  Trailer was in great shape and supplied well except the beds definitely could use an upgrade. Almost cancelled because of a mix up in booking and customer service was not understanding of the situation. turned out ok but am not jumping to book again soon.

  There was a good selection of campers, I found a very nice camper and had a great experience including delivery and pickup, and a generator for a non-powered location. The hosts were very accommodating and everything went smoothly.

  Overall the experience was acceptable. Where it an improve is making it very clear if the host is using policies that will change the pricing based on the how much time you're renting the RV for or how close your dates are to rental BEFORE you are about to make the purchase. I expected the cost to go up with taxes and cleaning fee but it was only afterwards I realized I paid a higher nightly rate just because of when we booked. Now that I know I will attempt to book multiple RVs at the same time as I waisted over a week waiting for Hosts to accept or decline my previous bookings.

  The person I rented from was great but RVEZY doesn't make it very clear after the fact about what exactly has been charged to your credit card say for additional mileage. For example I cannot tell whether I got or am getting the security deposit refunded, or the amount remaining is to be paid or has been paid already. Before I left I had one total and when done I had a slightly different total (more) so was I charged the first amount or the second amount, or two charges one with the difference. Same with security deposit. Not clear when/if I got it back. Or is the new total owed not including the security deposit? Of course I can check my cc statement but this isn't clear on their website.

  getting the rv was easy, Barb was awesome! the only reason i did not give a 5 was because they should have stated that you need a smart phone to complete the booking! i ended up having to buy a phone to get the rv!

  From start to finish, our experience with our rental host was thoughtful and responsive to our numerous questions. The trailer itself was immaculate, including so many thoughtful appointments, and the orientation was well-explained, inclusive, and extremely helpful. We traveled for 9 days through 2 state and national parks. Our choice of host, trailer, and overall experience was perfect in every way! BRAVO!

  The RVezy site was easy to use. The booking process was well organized, the technology worked well and almost stress-free. The 4 star rating relates to the $1500 deposit. When returning the unit, it is not clear where I would see additional charges if there were any. Also, I was asked to close out the booking without knowing when/how/if I would get my money back. A short while after I closed the booking on my end I received a message that the booking was closed, again without mention of the deposit. I had to check my bank account to verify that the deposit had been processed (which btw was done in a very timely manner).

  The RV smelled VERY bad; like it had been sitting there unopened for a year. The tires were low and the tail lights did not work. The owner expected us to take it anyway and just drive in the daytime. Owner pulled the camper to a U-Haul rental place to see if they could fix the light issue. They could not because the connection yo use to hook up the tail lights was corroded. We ended up without a camper for the weekend. Of course we still had to pay for our camping spot at the camp ground. He did not offer to cover that cost and has yet to reimburse the cost of the camper rental.

  Renting an RV for a holiday was a great idea, and I have recommended it to friends. Using the RVezy website has been less pleasant. I had difficulty from the beginning using the website. Eventually, I figured it out and made the booking. I found that there were a lot of emails After booking, and I found the tone of some of those emails to be very demanding. I had to make more than one attempt to write this review because my attempts would disappear and I had to start over. I am sure that website management is an ongoing thing, my comments are meant to indicate where other improvements can happen. I would use this service again, and probably will.

  The rental for the two nights was 250 or 125 a night by the time it was all said and done the rental was almost 900 with fees and insurance. On top of that after paying all there insurance they wanted to keep another 1000 for a deposit that I have not seen back yet! The person that I rented from from was great and the trailer was perfect but will never use RVezy again

  I liked everything about RVezy - the selection process, communication with the provider, all the details with regard to renting the RV were explained very well. The only thing that I have issues with is the RVezy app. It didn't work on my iphone6s. I downloaded the app, created my username and password and then I couldn't login after that. I tried a variety of different things including deleting and reinstalling the app and nothing worked. I carried my laptop with me and used my phone as a hotspot. That is how I communicated with my RV provider.

  This was my first time renting RV from RVezy. The only problem I had was to get my phone to work to id drivers lic. (poor phone internet here at the farm) and the know how to do it. Got help from a friend in town and was able to get it done. Thanks again.

  I really liked this experience. I was thinking about buying an rv, but after renting one, this is the only way to go. I will save so much money using RVezy. Our host was awesome and very helpful during our trip. The travel trailer we rented was like brand new. Also the RVezy platform was very easy to use and really set up to make everything go smoothly. My wife is already wanting to go on another trip. Booking this rv was the best way to travel. Thank you to my host, and RVezy for making this happen!

  It was very easy to locate an available RV in our area for the dates we needed. As a first time RVezy user, I would compare the experience to Airbnb for RV's. The only area for improvement would be insurance. It was very confusing regarding what was covered between the two types of insurance. Accident insurance is required but roadside is optional. But online it says that premium roadside also covers accidents, so why do you need both if you have premium roadside?

  The app was a pain, selective on accepting driver's license. The app continued to crash on me and to qrite a review more than once due to app crashing. The office lack of communication with co workers, called several times to deal with licenses uploads. I am thankful things worked out in the end. Things happen, things break, just handle all situations being respectful . In the long run it will work out.

  I received immediate and excellent help when phoning RVeasy headquarters when my app wasn't doing what it was supposed to. I really appreciated that. Also, I would like more knowledge about the full (future) expectations of the entire process - especially for first timers - so I can prepare better (for example, I left the trailer not knowing I should have taken my own photos of the condition. What should I do when there is no internet in the camping area, etc.) Aside from that, it is a very professional organization.

  The process was easy and everything worked well… I especially liked the walk through. The only issue was when I wrote to the owner I couldn’t see her comment back until I received a text that there was a message… happened every time we messaged?? Otherwise everything went well

  Not enough details given about camper van. Construction vans modified in home made manner into camper vans should not be listed on your site OR at the very least listed as such. Too many separate details on your site to complete booking. Streamline and make it easier. Owner did not want to do the pictures. I would not recommend RVezy to anyone based on my one experience. The cost was way too much for the product I rented. RVs without a heater should not be available to rent in colder weather. We were uncomfortably cold at night with temperatures of 4C.

  First time user. Real easy to use app, love that you can search by area. They will guide you through the whole renting and payment process. Only reason why I gave 4 stars is that I got charged $66 for road side assistance while I had the RV delivered and never towed it. Otherwise highly recommend if your looking to rent an RV.
