  Booking with this company is not the best. You can’t look back on transactions. They disappear. Take a lot of screen shots of your transactions I am going to look for alternatives for next year. You never really know what you are being charged.

  In the last 3 weeks prior to go camping, I received at least one automated message saying I had to complete an identity verification but after trying with ny telephone, PC, Airpad tablet and sending photos, nothing worked. You have one system but no alternative to give and nobody there to help to resolve the problem. My sister had the same problem and so my niece, so, I am sure it is well known by RVezy but you leave your client alone trying to give satisfaction to your machine Your famous consumer support does not exist anymore.

  Sean is a fantastic host! Great communication and very helpful. We selected every add on except for linen and all was as expected if not better. We chose the delivery and pick up option as we did not have a vehicle heavy enough to tow a trailer. The trailer was/is in good clean condition and everything we needed was available, kayaks, fire pit, generator, etc. Highly recommend a stay in Sean’s trailer! Thank you Sean, my friend and I had a fantastic stay!

  The website etc is great. My main gripe is that you have to dowoas their app in order to complete the pickup/drop off inspections. I hate being obligated to download an app to do something simple like that!

  The emails are ridiculous! non stop. i booked for one night and the charged me for two. trying repeatedly to change it was impossible. then it kept charging for delivery and we were picking up the RV. The charge was $450 for delivery or free if we picked it up. i had to cancel the reso and rebook and it still did it. the host had to go in and give me a special rate to take it off. again we booked for 1 night and you charged us for two. the host was confused as well why you charged for two. we were so frustrated by this point we just booked it and paid for two nights and used it for 1. stop sending me emails.

  Website is very easy to navigate and look at all that you are interested in. Once you find one you like the owners of the RV are there to help you along the way. We got the RV from Brian and Anne and they were the best. Can't ask for a better service and they are so friendly. We got it delivered and pickup witch was great and the RV was totally ready to go.. Will recumbent this website and the owners of the RV to anyone interested.. Best vacation we ever had.

  This worked well. Our hosts were excellent, and communication was relatively easy. I did find the insurance selections to be confusing (e.g., we had our RV delivered, so I wasn't sure if Road Side was applicable -- this should be more clear). I REALLY disagree that a review should be mandatory to close out the trip and release the security deposit. Reviews should always be optional. Also, once closed, release the security deposit immediately. No reason for a 48-hour delay. Otherwise, would likely use again.

  How can you let the owner of the RV start another booking WITHOUT closing the previous one? Never seen this business model. Do hotels give keys to a room to a new customer while the other is still in it or without making sure of the condition? Very Strange indeed. Clearly Not protecting the renter but it’s all about the RV owner privileges here…

  A good website, relatively easy to use and with a good choice of RVs to rent. The only drawback is that the software tends to assume that you're booking from the USA and therefore details are somewhat 'America first'. My experience of renting was, overall, good and it was certainly less expensive than using one of the big 'commercial' RV rental companies - plus you're financially supporting people who live in the USA/Canada, rather than those (often) foreign share holders of those big companies.

  The process of setting up my account was very difficult and with problems. Communications with me needed an internet connection which I did not have after I started my trip. I missed some messages from the trailer owner and RVezy until I was able to get a connection.

  The trailer I rented for 16 nights had a faulty slide, I was told it does not work in the heat. The host mentioned the problem when I was picking up the trailer to start my vacation so it was impossible to back out at that time because we had planned this trip for months and other friends were joining us. The first time we had trouble with the slide was on the ice fields parkway when we stopped for lunch on our way to Banff. It was around 18c outside, we put the slide out about a foot so we could access the fridge. After lunch it would go in. I drove with my friend 71k to get cell service, roadside assistance doesn't cover slides so I call the host. He suggested I leave the trailer on the side of the road and come back at 9pm when it was cool outside! We had 2 more issues with to the slide during our trip, it is hot in the summer! This faulty trailer should never have been allowed to be a rental. I contacted rvezy. They said there was nothing I could do but give a bad review to my host! I paid good money to rent a trailer and rvezy received a share of the income, they really didn't do anything to rectify the problem. This trailer will be rented again! I don't think that is good business. As a renter you are really left out on your own with no recourse. I won't be using this service again.

  My experience with my host was amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, but I think if a trailer is being delivered to a location where it will stay, why would I be charged for road side assistance? There was also a cleaning charge and the trailer was returned cleaned by the renter, on my invoice there is a $300 charge for add ons and there is no list of the add ons, what are they exactly? Would I rent from Rvezy? Yes, but I would definitely question the additional fees, I feel that reviews are necessary in improving customer relations and services.

  I had tried to reserve another RV rental and used another platform which I found was very difficult to figure out. RVEzy was easy and the information was clear. The hosts Catherine and Justin were amazing and offered quick turnaround times with responses to questions. It was a very memorable holiday thanks to RVEzy and of course our hosts.

  Rvezy is an awesome idea. We were headed to a family event and wanted to stay close to family, so this option was awesome for us. Rvenzy’s website works well and was easy to book. Each step was clear, so we knew exactly what to do. I will be using rvezy again. However, the trailer we rented through rvezy was an absolute mess. The trailer beds were removed and replaced with foam toppers. The sheets were full of hair and dirt and there was bodily fluid stains on the blankets. The floors were so dirty (carpet and lino). The slide was broken and extremely clunky. The awning was ripped and falling apart, so unusable. The people we rented from did not open it up prior to us taking it, so we had no idea all the issues until we arrived. I was charged $70 cleaning fee, but had to clean the entire unit before we could use it. Thankfully we were with family, so had access to a washing machine. I had to go buy my own cleaners to wash the counters, fridge and floors and bathroom before we could enter the trailer. The black tank was 2/3 full at pick up, so we had to deal with someone else’s waste. I don’t know how Rvenzy could check on these trailers, but it could hurt business if these sort of trailers are what customers are receiving. We would use rvezy again, but will be more diligent in asking for current pictures and having a tour prior to leaving. Although, standing there with the owner in a very dirty trailer, I don’t know how that conversation would go without them getting mad and keeping the deposit paid. When a customer has a holiday plan and then show up to something like that, do you leave the trailer and then possibly ruin the entire holiday, or take it and live with it, it is not a great choice either way. I certainly don’t think it is fair that I paid a cleaning fee, and had to buy my own supplies and clean it myself. If we went directly to a camp ground, we would have been very upset to not have beds we could use. Rvenzy needs to have some sort of proof that these trailers are being cleaned and maintained to a certain level for their customers.

  Overall the Rvezy site is easy to use and was very helpful for finding a suitable RV. It was not easy to locate the Check-in and checkout inspection locations I the app. Seemed like the link did not take me to the inspection location. I thought I completed the return inspection based on the app but the next day the app indicates inspection was no completed.

  I’m not to impressed with RVezy. There was a few hiccups with the RV, and RVezy. First, when we tried to change the dates RVezy went and did an automated post using my name and didn’t even ask. I had to call your customer service line to have it taken down. If you want to shame the owners you need to put your automated posts in your name, no one else’s. Also I think the platform RVezy takes too much of the profit from the owners on rentals. It’s an owner driven platform and I think the owners of the RV’s should be getting most of the money off the rentals, not the platform. Just overall not a good experience and will not be renting off the platform again.
