  The process to rent Glen's Keystone Cougar trailer went seemless. Glen was a pleasure to deal with, the check in and check out process went flawless. Glens trailer was very clean, no issues, and top notch for our week rental. I will definitely rent Glen's trailer once again.

  The owners of the Travel Trailer were great to deal with. RVEasy needs to update their Help pages and FAQ page as I found them not at all helpful. Calling and talking to a person was a good experience and she was helpful in addressing my concerns.

  I needed a little extra help because it wasn't taking the card I was entering. They looked into and called me back and helped me solve the problem. I was calling from another time zone so they had to not call me in the middle of the night - and they even called back at the exact time they said they would.

  I appreciate being able to connect with a representative to assist with issues, rather than the owner. But the site has a few things that aren't very user friendly. They'd do well to get feedback from customers on the UI to make some changes!

  The concept of RVezy is good, but their system sucks, owners cancelling RVS at the last minute. Last year numerous friends and family had rented RVs for my sons wedding which took place last weekend July 30 2022. We had two cancel on us, and most people I spoke to at the wedding last weekend also had cancellations. It’s totally inconvenient and frustrating. There should be some penalties by RVezy preventing this. My daughter in law even advertised RVezy on their wedding invitations. It was embarrassing and totally unnecessary. We finally found a third RV and the host couldn’t do enough for us. I definitely will not be using RVezy again and will not recommend them, likewise the guests that attend the wedding will be leaving similar reviews. I am sure there is some way to better the service and to track repeat offenders that cancel on requesters to stop leaving them high and dry. Summer is short in Alberta and the weekend we had booked for was a long weekend, it was very difficult finding not one but two replacement RVS.

  The people we dealt with were helpful with our questions and concerns. The pick up and drop off were hassle free. Good value for the cost. Able to get all insurances and extras through them so it was one stop shopping. Will rent again if we do this again.

  The owner of the RV was very nice and accomodating i did not like having to pay insurance when I was not driving - the owner was delivering which cost alot and why should i insure his driving also I had to pay for propane and septic even though i said that we would not use any plus the hookup had direct septic

  The rental experience was quick and easy. I would recommend that RVezy include that pre walk through photos and after photos should be part of the wall through. These are important for the close out process.

  It was good but you should have sent info on the close out process before the booking. Since we were on holiday I didn’t check my emails until we got home and we weren’t aware of all the photos we needed to take to submit for the close out.

  I think you need to make owners put the year of the model trailer as photos are deceiving. With the add on fees and insurance etc on top of what we paid we would never book through the site again, will only do private in the future.
