  The site itself is very easy to navigate. I did not have the rvezy app on my phone and did not see the email for pre-inspection until after picking up the trailer and getting home. There should have been better communication for this part of the rental, as I us a work phone so I do not install 3rd party apps on it if I do not have too. The personal preferences, should be to have the check mark already in the spot to NOT allow other people who have RV's for rent to email a potential renter if they have already booked an RV. I received a couple from others asking me if I wanted to rent their trailer, after I had accepted to rent one.

  Thank you Lisa! Your trailer was perfect for for our family vacation! You were so friendly and knowledgeable making renting your trailer an enjoyable experience. Coming from out of town, we were not sure what to expect but you made pick up and drop off a breeze. Your trailer is equipped with everything we needed to have a comfortable and convenient stay. We kept cozy with 3 adults, 1 teen, and our pup. We hope to book with you again soon! 😀

  I did not select the insurance coverage or the road side assistance and was charged for them anyways to the toon of $190.00. I was expecting a bill of around $400.00 for a three night trailer rental and it ended up costing more than $800 dollars. I will never use this booking site again.

  1.) If a user cancels a booking they pay a cancellation fee. But if a RV owner cancels a booking there's no penalty or recourse. It'd be nice to know how many bookings a RV owner has cancelled. That'd help me find owners who won't waste my time with unavailable RV's. 2.) Apparently I have to leave a review before I can get my damage deposit back! I don't recall agreeing to that and holding my damage deposit hostage for something completely unrelated RV damage seems dishonest.

  RVezy made finding and arranging an RV booking very easy. I believe it gives both the RV owner and the renter great information, coverage and peace of mind. The online processes were simple to follow and offered great means of communication. Creates a standard of care that is beneficial for all. Highly recommend this service.

  We had a great experience, however, not including tax, additional fees charged by RVezy and owner added ~50%+ to the daily rental fee. This ends up becoming quite expensive. Thank you.

  The site is easy to use and find a variety of rentals based on desired criteria. It was easy to communicate with the renter too. The only comment I would make for improvement is that the app would not work for my close out at the end. I had to use a laptop which I didn’t have easy access to at the time and since there is a time limit for completing the close out this was challenging. I will use RVEzy in the future.

  I was very happy with my rental. I recommend using RVezy to rent a RV or Trailer. It was super easy and the trailer I rented completely met all of my needs. I actually had the Trailer delivered and picked up from the campsite. I felt the convenience was so worth the cost. Honestly, it cost less than I was expecting. I will rent through them again.

  This was a terrific way to access a lot of great options for what we needed. The site was really easy to navigate and everyone I spoke with was wonderful to deal with. The owner of the unit we rented offered excellent customer service to us before and during our trip. I would absolutely use RVezy again.

  We had a wonderful rental with RVezy. “Bella” was a lovely older girl that was perfect for our family of 3. It was lovely to have her all set up and waiting for us when we arrived, and to have prompt pick up at the end of our stay. Sharon and her husband were so pleasant and we are very thankful that they shared “Bella” with us.

  The rv we rented was not what we expected. The owner dropped it off at our campsite and assured us that the fridge would last for the week we were going to be there. I questioned him and he reassured me that there would be no problem , this being a electric fridge only I had my doubts. It lasted a day and a half. I spent the next four days running my generator ( good thing I brought it) four hours a day as that’s what I was allowed at the provincial campsite we were at. It still didn’t keep the fridge cold. We finally got a cooler and had to buy ice every day but it was better than wasting my time running the generator 4 hrs a day on my holiday . There should have been a refund of money on my account!!!!!

  The Rvezy web page is very easy to search for spec that I want and very straight forward and easy to understand. First time novice, step by step navigation through the process of setup and dissemble. Exceptional service by Natalie & Jason (owners of RV) I will definitely return in the near future for more RV rental. Will refer friends to Rvezy for their RV needs.

  The app is great. you have all the information you need. A bit confusing at first, because they didn't accept the photos of the documents. They easily put you in contact with the owner and tell you what to do. It is the first time that I rent a caravan and I did not know everything that had to be done but the truth is that they respond quickly to problems. No complaints. I would repeat without hesitation. It is a very comfortable way to travel with many services in Canada. Thank you

  I felt that as a consumer, I was not supported or protected by RVezy. The day my rental was supposed to start, I had an issue with the owners. When I called to see what would happen if the issue was not fixable and owner refused to cancel the booking, I was told it was on me to sort that out with the owner. If that was the case, why did I pay RVezy fees?? Furthermore, the check in and check out links I received in the email didn't consistently take me to the right page. I'm disappointed in the whole process. My renter experience was very different from my previous experience with RVezy as an owner.

  I just finished my first rental and it was so easy and went very well. Im not sure if I even want to buy an RV when I can rent one and even have it delivered. Looking forward to rent again with my family.
