  While it was that there were so many amenities in the camper, it made it hard to pack my own things. I assumed both propane bottles were filled but one was empty so I thought the stove and fridge weren't working until I switched gas bottles. I didn't like having to purchase roadside assistance at $200. It was nice to be able to pick up and drop off the camper at times that worked for the owner and myself. Having the large items like a outdoor carpet was helpful. It would help customers if the included items were available on the listings.

  Very expensive taxes. Options are well explained when you subscribe, but once you're all set, you can't find any detailed explanation or legal terms on the contract. The app has several bugs and the help center isn't always helpful (very vague answers)

  The app was easy to use, booking an rv was simple and easy. However it should be 24 hours from the return of the RV to complete the return. With a $1000 deposit , it should be returned asap. Not 72 hours later.

  I didn't like the forced choices that Rvezy was pushing on us, ie roadside insurance for a trailer, clean-up fees etc in fact had to get ahold of customer service to have some charges reversed as the website function didn't work. The positive was the unit owners, the unit was exactly as advertised, well maintained, very clean and very well equipped. However, I would use Rvezy again, the check-out and return service worked very well.

  Fairly easy to use. Had some difficulties adding driver’s license. Sometimes searching for vehicles would lose a search filter. But overall pretty easy process to book. Loved the rental RV and the owner was fantastic.

  It was the first and last time I used this site. My first booked RV has been cancelled 2 days before my renting date. So I had to book another RV in the last minute. And it was very expensive because of the high season. But RVezy refused to pay me the difference of price that I had to pay. I paid 1,000CAD more because I had no choice ! A shame.

  Too many taxes and fees, A 10% tax on the mileage overage? Seriously, You tax the extra miles i incurred above the 35 cents per mile. If you are traveling any distance this will add up. This was never disclosed in any contract or agreement. Overall I will never use RVezy for renting an RV ever. Also I received my RV filthy dirty, spent an hour cleaning before i left. Vehicle damages from a previous renter were not fixed, RV had a lot of issues that made the trip uncomfortable. Sent a lengthy paragraph to the owner about the issues, Some they already knew about and didn't disclose up front.I should have disputed the final charges.

  Everything good and very practical site. The only thing that I didn’t like is that we have to make our renter review before the reimbursement of the security deposit. Please let us have our money back and make our review after. Everyone is nice and gentle while waiting for a reimbursement… Having said that, our renter was very nice so life is good! 😁

  Booking cancellations made 90 days in advance should be 100% refundable including the admin fees for RVezy. Everything else is peace of mind.

  Hitch size should not be left up to the owner. On the app it said the hitch was a 2inch. So I showed up with a 2 inch ball. The Owner reluctantly let me use his 2,5/16” after telling me he usually charges $50.00 for it. He was going to hook it up to my 2 inch hitch and let me drive off. I was surprised to hear about the things you allow the owner to charge for. I was told there would be a $250.00 charge for not cleaning the septic tank to the owners very high standard of being dumped and then rinsed by refilling the system and driving around the campground and dumping again.

  We didn’t get our full deposit back and we treated the trailer Incredibly well. In fact the trailer leaked all over the master bed and it was soaking wet and we had to deal with that! If anything we should get a partial refund!!

  This was the first time we rented and it was barely adequate. As soon as the money was received to confirm booking the communication from the owner stopped. I tried numerous times to address concerns as the unit we ended up with was not the one we were supposed to get. There was a safety concern as the floor was rotten in the trailer and no one addressed our concerns . Rvezy doesn’t seem to have any impact on the quality of the service/trailer. It is unlikely that we will use or recommend rvezy.

  Our trailer rental was a fantastic experience primarily with the owner of the trailer. The RVEZY process was quite laborious from the initial booking to the close out of the rental. I would most likely use RVEZY again but would also look at other options.

  I was sorely disappointed with the renting process and results. It took many attempts before I was able to rent. Additionally, the trailer I rented wasn’t in any shape to be rented. The main chord broke while we were installing the tent trailer simply by turning the lever. The cord had been badly used and torn . We were so lucky that no one was hurt. Someone could have easily lost a limb or worst. Luckily, my brother-in-law is an engineer and was able to temporarily fix the trailer. However, he did write a list of recommendations which were ignored. It was also not waterproof. It leaked throughout the rain of the weekend from the roof. The canvas too had pearly raindrops inside. The kids found it aggravating to wake up with rain drops on them. I was expecting a quality and safe product . However, what I received was a trailer that was in a dangerous and unacceptable condition. Originally , I had planned to continue renting trailers regularly. However, after this experience, I am completely shaken. I’m going to try and find someone more reputable with safety standards before renting again. It really affected our vacation.

  For a first time user to the site, I thought it was fairly easy to make my choice after reviewing many potential trailers that my family thought we would enjoy. After a few emails to the owner, who answered all my questions, I booked my first rental trailer. The owner was Awesome to deal with! And the trailer was clean and everything worked perfectly. Even our Family Pet Dog enjoyed our trip. Definitely will rent again!! Awesome Experience!!

  RVezy provides a great service and process for renting a RV or travel trailer. As a renter I received helpful reminders of next steps in the rental process and I felt comfortable and safe. I would rent using RVezy again.

  RVEZY is great. We found the trailer we were looking for and answered the questions required and that was it. They sent our “application” through to the owner and we were done, had ourselves our accommodation for our adventure. Will definitely use again! So happy.

  RVezy was very easy to use and book. Despite our initial trailer being cancelled on us (because of the owner), RVezy helped navigate an alternative, gave us a credit and made it streamlined. A great website and service.

  The site and the app are easy to use and booking was a breeze, some costs are a puzzle such as the insurance cost I would think the insurance is up to the owner and any damage be covered by their insurance and from damage deposit especially since it was being delivered not sure why I needed roadside insurance.
