  This was all easy as pie for the couple trailers we needed my wedding. I own my own trailer but decided a rental was much more convenient for a short weekend away. Would “eazily” use this service again!

  Worked ok. Several functions could not be completed via my iPhone such as driver verification or closing out my booking. I had to do these via my desktop computer which was inconvenient And the RV owner says the website automatically adds a $65 cleaning fee. We always return the RV cleaner than when it arrived, so that was annoying. And the fees, etc are high.

  Pro- lots of options, reviews available, easy to communicate with owners. Cons- Advertised price is not all inclusive which is misleading to the client. Example our $300 weekend rental was actually closer to $550 with cleaning fee, insurance, service fees etc. Neutral- deposits take a long time to show up are your cc. Up to 10 days which may cause issues for some.

  It took several tries to find the rental that we made, but we had good suggestions from the site when things didn’t work out as planned. Some not so intuitive things on the webpage, but overall good.

  This was my first booking. Overall it seemed easy. The first trailer was not available but I got a quick, and very positive response from the owner of the second search for a rental. The whole process from reservation through payments and appropriate documents was very thorough and professional.

  I was confident that my experience was going to be seamless when booking my trip last week. The entire duration of my 3 day trip was a headache. From the rental generator being too loud for the campsite and not being able to use it to run the AC, to the battery burning out and not having any power or lighting, to the fuse being blown to not allow conversion of propane to power to run the fridge, to our entire fridge food going back on day two because of no power to run the fridge. Simply put it was a nightmare and I feel rveezy should spend more time qualifying private renters for their application. I felt ripped off and didn’t leave with a great experience. Was refunded 200 bucks; 100 for the generator rental but felt that wasn’t enough.

  Fees added that did not show during booking. Also first booking was a motor home. It was canceled by owner just a week before trip. If I did not own a truck the trip would have been a problem.

  The step by step process was a pain, took to long. Thought I had completed a step but had to go back and do it. Prefer to do it all at once then be done with it. Busy people have other issues to deal with than all the steps and trying to figure out your process.

  Had two trailers cancel after booking first one they let me know they were selling but the last one was 6 days before my trip which was disappointing and a hassle to rebook and go through everything again the web site was user friendly all in all ok experience

  The registration process was supposed to be simple but I needed to complete the documentation twice and then after I identified the trailer that we wanted to rent, another trailer owner believed that I had made arrangements with them. In finalizing the rental, I completed another form a second time agreeing to a host of conditions which were not applicable but there wasn't an option to indicate Not Applicable. I was glad when i could communicate by telephone with the Owner.

  The entire process was easy as far as the rental and getting, using and returning the trailer. The only issue I had with the entire process is that doing documentation on my phone and adding a driver was a problem. The application is not intuitive and you have to dig to find ways to do stuff on it.

  I found the website difficult to maneuver around. I had a lot of trouble making a booking and all of it seemed hard to follow and figure out. Messaging the rv owner was difficult and time consuming. I have already told friends NOT to use rvezy and I won’t ever again. On top of that, I heard how much rvezy takes from the rv owners and find it bad business and greedy.

  The RVezy app is very easy to use and made finding a RV rental much faster, more convenient and affordable compared to traditional rental outlets. We had a rough start with several owners deciding to take their RV off the rental market after I contacted them and one we had booked ended up canceling weeks later so they could go on vacation but once I found a good owner, the process was easy and smooth. I will use this app again for our next camping trip.

  It’s a good tool, but all your details booking is geared toward a RV not a trailer, plus if it’s delivered don’t have to take the mileage, small things like that.. it’s to generic….
