  roadside assistance is good. A little confused on the billing part. It would be better if I can see when each payment is charged from the app. The adding up total is $50 less than the invoice total and I cant find out why.

  The van and rental experience was great. The experience with the website was kind of annoying though. I have 31 emails from Rvezy in my inbox, over two weeks, for one booking. Most of it not important. I'd suggest reducing the email spam if you can.

  I don’t know if i missed it but if you could make it more clear to down load the app for checking in and out for delivery and return it would been helpful. Once the gentleman that owned the unit informed me of the app it was easy.

  Thé entire process of getting in touch with the RV owner and setting up the rental was easy and pleasant. The road side assistance that We paid for was a waste of money. I broke down during my trip and when I call the roadside assistance number I got a voice mail. I left a message and no one returned my call. Good thing I had AMA.

  We found the process to be clumsy with unnecessary steps and “tasks”hard to find on the site. Once one task was completed it took you out of the site, only to get a reminder that there was another task to be completed. In the 7 weeks from booking to completed stay, we received 56 emails which was a bit excessive for a three night rental. So in conclusion; too much work for the renter, too much communication due to an unclear process, difficult website. Our rental was not very clean and full of personal items. We would think with the higher price point and the very high service fee, that those basic things would be better controlled by RVezy. Now it looks like another deposit was charged instead of returned as well, even though we got an email saying the deposit was returned. Not impressed.

  Aucune communication envers la propriétaire ,le VR n’avait pas de wipers et nous Avons eux de la pluie nous avons eu peine à le stabiliser avec les pattes de plue la génératrice a lâcher durant une journée et demi , alors qu’il fesait 34degre dehors ! Nous avons jamais apporté de chien sinon je l’aurais dit !! Mes chiens sont trop gros pour le VR ? Et en plus elle me charge pour le ménage nous avons tous participé à y faire un gros ménage, car à notre entrée êtais salubre de la pisse ses mur en bas arrière de la toilette , de la poussière plain le dash , et pour en finir il me charge car il y a quel que papier toilette h et légèrement des déchets , absolument rien à faire ! C’est triste de voir que les proprios agissent de la sorte Je ne réfère absolument à personne déjà les photos que vous voyez sur le site pour louer !!!! Sont loin d’être pareil , les d’Ivan tous déchirés, le tapis sent l’urine , et elle nous dit que la literie es compris ! Nous avons du acheter tard le soir de la literie ?!! Alors juger de vous même !!!! Et allez voir d’autre VR que celui ci

  We rented for the first time and everything went well except for the deposit return. I realized that instead of refunding my $500 dollar deposit RVezy took another $500 instead of a refund. Still waiting for the correction.

  I can tell that a lot of thought went into making a platform that works for rv owners and renters. It was somewhat difficult to book a trailer because the process has many steps and some rv owners didn’t respond to booking requests. None of the instant book options met our needs. Ultimately we got a great trailer, though. I’m grateful that this service exists because we would never own an rv ourselves and it was nice to be able to access one for our trip.

  Customer service was good but I was shocked at the cost of your 'mandatory' insurance and what the deductibles are for the standard and premium insurance. My vehicle that was used to tow the rented trailer already had insurance that includes coverage for travel trailer rentals with a much lower deductible. Your insurance is very expensive and added significant cost to the rental. Your insurance should be optional if the renter is able to provide their own insurance.

  The inflexible bureaucracy you demand has “turned me off” to your services. The fact that you don’t recognize the difference between a RV and a trailer compounds the maze when dealing with RVEZY. Will I rent again-yes. You will be my last choice!

  Loved the people who rented us the trailer. Not a fan of all the generic emails that came in excess. Too much. Also tried to verify my booking repeatedly and it did not work. Very annoying. One booking and I received for sure over 50 RVezy messages in my email. Way to much. I know they are automatically generated but excessive. Drove me crazy.
