  Everything went well with our rental. The only suggestion for improvement is to offer another option for insurance coverage (cheaper option) for renters when rental is limited to delivery-on site trailers. It doesn't make sense to be charged the same insurance amount when renters are not driving or towing the trailerbut only occupying it.

  Alex was very kind and helpful from the beginning. Pick up early, hand in late. Nothing, and really nothing missed on the inside and on our request we even got extra bedsheets. We really can't make up anything negative!

  At times, it was very difficult to maneuver the site. I had to do it all on my IPAD or IPHONE, as PC desktop just would not work. When I did have a problem. I sent RVEZY an email and they responded very quickly, helping me to find what i was looking for. The selection of trailers is phenomenal. The person I rented from was nothing short of being the best. I will definitely use this site again and have already recommended it to others. Now that I know how to find what I need.

  The messaging between owner and myself was very convenient. I think a hard copy of proof-of-insurance that could be printed would go a long way to give renters peace of mind on the road.

  I found the rental process to be a bit onerous. Not being a very "techy" person and not having cell service at my home, I found all the different steps frustrating at times. When I called in for help though the guys were very polite and patient and got it all sorted out. Our deposit was refunded very quickly on filling out the last steps required.

  We had a snafu… several hours prior to picking up our camper van, it was broken down and no longer available. RVEzy was quick to find us an alternative booking close to home who was willing to let us pick up that same night as we had a very early departure the next day.

  Joseph was an outstanding host! He provided excellent service from beginning to end. He made himself available to answer our questions while we were on our trip. This allowed us to remain calm knowing that whenever we came across an issue he would be there to walk us through the fix. The RV was impeccably clean and surpassed all of my families expectations. It was very spacious and the compartments allowed for all 7 of us to bring our home on board. #homeawayfromhome

  Maybe I missed them on the website but it might be helpful to provide downloadable check sheets for trailer and motorhome renters. there are so many things that should be checked during the handoff that things are missed and questions aren't asked by the renter. For instance the trailer I rented didnt have a jack or lug wrench. didnt think to ask and assumed they were somewhere on the trailer.

  The website was easy to navigate. The owner of the camp trailer was great. I’m only giving three stars because the original price of the rental was $99 per night but ended up being $200 per night after forced insurance, and other fees.

  Our rental with RVezy went very well, everything is clear and well explained on the site. The application allows to make the inventory of the vehicle easily, and we were refunded the deposit a few hours after the end of the rental. I recommend it!
