  RVezy provides a very valuable resource for anyone seeking to rent an RV. I did, however, find the process and the interface to be not very intuitive. I would certainly use the app again having learned some of its intricacies.

  They took my money fast and then completely screwed up the verification process. The algorithm would NOT work to verify and my credit card got charged fraud charges almost immediately. They would not allow cancellation without keeping $500. I finally got through to a live person who also had difficulty with verification. Find some other way, don't give these scammers your ID. I'm still waiting for my deposit back since my trip last week.

  Had a fantastic time. The Boring RV was very comfortable and had decent storage space under the bed. The hosts were incredibly friendly and provided a lot of small things that added up to a great trip!

  I had multiple issues with the booming process, especially the identity verification and adding a driver features. I had to contact customer service in order to get the situations handled. It wasn't the easiest process in my opinion. The actual pick, renting and returning went very smoothly.

  They delivered and set up for us, and picked up so we wouldn’t have to tow. Wonderful couple to work with. Camper was the perfect size for our family of five with extra room to spare. It was beautiful and super clean. Stocked with kitchen and cooking utensils, towels and blankets.ads our trip so easy!!

  The RV booking was fine, but a $99 two night rental was nickel and dime up to $500. I’ll never do that again. I didn’t even use the bathroom, and left them with a full tank of gas in the generator that I rented for $50. The site fees are more than Airbnb. I could’ve stayed in a hotel cheaper.

  After an initial hiccup where my first booking was cancelled by the RV owner, the replacement RV rental experience was great. Good communication with the owner and the check out/check in process was made simple by the app. I will definitely be using the site again.

  The experience with RVeasy was okay. My biggest complaint is that they are not honest about the charges. I rented a camper that was supposedly $65 a night. Total cost was closer to $100 a night with all the extra fees, service charges, taxes, and convenience charges and so forth.

  It was our first time renting an RV through RVezy. The process was very easy and everything went smoothly. The customer service after we returned the RV was excellent! Would definitely rent an RV again through RVezy and recommend it to my friends and family. We have made a lifetime memory with our kids! Thank you RVezy!

  This is a good service. We received everything requested and received email updates along the way. The online pre inspection was difficult to locate. There’s no button on the app or the individual account info. So we couldn’t complete it. It just disappeared after the first time we clicked the link. It’s reassuring to know that the tv owners have been verified and that charges go through RVezy.

  As seniors with older cell phones we found the site difficult and very frustrating. If it hadn't been for Adam in customer service guiding us step by step over the phone we would have cancelled the booking. We feel that having to give full payment up front prior to the rental isn't right. Would feel more comfortable with a 25% deposit upfront and the balance due upon completing the pickup inspection would be more appropriate. The rental risk is totally on the renter if the unit is not as described. That being said, our experience worked out well and met our needs.

  The RV that we rented was great! Supper clean and organized with everything we could possibly need. We had lots of space but there was only two of us. The correspondence with the renter was the best I have ever experienced. Texts were answered immediately. I will rent again!!

  The whole process of booking through RVezy is NOT easy. It's frustrating & time wasting. I have 41 emails from you in the space of little more than a week. To top it all off, I get a text a 7AM of my last day reminding me it's my last day. Wake me up that early for a stupid text. I am simply NOT IMPRESSED at the whole rigmarole of booking through. Never again.

  I will never rent with RVezy again. I purchased their 24/7 roadside assistance option and I unfortunately had yo call them during my trip. They never came to help, there was always an excuse like "sorry we can't find anyone to help you because it's a weekend". NOT recommended.

  I had a very good experience with rvezy and will book with them again. Their pricing and added fees were less than competing sites and I dealt with Brandi that helped me through the whole process, as this was my first time renting an RV. We had it delivered to our location and also picked up. It all went as scheduled. The RV was set up for use, clean, and everything worked well. I’m highly looking forward to our next trip and will use rvezy.com again!

  I was originally charged twice for the rental. Had to call for that. I had some issues with the security deposit and had to change my trip dates to fix the problem. Finally I returned the rv as per the renters request and days later I call to get my security deposit back, Rvezy said they do not call the renters and will give them up to 10 days to close out the rental. I called the renter, he had no idea this needed to be done. I got him to close out the rental and I get a notification that the security deposit could take up to 10 days to show up.

  The system process with the reservation, deposit, inspections & return process are all good but a little confusing on what to do next and if competed, needs a step by step process on the rental page with completed check marks when completed or indicator letting you know if needs completed. I called 3 times to check to make sure I was doing the correct process to verify reservation and if I completed everything necessary on the return to release the deposit.

  Great site for renting RVs! Be wary though - if you make changes to your order, you are charged a fee each time you make a change! Next time I'll be sure to have decided on all aspects of my order to save administrative fees.

  From start to finish, this was a very positive experience. I will definitely use this site again. The trailer we rented was immaculate and was delivered and set up for us. Everything was explained to us and it was a great experience. I would recommend this site to anyone considering renting a trailer. So many to chose from and full descriptions and pictures to help decide on which trailer would be best.

  I had two RV rentals fall through with this site. The first in advance because the driver was deployed for hurricane Ian relief and had to live in his RV for it. Understandable. The second RV was just never returned so I was left without an RV seconds before I'm supposed to go on my trip. Needless to say I ended up with no RV. Highly doubt I'll be trying this site anymore.

  All was good but piece mailing 1 document at a time is stressful when the booking is last minute. Also the portion to add driver was not working. Saying the reservatiom would be cancelled if driver isnt received is very frustrating since RV was being delivered and pocked up and no driving done.
