  RVezy is just that...easy! We had a great experience with them, and the only time we had questions they responded timely and to our satisfaction. We never felt like we were being taken advantage of, which made the process much more trustworthy. We will definitely use RVezy again when booking a rental.

  This app ensures that owners can add outrageous fees for everything. Count on double the per night rate advertised with the approval of the app. We were delivered a unit without a working electrical supply (battery was stone dead and was needed by the unit to use 15 amp service). When I brought forward the issue for rectifying, we were told that we were inexperienced and foolish. The owner was rude and only tried to rent us a generator which was not even going to solve the issue even though he insisted it would. The owner maintained his lack of action as appropriate and we ended up fixing the issue ourselves exactly the way we asked the owner to do it. We reached out to get some money back for our having to fix the issue and we’re told we had to work out with the owner who had already denied there was an issue. What a run around. No protection for renters but lots of ability for owners to gouge and shirk. Not impressed! I used Air bnb to rent campers in the past with way more customer satisfaction! Renters beware that the owners can make up fees like $50 propane when you do not use $2 worth, $100 dumping fees when the dump station is included with your ground fees , non standard delivery and pick up fees not calculated until the end .

  Only thing I didn't like was they picked the dates when they were taking the payments out, and the deposit. If we were giving a date "timeframe" to pick when the payment date it was .

  RVEASY is just t that. EASY!! I had been using another site for the last few years and couldn't get the host's to reply back to rent. I got tired of waiting. I called the help line and they said some of the host's are not up to date on the site. I decided to go elsewhere. I went to RVEASY . You put on location and the site brings up many rentals. I found exactly what I wanted for a great price. Texted host through the site. The host returned my request in minutes. Everything is done through the site. Camper was in perfect condition. Thank you Jeremy. ( My campers Host) . My weekend was awesome.

  I don’t like how you can’t change your payment card yet but looks like it’s coming. Otherwise great experience! People were easy to rent from and communicate with. Site was relatively user friendly. Liked the experience, and will use again.

  1.Stone dead battery 2. No curtains on one whole side (Had no privacy to change) of rv and one window was tied shut with a cable tie so we couldn't use because the screen was ripped 3. Hot water reeked/rank smell of something, so we didn't use any. 4. Trailer had a horrible smell/ranked, we could not eliminate (possibly mold?) We had to have all windows open 24 7 and spray disinfectant (Lysol) 5. Water leaking from in between wall and siding, Brown colour and had a rank smell 6. Floor was very soft in several spots (wet under the flooring?) We thought maybe that's where the smell was coming from 7. 2 Trim pieces loose and laying on floor 8. No power pole on tongue ( difficult for seniors to raise or lower trailer 9. There should be an age limit on units for rent...this one has seen it's days 10. Bad odor from the toilet, before it was used 11. Housing for the gas bottles was totally broken on one side 12. Spare tired was not secured in it's cradle In general, this was an entirely disappointing experience compared to previous rental which was an excellent unit and everything functioned as it should. I had to spend a couple of hours just trying to figure out the power situation, in 80 plus degree weather. We were boondocking, and fortunately a friend drove home to get a working battery to solve our problem an 45 min's-to an hour away, unfortunately.... there were just too many issues to deal with, when for the price we paid, there shouldn't have been any. One plus was it was clean. We couldn't cancel because when we went to pick up RV this is where I noticed the smell and the condition.. We had to take it as we was we were booked for an event and couldn't cancel. If these issue can be corrected and get this RV in much better condition, then I would consider renting, but with the condition of the RV and in our opinion it is not rent-able.

  It was easy to find and book a trailer for us to rent through Rvezy. The ease of the app make choosing Rvezy a no brainer. Pick up and drop off are a breeze with the app just take pictures and upload them directly from your phone.

  Great app and service. Only feedback I’d give on the app is when entering dates for rentals and a list of “available” trailers came up I still needed to contact the owner to confirm availability and I had to go through half a dozen owners before I found a truly available trailer.

  We found RVSY very easy to use overall. We found the app pretty well set up . Sometimes it was hard to quickly communicate with our host due to having to login but with practice it became easier to navigate.

  Had difficulty with cellphone service in park. This made communication difficult. Also had difficulty navigating RVezy website for documents that were needed to register. Made several phone calls to RVezy. That experience was excellent and most helpful.

  RVezy was good to find and generally easy to use. What was a bit confusing was the verification process. I am certain that I submitted my driver's license to get the booking, however, the verification needed a resubmission of the license, which was not clearly identified (as an additional step). Other than that it is an excellent resource especially as RV ownership is not possible at this stage.

  Everything went smoothly but there was lack of clarity on insurance matters in the event of owner's delivery of the RV. I understand that should a renter pick up the trailer and return it that there's a risk attached to that that insurance covers off but if the owner delivers and picks up the only risk remaining is that of an incident at the site of the delivery like a falling tree or something. Does the insurance cover that too? Is there a change in insurance in the two scenarios? Something for RVeasy to consider in their reservation process.
