  This was our first time using the RVezy webservice for booking a vacation rental. Overall the experience was extremely good. The account creation process, and verification of my credentials took some "patience" to complete, but I appreciate the need for such verifications in a modern world. Perhaps some streamlining of that process would make it more welcoming for "older users" :) We did appreciate the mobile App that helped guide our receiving and returning of the rental equipment, to make sure the owner and the renter were following a guideline that protected both parties. Thank you for creating a service that made our vacation experience a happy memory.

  Never again will I rent thru this website . Inadequate training for renter. Trailer not ready to rent out water leaks. Returned a day early due to issues with no credit given. I’m done

  I found the trailer I rented was in great condition and everything that was promised was delivered. What I did not like was the complicated transaction that RVezy employs with too many steps to rent an RV. I’ve rented houses through AirBNB which was way smoother. Need to clean this up in order for me to be a repeat customer.

  you Android mobile application should not assume that Chrome is the default application browser. As a result, you have to test your identity process identification with others browser or make it clear to the user that Chrome must be used to launch the camera. FYI DuckDuckGo was my default browser and your application was spinning in circle because the camera application cannot be launched

  This was our first time with RVezy. It was a great experience and booking with Jodi was easy. Her trailer was perfect for the two of us and the weekend trip.   Pick up, delivery and vehicule were perfect. Instructions for final step of process where not obvious ( taking picture of drivers licence ) this possibily caused a mix up in authorized drivers when we came to pick up the car ( one of 2 previously accepted drivers was “waiting for approuval” ) but once we got to speak to someone at RVezy everything was set straight.

  The trailer was new, well equipped, clean and delivered/picked up on time. The owners were very accommodating, cooperative and wonderful to deal with. All our questions were answered promptly and the overall experience was great. The $1,000 deposit was unexpected but understandable and it was refunded quickly at the conclusion of our booking. Overall, excellent experience!
