  The navigation on site can be frustrating. If you leave site and return in seconds you have to start over from beginning. Requires to much personal info. ie drivers licence.

  RVezy was very good to deal with, and the rental went exceedingly well. The renter and the RV were great!! The only bad part of the experience was that RVezy software for verification and adding drivers was clearly tailored for Apple and not Android phones.. I had to borrow an apple phone to complete these requirements.

  Pretty straightforward. Lots of red tape stuff— ie: take pre and post pictures of the vehicle, checklists, etc— but it’s all to protect you and the RV owner so I get it. Otherwise no issues with this service- worked great for us!

  Very easy to get around on the site. Finding a suitable rental is made easy. We found the researching of rentals a lot easier, navigating the different types of RVs available and also being able to narrow down the searches by the use of filters. As far as the booking and renting process, it was almost too easy. Processing driver information was probably the most difficult thing and that wasn't hard at all. Great way to take care of business. The close out was equally easy, deposit refund processed in a prompt manner too. Great.

  Was good for locating the right rv, in the location where we needed it. Some of the admin was clunky and harder than I’d like - for example the photo ID requires spectacles to be removed, then auto-snaps the photo before I was ready (still needed glasses to read the instructions). Hence ID failed to manual which needn’t have happened if the photo had been manually snapped when I was ready.

  The owners of this clean nearly new trailer gave my family 5 star service. The trailer was clean and had everything we needed. First to last contact was smooth and communication easy. I highly recommend this trailer and service offered by RV Easy. Would do it again no problem.

  Overall the platform was easy to use, feels like Airbnb but for RVs. They were much much more expensive than I thought they would be to rent though! The price per night of a fancy hotel! We did run into a couple issues during our trip though. We were supposed to pick up our RV early in the morning of our first day but our host did not give us an address and was not responding to the messages within the system. We had no way of contacting him and customer service didn’t open until 11am. So we had to wait around in a random town for hours until then. We eventually got it but lost a few hours, would have been nice if customer service was open earlier or if there was a phone number or alternative method of contact for your host available. We also ran into an issue during our trip and we were not sure if it would be covered via roadside assistance (our rv water heater was broken and was gushing water all over our RV when we were in a remote location) so we emailed RVezy to see if it qualified and they didn’t get back to us until a week later, after our trip was over. Not very helpful. The issue with the RV put a big damper on our trip. Wish there was more support given to customers.

  The process of finding the RV to suit our family group and then the booking of it was a simple process, which when we did have any queries were quickly dealt with by either the owner or staff at RVezy. We have no complaints at all and no hesitation in recommending RVezy. The RV owner and RVezy together added to the most memorable trip for our family, something that as we had hoped would be a fabulous lifetime experience, many thanks to all concerned.

  There were chronic issues with the website and app, making the experience far more frustrating than it needed to be. Because this company is based in Canada and has bilingual services, it can cause confusion in reaching customer service (which I couldn’t do several times) and generates excess paper done in both languages. There are also minimal instructions on how to complete the inspections with their app tools, causing both myself and the owner to have time-consuming problems. Once everything was completed, the rental went smoothly, but this process could have been so much better.

  Site worked well overall. However, some links from emails just went to general website and I could not find the reference, such as the “return inspection”; that would have been helpful but it was nowhere I could find. We were also disappointed in the van we rented, would be helpful to have the owners complete a more detailed description and allow easier comparison between choices. The vetting process and clarity of the rental itself, getting road assistance and insurance coverage was clear.

  Very easy to find an RV and to initially reserve. But my experience with the informations to fill were difficult to send, I had to try numerous times to send our driving permit infos. Afterwards, everything went perfectly. We are pleased with our experience and will use it again!

  Before the trip I had trouble uploading the drivers license using the RVezy app on an Android phone - after several failures I called customer service and was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and patient they were to resolve the issue - 5 stars just for that. Other than uploading the license, I found the app very easy to use for searching, renting, preinspection, communicating, and closeout. Our host recommended talking inspection photos first and selecting from the photo gallery rather than having the app take photos with the camera, and that worked well.

  I found navigation of the site a little confusing as there is no list of documents required until they are due. I couldn’t prepare one of my documents because I didn’t have access to the internet and rveazy was telling the renters not to deal with me. Thank goodness the renters had more patience than rveazy did.

  The owner made the pick up and drop off very helpful and they are pleasant. The vehicle is easy to drive and had the vehicle had Wi-Fi and additional power as we needed. Very nice ride and family friendly for trips. Thank you!

  I have used RVezy before and the booking went smoothly. This time, I set dates and started the process. Communication between owner and me went well. I tried at least 5 times using all of the appropriate links to 'verify the account'. The system got stuck on 'verifying'. I sent emails to customer service and just got the same link back. The owner contacted you and got no where. Within 24 hours the you are verified came through and the process could be completed. It was aggravating to get stuck for so long over and over in the same spot. Also, I had to take out road insurance even though the owner delivered and picked up the unit.

  I would highly recommend Rvezy. I made a booking and paid deposits but had to change the dates. Both Rvezy and the RV owner were flexible and rewound the transaction for a later date. Everything then went well with the final rental. My only concern is that since we have completed the transaction and agreed to addons and extras I have yet to hear how much of my security deposit will be returned.
