  Love the app. The booking, payment, communication, pick-up and return worked perfectly. The only thing that needs improvement is the verification of the driver's license. The usability on iPhone was horrible as the camera flipped the image on its head and the system wouldn't recognize our German licenses.

  I found the whole experience with the Rvezy website very frustrating. You sent me too many emails advertising your services. I will definitely unsubscribe when I get my deposit back. Help questions were never answered specifically.

  Excellent customer service in that there is an easy to find phone number and real live and helpful staff right there to answer. Although annoying to receive multiple emails, text messages and phone calls most days about completing the paperwork, I guess you can't fault them for reminding people which is a good thing. On the other side,,I'm not great with using apps and I found it difficult to navigate and glitchy trying to enter photos, etc. Room for improvement here I think. Most disappointing was all the additional costs added once i started the rental process which goes to RVeasy, not the renter,,almost as much as the rental. Better transparency on this at the forefront would be appreciated. The additional costs, expecially as they seemed hidden until booking, unfortunately will make me hesitate to recommend to others, or use again myself.

  Site was easy to search, I found a great rental. Some fees are a bit high and watch out for the spot to remove the roadside assistance. All aspects were really easy, uploading documents, doing inspections and really fast at processing payments and refunds

  I wasn't too fond of this website I'm glad I found the RV and the owners that I did they were very pleasant to work with but this website really delayed our vacation process none of the links that were sent to our cell phones to do the drivers license and the application did not go through correctly they froze we had to call in numerous times to where we got hung up on and told different things it was impossible to get in contact with a manager so we can get issues resolved in a fast manner to start our vacation I just feel that this website and app needs more improvement

  Thank you Bob and Nicole for everything !!! We needed RV for 1 night only and there were very few agreed for 1 night rental in Rvezy portal. We needed Driver as well and couldn't find anyone except Bob and Nicole. Both were so friendly, communicated everything, agreed to drive for us from their family & professional schedule, gave some discounts and helped plan our entire trip from Toronto to Ottawa. Their RV were super luxurious, and our entire family enjoyed the trip. I dreamed to travel in RV and got opportunity to take my family with age ranging from 4 to 82. All of them thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend to my friends. Also, on my next trip to Toronto, I will definitely book their RV again.

  Found it relatively easy to navigate. Straight forward with plenty of information. The only thing that I didn't like was getting notices from other RV owners trying to sell me on their RV after I made my booking with the host.

  The rv I rented from jan was great I got lucky with it being vlose to me as I live in northern bc Fordley the little 19foot rv was perfect and handled the 4800 km alaska hiway trip great now with that being said Customer service was not good as the rv was returned from previous renters with a engine code so jan informed me right away that I may not be available for my dates and with only 9 days til I left I made the choice to rent something else explaining the whole thing to both rvesy and the renter of a tent trailer which I paid and confirmed on a Saturday jan called Sunday to say rv was good to go problem fixed so I canceled the trailer 29 hours after booking this now being Sunday and rvsey not having 24 hour service I couldn't get advice on how to deal with this and intern I lost over $1000 that was half the rental fee of the tent trailer and rvsey fees and taxes aswell as the insurance money I expected to lose a bit even accepted the half rental loss but the insurance money is not a fee or a tax and now was it gonna be used so that is not right for rvsey to keep so please people be careful and understand a cancelation will cost you 3/4 of the total paid to reserve it if not canceled within 24 hours which is a vary bad business practice by rvsey almost criminal But the rental of the rv went great and again jan the owner of said rv was great to deal with Tip if ya do have to cancel get the owner to do it it's dishonest in a sense but that's what rvsey customer service told me I should have done to avoid my loss even know it was not there fault like really thats a great company mission statement says alot about them right there

  site was ok. owner responded quickly. pick up and drop off had to wait for 45 minutes to pick it up and then over an hour to drop it off as owner was in meetings. Owner did give us an extra day which was lovely to start our holidays early. all was good.

  The only issue I had was with taking photos for ID purposes. It's difficult to use for people that don't have a steady hand. Would be better if photo could be uploaded instead of hovering over the I.D.

  Bret was easy to work with throughout the process. He delivered & set up his 5th wheel on time and explained clearly how to make things work. The RV was fully equipped & comfortable. Bret was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall it was a good experience especially since we had to arrange everything on very short notice. We were lucky to find a deliverable RV close to our destination (Egremont to Skeleton Lake).

  I really enjoyed working with the owner Mr. JD. Mr JD really made my first time renting and RV very simple. He took the time out to answer every question that I had. He made me comfortable being a first time RV Renter. I will tell all of my friends about renting from RVEZY!!!!

  It took me 1 week for the platform to change an invoice reflecting the price that the owner and myself had agreed The quality of the RV that we we rented was extremely low; almost everything in the RV was about to break. Actually a rubber trim on the corner outside the van (by the front passanger sit) broke off in the midle of the motorway just in the first hour that we were driving, thus, it was blowing off on the motorway. We had to stop suddenly on the motorway to fix it. It took only an hour to break down again!!! It wa dangerous For the rest of the trip we hardly used anything because the different bits were about to break. To cap it all the cutlery was merely 4 plates and 4 glasses of dispensable plastic. How are we supposed to survive with that for a week (we were 4 people in the RV!)

  No protections against sudden cancellations from RV owners. Happened last year to me. RV Owner cancelled 3 days before scheduled date. Brutal and could not get another RV in time as all other bunkhouse RV's were booked of course before the long weekend. Ruined the whole weekend and cost me over $800 in cancelled plans.

  Easy to find a rv to suit my needs, it was delivered and picked up at an additional cost but it made the holiday so much better. It was clean and well appointed my fellow campers werea little jealous. All in all a great experience.
