a review and then complete the process. The cyan colored arrow was in front of a blue colored photo and wasn't very visible nor, was there text to direct to go to the upper left corner of the page to click and follow to the next step. Frustrating. I assumed the process was complete until, receiving yet, another text from the owner asking me to leave a review in order to close the transaction. Fortunately, the completed review did send a message confirming the transaction is complete. Augh, what a process.

  Even after I had already booked an RV, RVezy kept soliciting me to book other RVs for the exact same date range. While I appreciated the listing that I did book, it was a hassle to have random additional suggestions show up and not be able to be dismissed. On top of that, my license verification failed multiple times until I requested that it be manually reviewed.

  We have had a very bad experience renting an RV with RVEzy on all three levels: the RV, the RV Owner and RVEzy itself. We rented a (supposedly) 2019 RV for two weeks in August through RVEzy. Pick up in las Vegas., for more than USD 3,000. The RV had a broken generator (so no a/c), awning was missing (on the picture) and dirty both outside and inside (for example urine in the mattrass). The owner Stephan Kraus was not there but his representative Sean was. Sean said the RV should not have been rented out anymore as it was in such a bad state. We could only agree. Immediately, we then talked to the owner Stephan Kraus who was on the telephone from Germany. He confirmed to us that the full fee would be refunded. He apologized and said he would arrange the refund with RVEzy. We also talked immediately with RVEzy. They would talk to the owner and cancel the rental. Meanwhile they would help us find a new RV as my family of 6 was now without an RV in the holiday. We didn't hjear anything from RVEzy so we contacted them again that evening. They hadn't contacted us for another RV so we decided to rent anotherone ourselves. Also RVEzy confirmed that they had spoken to the owner Stephan Kraus and had concluded that it would be fair that we paid half of the total rental fee to the owner. We strongly disagreed as the owner had broken his contract by not supplying us with a proper RV. In spite of many emails and phone calls RVEzy stuck with that opinion. They call it the conflict resolution process. It is nothing of that kind. I supplied them with a five page memo about all the things that had happened that day, but nothing came of it. They had, without hearing our part of the story, decided on the first day, together with the owner, that we would only be refunded half. There is nothing objective about this. We have lost more than USD 1,000. Several requests from us to talk to RVEzy's management/CEO were denied. RVEzy also denied us the opportunity to write this review. They said that we had cancelled the rental and therefore there was nothing to write about. We had to appeal to Verified Reviews before we could write this review. Stay away from Stephan Kraus and from RVEZy. If things go bad with the rental you are out in the cold.

  The RV is adorable. However my husband is 5”10 and did not fit in the bed. We had it plugged in and the water pressure was little to none. Couldn’t wash a dish or brush your teeth. Other then that very cute.

  We will never use RVezy ever again! Terrible experience for us as renters. We paid for the roadside thankfully because when we picked up the RV it broke down about an hour and a half into our travels. They would not refund us our money until the owner signed off on it. So they do not bother to protect the renters only the RV owners?! We paid a lot of money and had to wait weeks to get it back and they wouldn’t even refund the day it broke down even though we only had it did a couple hours before being stranded on the side of the road. Do NOT rent from RVezy, there are plenty of other sites out there that will help you as a renter.

  RENTER BEWARE!! Stephan delivered the RV to us in an extremely unacceptable condition. It was absolutely filthy, very worn, and rundown. We spent over two hours cleaning it. I used Lysol wipes to clean the kitchen top, blinds, and furniture and they were literally black from all the build up of dirt and had to use the mop 4 times on the floor. I took pictures and videos to document the process. The kitchen sink was not working. He had no idea as he said he hadn't used it in quite some time. There was a terrible smell of dirty diapers coming from under the kitchen sink when opening the cupboard. We were on the verge of cancelling our trip because of all of this, however we were forced to make it work as we had to leave at 6 AM the next morning to go across the country to see my parents for Thanksgiving. We used Drano in the sink, it helped with the smell but it didn't unclog it. We were not able to use it the entire trip. The shower curtain was also ripped from one of the metal posts. One of the interior tires was not in good shape and the stabilization wasn't working properly so when the RV was extended, it would lean to one side. The RV is only a couple of years old but looks to be 10 plus years older. Stephan is an irresponsible owner and is putting people who rent from him at risk by not maintaining his vehicles. I would highly advise against renting from him!!

  The RV snd the owner Joe where outstanding. RVezy charges an unbelievably ridiculous insurance and related fee’s doubling the daily as mount you pay for rental. You are much better going through your own insurance and renting directly through the owner, on my trip y to he owner got about $400.00 snd RVezy got about $350.00……seems like a rip-off for a weeks worth of insurance and fee’s. The problem being you are still responsible for any damage to the unit even though you pay for there insurance, and you can’t rent unless you get there insurance. Totally usurious. After reviewing all of there policies I would never give them my business again!

  I am grading Rvezy based on the competitors websites such as RVshare. Rvezy is much more time consuming with a lot of additional information that needs to be provided.

  The navigation through RVezy is so easy. Our host was amazing and we were able to change up things even a few days before the booking. Pick up and drop off we’re so easy. My husband and I were astonished at how easy it was to renting an RV on RVezy I have already booked the same RV for our summer vacation.

  i find your platform a bit confusing with your dashboard not showing any information until a day before your trip. your fees are too high for those of us that are having an RV delivered. insurance too high
