  This was my first time using the app and renting a trailer. I found the app was too picky about the requirements and steps; I had difficulties closing the booking both through the app and the webpage so I had to call and somebody helped me type the review to close the booking. I’m not sure I would use their service again.

  The best experience I have had by far with any booking agency. The system from start to finish was simple to understand and I was kept well informed throughout. I highly recommend RVezy for anyone who wants to take a worry free vacation.

  RVezy is amazing! The Staff I connected with were super in helping get a trailer at the last minute. The process of registration, selecting, pick-up and return was simple and covered both renter and rentee.. Thank you again for a great experience. Will be using in the future for sure.

  A bit more involved to set up a first time account but quite easy to navigate after. The choices of rv in my area were plentiful and owners were prompt to reply. It is a great option for an rv rental.

  We needed a quick replacement for our RV that brokedown on the highway and I found a great rental within minutes of searching on the site. The website was easy to navigate and luckily the new RV providers were quick to respond and we had our new rental the next day!

  This was our first experience in renting a trailer. The site had numerous trailers and it was quite quick to check if it was available when we needed it. Options for the trailer were listed and the owner was quick to respond to questions and needs. We will rent again and recommend this site.

  Hello. We used RVezy for a 2 week trip. App work well to order but still have some issues. It work well to find available RV. Nice to chat with owner using the app. Issues were : 1. RVezy ask you to submit a request to owner. That request will be review by the owner and reply to you back. App is made so you make multiple request to many owners in order to find one available. Multiple answer become confusing to know from which owner or rv it is coming. 2. On top of that RVesy extract other owner similar to the one you contacted and available to your date and send you an email that look very similar to the other owner confirmation email you have already received. It add up to the confusion. If you reply by booking to this automatic email you actually book a rv to a new owner you never contacted. 3. If you cancel an order you need to know it cost me 450$ to cancel my first order. It is not said anywhere but RVesy charges are expensive and you cannot find that amount before booking. I was able to recover my 450$ after 2 days of work contacting RVesy multiple time because I have re-order a new RV using that same app. Should I stop trying I would have lost this 450$. 4. The app had send a weird email to the RV owner 1 week before the trip start saying : Do not release the RV until customer complete the agreement. My agreement was completed online properly and payment made at 100%. I got to work with RVezy support and the owner for a good 4 hours trying to resolve that app issue. The RVezy support was very attentive and helpful to resolve that app issue with the owner. When I took the RV to start the vacation, owner told me the app was still sending him these weird emails but he chose to not consider it and released me the RV anyway because RVezy confirmed my online order was 100% completed. That tell me there is still issue to fix with this app. Over all we completed our trip with the RV without any other issue.

  Nous avons réservé un VR pour un événement sportif et à quelques heures de la prise de possession du VR, le propriétaire m'a obligé d'annuler ma réservation et de la refaire puisqu'il n'avait pris son assurance commerciale pour le VR. Il aurait pu avoir ses documents en règle puisque j'avais réservé depuis octobre 2021. J'ai payé des frais d'administration supplémentaires de 150 $. De plus, j'ai du lui demandé de fermer la réservation afin d'obtenir le remboursement du dépôt de sécurité. J'aurai souhaité de pas avoir à faire ses actions. Par contre, le représentant de RVezy, Thomas a été très gentil et poli pour m'aider à refaire la réservation. Je ne voulais pas la perdre à 3 heures du départ.
