  I think Rvezy is a excellent idea, and I believe it has a great selection of RVs. But the process of finding and booking an RV could be easier. EG not all RVs in any given area consistently appear on the map. Sometimes when you zoom in, more RVs will appear. Later, they don't. It's worth saving the URL for any RV that looks interesting, just in case it doesn't appear in a later visit. I would prefer to start searching without dates, but the website doesn't like that preference. I don't want to miss a particular RV if, for example, it's not available on just one or two dates of my preferred period. If you select an RV, and choose some dates, sometimes a "preliminary booking" is created, with a booking number - and the owner receives this. Later, if you create an actual booking for that RV, a new booking number is created. A confusing process, particularly for the owner, who now apparently has two bookings for the same dates. Getting verified as a driver is difficult. You have to use a phone-based process that wants a photo of your drivers licence. But you can't upload a photo ... And you can't complete this process through the website. Once our booking was complete, we had a great trip. Like I said, it's a great idea. The process needs some attention.

  Great experience for me and my family. Host showed me basic in-outs for RV. RV was clean and well equipped for all necessary items like kitchenware, cleaned towel, linens etc… I would highly recommend Host.

  I had booked 3 trailers 6 months in advance. 2 of them were perfect. The other one cancelled the day before we needed it. I had no recourse for this cancelation. Unfortunately I will not use Rvezy again until the cancelation policy is updated. The owner that cancelled did not even respond to my question on the cancelation. We were left looking for accommodations the Friday of the long weekend for out of town guests. The owners have full protection but the renters have no protection or recourse if an owner decides to cancel at the last minute.

  All good except one of the rv trailer I booked has been canceled due to the fact that the rv owner decided to sell it. The site should have some kind oh protection for the renter.

  This is my first time of renting a RV (through RVezy) the experience was not so bad, there were few surprise from the RV, like there was no hot water until the 3rd day it didn't bother me at all as we booked camp site close by public showing place, the only thing was the owner was so restricted to the pick up and drop off time (earliest pick up time was 2pm, and return has to be by noon), which compare to RV Canada with approx. the same price daily they offer 10:00-noon pick up, and 3-4pm to drop off which is more reasonable for us; I didn't know this until after I put deposit. In the end, we thought the septic tank was empty, and we didn't check to ensure before the departure, we were charged $100 for that, and some of the propane/gas usage which I think it was fair. First time of renting a RV through RVezy, I was concerned of being fair to be charged, and wished not to have an argument whatsoever, I'm very happy it didn't happen, otherwise it could ruin my vacation.

  RVezy is such a awesome tool and platform for RV rentals. It is straight forward, secure as can be and everything is looked after. The communication tool between renter and owner is excellent, the reminders and prompts that take you from start to finish are some of the best in any app I’ve used. Can’t rate RVezy any higher. Will for sure use it again.

  While we had a hard time get someone to stick with a rental agreement, that was not RVezy’s fault. I received GREAT customer service when I needed to call and the website was well organized (easy to find the details of the rental…bedding, propane etc) We did struggle to finally get a secure booking but other than that, our experience was just right. I’ll be recommending RVezy for sure.

  La navigation sur le site pourrait être plus facile. L'ajout d'information entre-autre concernant les preuves de permis de conduire pourrait être indiqué avant de faire une réservation.   I have to revisit February of this year as that is when I tumbled to the idea of booking a trailer for a reunion in the Penticton area. By then trailers in the vicinity were all booked but was eventually able to find a suitable unit out of Kelowna. I needed the option to have the trailer brought to a private home which Rich Ricters Bunkhouse rental unit suited perfectly, and his service was excellent I do remember in the process, as I had not used your site before, an anxiety when I did not hear back from one request for a day or so…looking back all turned out in the end , but realizing now for a busy area like The Okanagan, units are booked well in advance and options run out quickly so a quick reply from unit renter participant’s is not always possible but diffently appreciated.

  I had a over all great experience with site. It was a little tricky at first but take ur time and follow steps, you will have no problems.   This is an important app for first time renters and/or RVers. There is so much unknown, RVezy helped us to be comfortable with the process and the choices that best fit our trip design.   This was my first time using a virtual platform to rent an RV. It was mostly a good process. I had no issues with the owner but had some trouble with the app and uploading my drivers license.
