  We are a family from Denmark who spontaneously decided see if we could rent a motorhome. Within 20 minutes we had a motorhome that we picked up the next day and had 5 amazing days, driving around Ontario. So simple to use, so effective, so safe to use. I can only recommend it.

  Excellent AP, takes care of the client and the owner. They were very cooperative when I called, very polite and professional. I would suggest asking more questions about specific details of RVezy, and it’s charges to know in advance, and what best suits you as the customer.

  When renting RV the return date should allow for travelling from campsite to owners place to allow renter time to enjoy last day of camping. RV should not be rented on same day to another person.

  Booking a unit for our camping trip through RVezy was great. Their support was great when we had issues with payments and it was easy to communicate with them. The RV owner we rented from was also amazing, with easy communication and accommodating for our family.

  bonjour, nous avons eu un soucis avec le frigo. ayant prit l’assurance RVezy, nous avons contacter ceux ci pour finalement se faire dire que ce bris n’était pas couvert. nous avons perdu de la nourriture et avons du s’organiser pendant 24h avec des voisins et bien des sacs de glace pour ne pas tout perdre. Heureusement, le propriétaire a réglé le bris le matin suivant.

  It was easy to book but wasn't clear after booking what the next steps were. I'm sure it's in the help, but it would have been nice to have been told what to expect next. It was also really annoying that after booking, I was inundated with offers from other hosts to book their RVs for the same period. If I just booked a unit, why would I want offers? And the offers that came in all seemed really sketchy from hosts that seemed like they would nickel and dime you.

  The RV trailer and owner were great. The RVezy platform/policy experience was poor. I found it really annoying and inappropriate that RVEzy kept sending me other RV offers while I was in the midst of arranging a rental with one of their advertisers. Not sure why the RV owners stand for that sort of nonsense...that on its own would be a reason to advertise elsewhere. I found all the add-on prices and insurances to be excessive...particularly given I was having a trailer delivered and wasn't driving it anywhere. The whole insurance part of it seemed like a huge scam. First you have to buy their pricy insurance (with a very high deductible of $1500), then they add a $1000 security deposit on top of that. Duh. Isn't that why you're paying for insurance? The online platform needs some serious work...messaging app is clunky and hard to work with and that's just one of the problems. As I said the RV owner was great and so was his RV. But I'd be reluctant to turn to RVezy again however.

  Great unit with lots of power when not plugged in. Built-in generator plus roof top solar panel and 4 batteries provided lots of power for our teenage grandchildren and their devices. Sebastian is a super nice guy and very easy to deal with. Highly recommended and I look forward to renting this unit again next summer

  For the most part, RVezy was very good. However, to try and contact someone on a Sunday is not possible until 11:00 am AST which is a little late. Also, the contact information on the website should be very clear but it is not.
