  Finding an RV and connecting with the owner was simple and straightforward, however as part of the registration process we needed to verify our identify, upload pictures of our drivers license etc, and this process was extremely glitchy and wouldn't allow us to upload. Seemed like an error in the app. Looked through FAQs and help section and nothing applied, no online support was available except for emailing which we did. Tried doing this on multiple devices and finally was able to complete after nearly an hour.

  The App is not user friendly, unnecessarily complex, difficult to navigate and apparently has some bugs. Several times what I was looking for simply was not available until I closed the App and restarted. The number of e-mail notifications is unnecessary and on the verge of harassment. Renting was far easier when this was still WheelEstate. In the end the supplier of the trailer was great and so was the trailer, but RVezy made the whole experience less pleasant.

  Although my family was pleased with our RV rental for the most part, here are my complaints/suggestions: 1) our original rental was cancelled by the host on very short notice. Renters should know that there is no guarantee on a fully paid and accepted rental contract. RVezy did assist in finding a replacement, but it was $1000 more expensive and in a different location 2) I had accepted an additional mileage rate on my contract. I was shocked when RVezy sent me the final settlement - there was the agreed mileage rate, plus a 20% service fee, plus tax on the mileage, plus tax on the service fee. This is an infuriating cash grab on the part of RVezy: read the fine print!! My suggestion - state so-called service fees and hidden taxes in plain sight so customers can understand the charges they incur. 3) be prepared for a barrage of mostly redundant and repetitious emails from RVezy before, during and after your rental. Their bots work overtime to clog your inbox. Suggestion: communicate important information, reduce the spam

  RVezy made it easy for me to host my family reunion on my acreage. We rented three RV’s and the owners were all so easy to deal with and courteous! The cost seemed high after paying for all the extras and I hear that RVezy takes a large cut for running the website. The ones in the middle make the “ezy” money!

  I booked 4 RVs, each owner cancelled on me for different reasons. One sold their RV, one booked conflicting dates, another had unexpected damage from previous owners, and another had to leave the country to visit family. We finally had a lovely couple who didn't cancel on us, and the RV experience was lovely. I think RVezy might need to think about a cancellation policy that holds the owners accountable. We had all of our campsites booked, and were worried we weren't going to get an RV, but in the end it did all work out.

  Using rvezy.com was easy and effective. I searched for units close to me and had no issues with the ordering process. The owner was helpful and communicated on a regular basis whenever I had any questions. I will recommend this site to all my friends who are in need of a trailer or RV.

  Once I had an understanding of the process the RVEzy app was easy to use. RVEzy, the company was very reponsive and the communication/notifications were helpful when I was having challenges booking a trailer. The only challenge I had with the booking process was 'adding a driver' to the application process. I kept getting email from RVEzy to add a driver, I would use the link in the email and the process never completed successfully. I was also wondering why I had to add a driver when the owner was delivering the trailer to the location. It was not until the owner told me I had to do that for insurance purposes. Once I added the app to my phone, did the 'add a driver' process work successfully.

  This unit has absolutely everything to meet all the needs of a family or couple! We had rain throughout the week - only one day of sun - and sat out under the awning playing games, or when it turned into a downpour, sat around the huge table inside. The kids were happy and the grown-ups had fun too! Everything worked perfectly, and we were all comfortable in both the heat and the cold. I recommend this unit - and the owners were just wonderful!

  Had an issue with the RV we rented that required us to use the roadside assistance we purchased through RVEzy. The phone number provided did not work. RVEzy had no way to connect us to the roadside assistance. I would not recommend taking you rental out of cell service. A frustrating process!

  RVezy website was EASY to use we found the perfect trailer 1 1/2 hr drive to our daughters place. stayed on her lot for the weekend then drove the trailer back and came home everything we needed was in the trailer we hooked up to water and hydro and we were all set. We will definitely book again through this website thanks again RV's are the way to go.

  Using the app to view available RVs was a bit confusing at times. To see the total price I had to go all the way to "Request Book" and I thought that if I didn't go through to provide payment information it wouldn't send a message to the host. That was not the case and each time I tried to play around with dates to see the total price I was in fact sending a request each time causing some confusion. Then I got multiple hosts providing me "quotes" as well.

  It was my first time renting an RV. RVezy web site was new to me. I'm not really tech savy so I had to phone and get some claification on some of the steps that need to be taken prior to picking up the trailer. The question I had was how do you sign a document etc. The person who answered the phone walked me through the procedures and everything worked out.

  1 week rental of a splendid motorhome to visit the Canadian Rockies with a family of 5. Easy to use site, all information on everything RV rental related was accessible thru the RVezy site. RVezy maintained a credit from a "Covid-Cancellation" for us from two summers ago! Won our loyalty! (so many other vacation/travel related companies did not give, or honor credit) Also received proper communications thru RVezy throughout. The RV owners were absolutely spectacular! Complete and thorough instructional walkthru (along with an onboard Ipad with tutorials), RV stocked with essentials and was in mint condition. 10 stars out of 5!

  Excellent sight navigation, However be aware your money will be held immediately and the owners can cancel you at any time tieing it up as long as RVEZY’s financial institution takes to return it. Also be aware of unspecified additional fees upon completion of your booking apparently you are supposed to know automatically apply. When you click and agree to the final booking additional charges watch your card to see if the amount is higher than what you agreed to. In my case an undocumented extra $114 still cannot be explained in black-and-white to me. I spent in excess of 4K to RVEZY and have no issue paying for everything in full that I owe. I have been in contact and requesting a statement showing charges and here I am three weeks later with no explanation.

  The app is easy to navigate. I don’t like how owners of the RV are not held accountable when canceling a booking. I had two RV owners cancel my booking and it almost prevented my family and I from going on our summer vacation. We ended up getting a much smaller and less ideal RV. I do not trust booking my summer vacation with RV easy. RV easy would not be my first choice when booking an RV trip, unless accountably is put back on the owners of RV’s.

  I found the website really easy to use and it gave peace of mind knowing everything was verified. We will definitely be using this site again and the trailer we rented. The owner was top notch. Money we’ll spend and family memories … priceless.

  Having to pay for roadside charges when the unit was delivered and also having to add a driver when we did not drive anything seemed a bit of a money grab. These additional charges made our camping trip cost us almost $300 per day with the lot. This was a little pricey for a 17 foot trailer

  There was one RVezy glitch involving the acquisition of a photo of my driver's license. All else went very smoothly. We had great interactions with the RV owner, and a wonderful renting experience.
