  Great website , easy to navigate and good communication with the renter. Also customer service is responsive and friendly. The only thing is that the check in and check out date were not specified on the booking details and I discovered it when speaking to the renter.

  The MH and owner were great ,bit I found the insurance a waste as most things that do happen are under the very large deductible. Also the dispute mechanism is terrible even when it was a typo and nothing parties agreed RVSY took their time causing stress and sleepless night for 3 days.

  Wow. I called RVezy and spoke to someone about a charge on our invoice and for some clarification on the invoice itself as it is not clear at all. The person that I spoke with encouraged me to complete the dispute section of the email that was sent to close the booking. I completed that section and sent it. We did not get any response from RVezy over our dispute over some charges. I phoned RVezy again and was unable to get through to a live person, but the message on the recording said that I should be patient and someone would be assigned to our dispute soon. We were going to wait until the end of the week, then call again, but then this email came today. Not only did we not get our dispute heard, but the invoice that I received today is equally as vague as the past one. Our hosts were amazing. So helpful and responsive when we had a question or issue and they went out of their way to make sure that we were confident and satisfied with our experience all along the journey. They get a 5. We are very disappointed with the customer service that we have received, as well as the lack of information to close the booking. The final invoice is so vague - no breakdown as to exactly what RVezy fees we have been charged, only having those fees be increased as time goes on. We have enjoyed our outing using the camper van that we rented and want to continue to travel this way. However, we will be renting our vehicles from any other rental service providers, and we will not be recommending using RVezy to friends or family should they ask about our experience with RVezy. We had a great trip but this closing of our booking process has left a bad taste. We feel ripped off by you for the additional fees that we paid with no understanding of why. RVezy was not at all easy.

  It’s Airbnb for RVs. We loved it. Simple to book and loved that ALL of the details like drivers licenses, roadside assistance, etc are built right into the booking process. Direct messages with the owner worked quickly too.

  Registration went well and we had a great experience with the host and RV. Expensive $400 mandatory insurance even when we did not need it because we have coverage through our insurance, Also we had an issue with the receiving money back for canceled Add-ons (kayak).. Host returned us the money, but RVezy initially played dumb and refused to return service fees and taxes ($51.66 in total). It took us 5 days of calling and emailing before RVezy returned the full amount. There is no history of this transaction on the RVezy webpage felt like RVezy tried to scam us. We wondering how many people did not get their money back because they were less persistent than us. RVezy,, that was unprofessional!

  This was my 1st experience with renting an RV. I actually rented 2 RV's at the same time, one with another company. From here on out, i will only use Rvezy. They were true to their word. The delivery was on time and early. Everything was very clean and the owners were super nice

  I have never booked through a system like this before, so I am not qualified to judge. The booking was very time consuming, complicated for me, and the ADD A DRIVER REQUIREMENT was a nightmare.

  RV showed up an hour late and there was no communication I had to call them. I had to back even into camp site fry owner. RV was clean but struggled to stay cool in the heat of the day. First time renting RV and feel like an AirBnb would be more beneficial for the price we paid. Not a terrible experience but will shop around for other options next time

They made the RVEZY experience easy and secure I recommand RVEZY to anyone in ""NEED""of an rv like we were..... or for the people who are simply looking to go camping but do not own an rv.

  would not recommend vehicle didn't have working generator, no rear ac and up front ac would quit working.. No help was given by this company to remedy. Was presented as a working rv and we had to get hotels on our 2 weeks on the road.

  Getting around to find and reserve trailer was pretty easy, customer service representatives were very helpful an friendly. Registration of the drivers license was a bit annoying, got stuck and couldn't finish the reservation for a week, issue wit phone camera. Please fix so others do not have same problem. Thanks

  The Rvezy app is the sole reason that made it possible for me to rent an RV. I don't think that I would have made the effort otherwise. I rented "Large Marge" from Kimberly for a weekend. Boom! What a fantastic and amazing experience. The 5th wheel toy hauler is in pristine condition and absolutely everything works. Shaun and Kimberly are outstanding hosts and took care of everything, from dropping off and setting up, to best practices, do's and dont's and collection. I'm certain that it's hard work...but they made it seem effortless. Their cool and collected demeanour took away all my anxieties and made me feel at home. Thank you Rvezy, Kim & Shaun.

  Site intéressant pour louer un VR, mais place à amélioration (filtres, communications avec l’hôte peu convivial et devrait être obligatoire avant la réservation même si remboursable une fois réservé). Aussi, il faut prévoir plus du double du prix affiché par nuit pour louer puisqu’il y a les frais de RVezy, assurance, assistance-routière, km supplémentaires, ménage).

  Not a good experience with alot of issues on the reservation attempt.spoke to your rep for 22 minutes before she finally changes the name on the account to my wife, which was the first thing I asked when I called, but it took her 22 minutes to figure that out. Then she changed one of the email addresses to the owner of the trailer so we received messages every day we were away trying to relax. My wife is still getting messages. You need to do a better job.

  Seems like a decent site but it would be nice if they presented the prices in a more up front way. $75/night trailer for 2 nights, after the hidden fees was $476 all in. Would be nice if on the adds they posted the nightly rate and the one time flat fees up front so it’s easier to see and understand.

  Finding an available RV near me was easy. The process was clear. No surprises. Extra insurance and roadside help is available. The fees and taxes do add to the nightly rental fee. We had a great trip and would use RVezy again.

  I have used RVshare which I rate 1star and Outdoorsy 3.5 stars to rent trailers. Obviously each rental experience is unique RVezy is the best I have used in 4 years of renting trailers.

  Goodness , Jeremy made our trip perfect , the RV had everything we needed as well as the extras such as games , an outdoor mat, table and chairs as well as an outside cook stove. It was perfectly set up , Jeremy was super professional and always made himself available to us if we needed him. I highly recommend renting from him, we were happy and had everything and so we’re the kids. I highly recommend Jeremy and for sure will use his RV rental again in the future. The water was super clean without doors, the propane was full , everything worked wonderfully , so great as a matter of fact that everyone that was at our family reunion spend their time in our RV if it rained because the layout was fantastic and we could sit 12 in the dining room/living room area :) All the other RV’s were not as spacious at all . Thanks Jeremy we will see you at some point in the future, wish we could have met you at drop off and pick up , but we thank you and are so grateful to you for having everything set up for our arrival there and taking it all down and cleaning it when we left, you guys are the best !

  I found using Rvezy website was clear and helpful. We were able to find a tent trailer that accepted pets. The tent trailer exceeded expectations. Super comfy and easy to pack up. We had an excellent trip camping around Lake Superior on the Circular tour through Canada and the U.S.. We would go on another tour in a heart beat if we could.

  We had a very good experience with RVezy. The app is easy to use, the chat in that app worked great, very quick and helpful customer service. We would definitely use them again in the future!:-)

  This app is ridiculously easy to use and to book your next camping adventure with. Great way to contact owners who are renting their RVs/trailers. Can’t beat it!

  RV is brand new and really nice. We enjoyed dealing with the owners. They are their to please and did a great job. Highly recommend renting this RV!!! Thanks again for use!
