  Having initially been let down with another hire company. I found RVezy, and immediately found my first van, which was excellent. Great communication and help when I needed it. I had another two cancel but that’s ok.

  This was a great experience. The only downside is that he 'check-in and check-out' review of the camper for any damages. It's done through an app that is downloaded. The wifi (not from the camper) that we paid for from the campground was soo sketchy that none of our pics from before and after never loaded, it made me nervous that we could not complete the process until we had service. We had no damage, but the point of documenting for insurance purposes and security deposit refund did not help the anxiety. A $1000 security deposit is not small. The constant email contact is great leading up to the trip..but again, with no wifi or phone service, it is void during the trip. If I was an older person and not tech savvy I could see much confusion.

  RVezy was a great system for us to be able to get back into camping and try out a different style camper than we've previously had. The payment system, trailer pick-up and drop off routine, and email notification couldnt have been any better. I highly recommend RVeasy.

  We liked that the rv had plenty space inside, and all you need to live there. Also, it was very easy to park everywhere. We did not like that it is too hot if you are not driving and using the AC. You have to use the generator. And it is very noisy and has extra charge. Also, the rv has 3 Tvs but they are not smart tvs and it is not possible to catch reception for llcal channels

  My husband and I are not what you would describe as social media savvy, yet we were able to navigate the website and successfully complete a rental without any problems. We found RVezy to be straightforward, honest and we love that it is Canadian.

  I was overcharged by the owner of my rental and I have no way to prove it. The owner is able to set the numbers and as a renter, there is no way to to prove your stance. Although there is an option to dispute, it becomes a game of “he said-she said” and the owner always has the upper hand. The app needs more insurance for renters. There are bugs with the app that need to be fixed. There are forms that I have completed upon creating my account yet I am still being asked to complete these forms.

  We had a Fantastic experience for our first trip using rvezy! From start to finish the pricess was pretty much effortless!   The website was good enough but I was confused when I received correspondence from 2 of the rv owners that I had not booked with. As well, before I knew it, when booking I had been charged for something I didn’t need or want. I had to call to have the charges reversed. And when I was booking, there was nothing to indicate there would be a cleaning fee or an RVezy service charge added to the price. I was happy with the trailer and owner but I think RVezy has some improvements they need to make. Nevertheless I am thrilled to have a company as a go between so that I can camp in a trailer and not have to tent, so thank you for that!

  Using RVesy was easy. Everything was smooth. I would recommend RVesy consolidate their emails as they sent too many. Also if they could tailor paperwork to the situation. We had our RV delivered and much of the paperwork was focused on if we were drinking the RV. If you could navigate /filter searches by where people are willing to deliver to that would be great.

  We rented a trailer through rvezy and we were very pleased with the customer service we received. It was really easy to navigate the website and to find what we were looking for. We received emails/notifications leading up to our rental dates which were great reminders of what was needed to be done prior to our trip. Everything went smoothly and we would definitely book through this website again. We are new to this App and website so we were very pleased to see that it was user friendly.

  Overall good. I didn’t like that the software forced us to book quite a large motor home (over 30’) because we are a family of three. I would have preferred to try out a sprinter van (because we are thinking of buying one) but that was not an option.

  The 'mandatory final inspection' is a bit if a nuisance and is not in face mandatory as i managed to get to closeout without doing it. Suggest making a strong recommendation that renters take pics before returning RV and leave it at that.
