  Our original trailer booking was through Outdoorsy several months ago. 2 weeks before our vacation was to start we got an email from them stating our booking was canceled- no explanation, or apology! Needless to say, we were very upset! But then we were able to find an available trailer through RVezy, so were both happy and relieved. The entire process, after contacting the owner, was easy to understand and was done very quickly. Shane was awesome in his communication and everything went smoothly, from delivery to pick up. We had a wonderful week camping with our family, and the trailer was great!! We will definitely go through RVezy next time!

  This was my first time using RVezy, so there were a few things I was not aware of needing to do. For instance, I wanted to pick up the trailer one day early, and thought the renter would take care of that. I didn't realize that she was "locked" into the original dates and it was my responsibility. Once I made the request it was easy. Learning curve, I guess.

  I had no problems whatsoever with the RV or the owners, they were wonderful and I accordingly left them a glowing review. But the process of registering on the website for this booking was extremely frustrating and stressful, and the worst part of my holiday. There was no clear indication that as an international client, that I would have to do anything outside of the norm of renting a car to get this rental. I assumed that as the booking went through quite effortlessly, that so would the booking. But only after taking my money did I find out that as a Barbadian I would need to get an international driver's license to rent the RV (which was absolutely frustrating as I rented it to be delivered and picked up, and had no intention of driving it). As I kept being reminded to add a driver and complete the booking (AFTER booking and paying a deposit), the website sent me around in circles, rejecting me as a driver but not telling me why, only asking me to repeat the process again and again. I finally had to make a phone call to discover what the issue was. This is where I was told I'd need an international driver's license. I was heading to my mother's funeral and at this point was already in Canada travelling (and busy) with my family, the whole process was so stressful and frustrating. I became so upset when told I would need an international driver's license with no time in our travel schedule to accommodate this (and no need to drive!!!) I asked if I could cancel the booking to just rent a hotel room and was told over the phone that doing so would mean forfeiting a part of my deposit. This process was completely upside down. I should have been informed WHILE creating a profile that my international status could be a problem, I should not have been able to book and pay for this rental BEFORE being verified. There should be clear statements on the site indicating that international drivers may need to do more to be approved as "drivers". Also, when using the mobile app, when I typed a message, the screen scrolled in a way that wouldn't let me see what I was typing which was so annoying. It was like every letter typed scrolled the screen down one click, I'd have to type a few words and use my finger to see what I'd written. I'm not sure I'd use this company again or recommend it.

  Overall, experience was great. Although i had to pay extra money for the mileage use (which is fine) but Rvezy charged me some unknown fees in addition to the mileage. I'm disapointed that i was charged this extra money when Rvezy didn't do any leg work, the extra money for the extra mileage has been recovered from my security deposit automatically.

  My overall experience with rvezy was fantastic, and I would recommend it to anyone. When my phone had a melt down and my password for rvezy would not work or allow me to change it they personally got ahold of me, changed it, and walked me through signing back in. They went above and beyond for me. I will be booking through them again for next year's vacation.

  Overall, RVeasy worked well. Good selection of RVs to choose from. The drivers license upload process had to be repeated multiple times which was annoying (I assume it was a technical glitch, despite appearing that the initial upload was successful). There are quite a lot of add-on fees which more than doubled the cost of the rental. This is not great but I guess that’s the way things go.

  Hands down, you have the worst app I've ever used. What's wrong with you folks? You need to fix this as I was unable to send a message on my mobile or laptop several times and was desperately trying to reach the owner. Have no interest in using your sh***y app again. Next time, I will rent on another site.
