  Very high service fee! Also obligatory and high insurance fees. Incorrect data presentation on website. Been told they also take 15% from RV owner's fee!! If you don't accept offer straight away, the price is raised next time you login!! Recommended owner to look for other options to rent out his RV.

  I like the concept. I don't like all the added fees . Or optional items. I think the fees should be more all inclusive and not a fee for propane a fee for emptying the tank and so forth. My 99 dollar a night rental tuned into 550 for 2 nights! Also the age of the unit is important and more thorough description. My rental was clean but def had issues.

  Navigation on this sight was confusing and frustrating. Lacked specific directions leaving you to stumble around wondering if you did it right or how to do something. Could definitely improve. It appeared to be a confusing to the renters as well. We loved the renters, they were amazing. RVezy sight not so much.

  The original order went smoothly. When we had questions, the agents were very helpful. However, when we asked to extend our rental, the agent overcharged us for the insurance and roadside assistance - $347.78 for three days!!!!! This did not include a fee from the owner of the RV. Just the insurance and roadside assistance!!! When I questioned the price, he tried to justify the price, but eventually he refunded me $198. A much more acceptable fee.

  I liked the website to pick the right trailer for us. The booking and confirmation process was a bit complicated. The driver license photo taking was difficult, I had to use my phone although I was on my computer for the other questions. Even though I completed identification at the early stage I had to do it again the week of and I had the trailer being delivered, so that was annoying. The owners of the trailer were great, no issues there, I just wish the booking system was a little more streamlined.

  I believe the entire process is too complicated. I don’t really know if all the info and conditions are really needed in the whole process I.e. requiring a driver to be registered even though one will not be required if trailer will not be driven. I tried to get my drivers license sent to you using your process. I tried at lest 15 times and it would not accept my photograph of the document. I do not recall of reading or being specifically advised how the payments for security fund and actual cost would be collected. I was surprised to find this completed when I found it on my bank account. There has to be a better way of doing the whole process by having less form filling for so many things. The telephone call for instructions is a nightmare of fast rambling talk with very little time to take notes as is the same for using “Help”.This might be a rambling, short time review but I must say I would be a bit hesitant to hire in same manner again.   Did not have enough time to write a very important review. Was not informed there was a deadline for a review. Was repeatedly asked to sign agreements that I'd already signed. My original application to rent was declined by rvezy system even though it had been accepted by owner. This led to confusion. The camper I rented fell short of expectations.

  Rvezy site was great with plenty of options, we went with a guy called Ron who provided us with an excellent service. The RV was pristine and we really enjoyed the whole experience. Ron was great to deal with and provided all the information we needed to operate the RV correctly. I would definitely recommend Rvezy and Ron's 'love shack' to anyone.   Straight to the point; They required me to purchase insurance in case the trailer got into an accident despite the fact that I wasn’t driving it anywhere, it was being delivered Next, the week of the rental, they surprised me with a $1500 deposit and told me that amount was set by the trailer owner. This was a lie according to the trailer owner. I was also told the $60 cleaning fee was charged by the owner and he denied charging that as well The added fees were unacceptable and I will not be using this platform again.

  We had a good rental in the end…after 2 cancellations and a poor responder. The customer service was excellent however and we were even compensated for one of the cancellations. The system seems tilted towards RV owners and there’s too little security for the renter. This seems especially so on the huge deposit which should be returned immediately on drop off and after mutual agreement on any extra costs. I was fortunate to get mine back in full, but there are potential pitfalls on issues such as whether tank level indicators are working correctly. An empty tank may show Full on return and you could get charged a large additional fee for an already empty tank. This is just a risk to be aware of. However all good!

  This was our first time rv rental. Friends of ours in Ontario are successful and enthusiastic rvzey renters. So we checked out rvzey Alberta rentals for our out of province trip. It was nice to have a personal touch with people who love their rvs and camping as much as we do. We had to use the roadside assistance for a tire change, and it was efficient and professional. Everything about our trip and rental experience was awesome.

  The service is amazing! Giving RVers the option to rent an RV that usually has more features than the traditional CanaDreams, Cruise America/Canada, and Owasco. What they need to really work on is their invoicing system because I recieved one invoice with incorrect totals and then calling in about discrepencies to have them generate another invoice which was still inaccurate. I need to get these invoices for tax rebates but can't use either of them so now I have to wait for an email to have them fix the invoice again with the proper numbers. With the available of Ontario tax rebate for RV travellers for the year 2022 due the pandemic, I would need an invoice that is actually accurate. Considering how much they charge from us renters and the hosts, that's the most basic thing they should have available. Love the platform and the idea (Airbnb for RVs) but get your invoices fixed please...

  Once the app is downloaded get ready for a wave of emails and notifications. They don't stop. You get hassled from other people renting even when you have a confirmed rental. Then... Hidden fees. $700 deposit which was never explained at any point, service fee, cleaning fee, insurance fee and it goes on. Be careful with this app.

  I really enjoyed using RVEZY.com. Before I used them (this was my first time), I didn’t know they existed. I will certainly use them again, as I’m not ready to purchase my own RV yet and it’s easy to use and reasonably priced.

  I was satisfied with my order. The site worked well in helping me find the camper van I wanted, for the week I wanted. I found it a bit difficult to use RVezy to communicate with the owner. He gave me his mobile number which was much easier.

  I booked one RV and I even arranged early pick-up with host through RVezy help. But several days before picking up, the RV had some issue. The owner cancelled the reservation, I had full refund. Then I booked another RV through RVezy. The process went through smoothly and efficiently. I definitely will recommend RVezy to my friend.
