  There are a lot more steps now to rent an RV through RVez. A couple of years ago it was as the name suggests, easy but now it is annoying. It is much more simple and less hassle to go through a small private company that I know. Verifying my account and putting on a driver should not require my photo and picture twice. I also should not need to leave a review in order to close the rental.

  Rating 5 … Thank you Taryn & Bob!!! Taryn was so helpful upon delivery and pick up of the trailer. She’s very friendly and that girl knows what she’s doing! LOL The trailer was immaculate and you can tell it is well maintained. Both Bob and Taryn were super helpful to us when booking, preparing and enjoying our summer vacation. Highly, highly recommend you rent from this family! You won’t be disappointed.!!😎

  Renting from this site felt safer than a private rental. The rental insurance options and the help center communications were great. However, this site takes payments from your credit card on different dates with no options for the renter, including security deposit which cost more than the rental itself. Then they hold your security deposit and review for seven days after you have returned the rental. It’s a very heavy handed site that assumes you have a lot of disposable money.

  This is a wonderful way to camp !!! RVezy makes it very easy to find the trailer that would work for your family and when the owner comes and sets it up for you ...how wonderful is that? My partner & I don't have much use for cell phones so completing forms were a bit troublesome, but by telephoning the help line, the staff were able to help us out and we completed our registration... That was our only issue...

  RVezy made our family trip experience magical! After we picked the perfect trailer for our trip at a perfect and reasonable price per night, all we had to do was finish booking the trailer. By the time we got to the site the owner of the trailer had everything set for us so all we had to do was unpack our clothes, and at the end of our trip pack our clothes and go home it was such an amazing experience I highly recommend RVezy!

  I did not like the site, i had to click off that I was responsible to any damage to the camper while in transit even if it was going to be delivered. No option to proceed without clicking it. cant get my deposit back without going through the close out process even if the owner of the camper closed out that everything was good. Holding my deposit until I went through the process I didn't appreciate. now I have to click off that I accept the General terms of use and the confidentiality policy is too much red tape. will never use this site again.

  The trailer I rented was in need of lots of work to make it livable. I feel the owner lied about how the condition occurred. I had a lot of problems with RVezy in filling out forms, giving info having to call and talk to a live person to clear up things, just too many items to make this vacation with you a nightmare in logistics and quality of service and condition of trailer. I had to lay out 1000 dollars for damages inccurred, but I had to lay out 300 dollars to make that reailer livable and I got nothing back but more emails wanting to pat you on the back for the, in your opinion, great job you did in arranging this travisty of a vacation. Sorry but it will never happen again, and if it does, it will certainly NOT be with YOU. Have a good day and unless you want to re-emburse me for MY costs, Have a good life screwing someone else.

  I found Rvezy very useful and relatively user friendly. Great booking experience. Only suggestion would be to outline the steps of the booking process in the beginning as there are a few steps throughout the process. Would definitely recommend!

  The only thing I see wrong with the website is when your booking, a person doesn't know what time they get to pick up the RV till 3 days before there destination and we found that the times were not acceptable and actually cut our trip shorter. We have rented before many times. And pick up has been 10am or 11 am pick up and drop off. Not 6am or 3:30pm if a person knew ahead of time they could accommodate to it. Other then that the website is really easy to use and very informative.

  The app organizes your trip and covers all required info. I did not like to have to provide info at a later date as I was travelling and did not bring my password. Staff at RVEzy were friendly and helpful to reset it and walk me through.

  Your site would not recognize the new, advanced licenses from Colorado. I just kept getting told by your customer service team that it was ME doing something wrong after numerous attempts. I then used my husband's license (the old version) and it worked on the first try. It was very frustrating and made even worse by a customer service team that didn't care to actually look into the problem making it MY problem to fix. If I didn't have a partner, I would not have been able to book and no one cared to help.

  I do not want anyone to be in the similar situation and I hope, what I am sharing today may help someone one day. My rental history briefly. RV rented in January: during RV evaluation a serious sanitary and hygienic issue revealed. Had to cancel the order. Within 24 hours RVezy Customer Support Team helped to find a substitute RV (order #2). The RV was provided in the condition, which appeared to be potentially technically unsafe (problems with breaks and ABS system, NO passenger seat belts!).Outcome: 1.5 days of 7 vacation days lost; safety issues in rented unit my Family was exposed to the potential safety risks while on the road. Communication: Customer Service Team did an excellent work helping in switching to the unit #2. So far, have no feedback from the Management of Company with explanations who is liable for rental of the unit which, due to the existing technical regulations mustn’t be rented out and who is responsible for the compensation of this special rental experience. The way RV 1 was presented: brain crashing unforgettable odour of degrading urine around the RV and inside. The questions are: why you were showing us this? Is it really us who is expected to pay for this or, maybe it is RVezy, would pay us for this experience? Who, in such occasions is in charge of compensation of the ruined vacation plans, RV owner or the Company? Please, start offering an insurance, covering "not leaving for vacation because of the RV owners/RVezy’ failure". It must be done. Your Customers have to be paid for that. What is the meaning of this non-transparent "cleaning fee?" It looks like I paid for returning a clean RV where we even cleaned a clean floor by ourselves (rental #2). I paid someone for the privilege to clean their floors (?). It shouldn't be like that as it was me again who was cleaning it from the dust when picking it up. If you won’t mind, a friendly reminder for the Company. When we are signing up the agreement with you that means, that since signed, in this triangle: Company-RV owner-Customer, all parties (again, ALL) have own obligations. While, obeying ours, the Company and the RV owner are responsible for providing us, your Customers, with a technically save vehicles. How this can be done? PLEASE, ask the owners to provide the Technical Inspection Document on a regular basis. What is the lesson I learned? I would stay away from paying for the questionable quality services and would never make these mistakes again. Thanks for reading.

  Uploading my drivers licence was an issue. However, quickly fixed with a phone call to customer support. It was very frustrating to get my driver profile approved as i did not know the issue until i spoke with customer service. Also had trouble doing the pre-departure inspection with the owner prior to my departure. I never did get it to work. I left anyway with the owners permission(Great Guy) as i was on a timeline. It was an ok experience, just a couple frustrating moments trying to complete the profile and doing the Pre-Post inspections.

  Overall the site was great to use. The information between hirers can vary but I have found most responsive to questions. I like the fact that you have to have the insurance offered which gives peace of mind, although I feel it is expensive.

  The rental process was straightforward. We were automatically promoted to the next set of actions without causing anxiety. The messaging with RV owners within the APP is very convenient and safe if the person is very responsive.

  The site is simple to navigate. I did have an issue sigining off at the very end. I did my review, clicked on submit and it just circled (computer thinking) and did not complete. I ended up writing RVezy and they completed it for me.

  A really great experience. I like that this site covers you insurance wise and offers road side assistance. I felt really uneasy about the deductible when going through the final agreement so I called the rvezy line and the man was very helpful and made me feel at ease. Also explained I had just chosen the cheaper insurance which was a higher deductible and helped me change it easily.
