  The RVezy system was good to use and communicate with RV owner. The RVezy system requires approval of driver in several stages which I found difficult and created some stress right before the renting date. It may need some improvements.

  Navigating the site was very easy. Nice to view all the trailers available, great to see pictures, helps to have a visual of what you are booking. Communication after booking regarding payments, rental agreement, all the details, was very reliable. Over all a great experience

  Once reviewed and request sent, got expedient replies for those who couldn't rent and those who could. Once in contact with the owner, communication was clear and were able to cordinate a seamless pickup and drop off. Brenda's camper was clean, well stocked and maintained and easy to use as was her assistance when we did have questions. My children and I had a great experience and are very grateful for the opportunity of that experience camping with the trailer. Would certainly do it again and highly recommend these services.

  We just completed our first trip with RVezy.com and we couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. There were several providers in the area we were going to and the provider we selected was amazing. The site is easy to navigate, the reviews are super helpful and processing payment and deposit is easy and painless. Our trip was awesome (Little Qualicum Falls, BC, CANADA). Would definitely recommend and would absolutely use this service again.

  Used the app for everything, support options were somewhat lacking. There is a chat feature mentioned in a few places that doesnt seem to exist. Attempted to modify the booking and the calendar control for that would not let me make the booking shorter.

  Trailer rental was painless and it was reassuring to know there was support behind the scenes. Had an issue with a prior reservation canceling and support team at Rvezy immediately were there to make sure refund was made within minutes. Thank you for a great experience!

  RVezy saved us when we were having electrical troubles with our own RV. The whole process was smooth and easy. 4 stars only because I feel the extra RVezy required fees are too high, but the travel trailer we rented and the owners were awesome.

  The rental worked great, paying, etc. all worked great, but the actual website barely worked for me. 1. When I was first trying to find an RV, searching wouldn't return anything. It wouldn't find any RVs anywhere. I would have booked with Outdoorsy, but I actually couldn't find anything I wanted on their site, so I kept checking back on Outdoorsy, and after about 3 days it started returning search results. 2. I couldn't log in numerous times - a few times its said that I had the wrong password, other times it would just land me back on the home page. 3. Trying to navigate to my rental (from both the email and the my bookings page) would redirect me to the home page. Everything worked ultimately, but it was very clunky, and I definitely would have used another service if they had a rental available. That being said, the reservation worked ultimately and if the website works next time I'll use it again :)

  I had no issues with the overall rental. However...after you provide proof of identity by way of your drivers license to a 3rd party who then sells you confidential information...RVEZY then asks you to provide it again to them. There is no legal way for them to be able to determine if your license is valid. Beware that all your info and photograph is being shared. You've provided proof the first time to a 3rd party reviewer.. that is more than you should be putting out there on the internet in the first place let alone having to provide it again to RVEZY. If they accepted you first license... then that should be all they need. 2nd. After to have been successful in making arrangements and have booked a rental for your trip. You get nothing but more and more emails from RVEZY about other bookings for the same period from other RV owners ? Why ?? It's already booked so I don't need more suggestions. Way too many emails and navigating around their website needs improvement. P.s. ..the drivers license I provided was expired and they didn't even check.

  Once trailer was booked, could not find the address on the app. Fees and costs associated with renting are too high. Had some damage occur during transport which their insurance would not cover (only covers external damage). The concept is good but for short term rentals it would be better to get a hotel. Disappointed all around.

  We rented a trailer at first but the lady cancel before or trip then adain from rvezy worked with me and helped us find the perfect trailer just in time for trip he went above and beyond to help us out.the trailer was perfect the owner jamie was very nice and will rent from her again thanks again rvezy and Jaime for making our holidays great

  Terrible experience with RVesy. They billed my credit card 3000.00 for a 2 night camper stay. Double billed my card and now they won't give me my money back. I am going to make a point of sharing this experience on all social media platforms until I get a full refund. Not impressed with the customer service experience I had with RVesy and their staff, rather than listening to my complaint keep reading the same pre written responses. 3000.00 in charges for a 2 night camper stay is completely unacceptable and I will never use RVesy again. I want my money back!

  Our overall experience with this rental was excellent. Peter took the time to guide us through all the functions of the trailer in great detail and he was always available to answer any questions before and during our trip. The trailer was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious and well stocked. We especially appreciated the the solar panels as we were in a non-electrical campsite. An excellent trailer and experience overall. Thanks Peter!!!

  Recently, in April 2022, when I Rented a “second” RV, the RVezy Website was NOT working, and would not allow me access to it. As a result, I had to SIGN IN BY USING my APPLE account. So, I had to use 2 Accounts for my RVezy Rentals.

  The site has many trailers at different price points which was very helpful. When it came to actually walking through the steps of booking, I found it a bit confusing and the many emails generated overwhelming. As well, you enter your banking information for the deposit at time of booking and then you have to turn around and enter it again for the deposit when the booking is accepted , very confusing.

  It was a great experience. My kids were excited. The RV is in good condition and is well maintained. Gabriel is a kind, accommodating owner. Happy.
