  Rvezy is a great platform to connect rv owners with people who wants to experience camping no doubt. But we had sad experience where we were charged for damages we didn't do and we believe owner does shady business charging renters high fees for existing damages. Rvezy dispute team were involved but rushed to close the case and still charge us unfair amount.

  This was just a really good overall experience for me. There are a ton of options including price, quality and style. Just very satisfied overall with the system and the actual rental itself as indicated in my review of our “host”.

  RVEzy is a good Ap, however their charges are excessive and the owners get less than what I had expected they would receive from the amount I paid. If you can find a rental Ap that gives more to the owner, use it.

  I would lean towards a 4.5 rating; the website was relatively easy to navigate, but I wasn't clear on what was expected of me when I had the owner deliver the trailer, and also, what was expected of me when the stay was over. I expected the website to act like Airbnb's site, which it was similar but not the same (not that that is a negative, just an observation). I found that a lot of the RV rentals were the same or more than renting a brand-new motorhome once you factored in the delivery cost (some up to $1000). I was fortunate to find a great trailer to rent with a reasonable delivery fee, and I hope to use Rvezy again. Still, I will be comparing the prices to renting a motorhome so I don't overpay to rent someone else's trailer.

  We had broke down a few time the peer of the RV did what ever it had taken to get us rolling again. But RVzsy doesn’t want to pay out for all expenses to do with roadside assistance! Roadside assistance never got back to us after leaving a message! They claim we never called but on my call log it was there.

  Easy and great! Only complaint is the cost of the mandatory insurance. It would be nice to give renters the option to take the RVEzy insurance OR to work with our own insurance companies who can temporarily add the rented RV to our own insurance plans to cover it while on the trip.

  It is great to rent RV. But it can be expensive. Our family do not drive RV and leave RV on the camp site. There are insurance, service fee, delivery fees...etc. Pretty expensive at the end.

  It’s a great service that benefits both owners and travellers. We found a great host and there were no shortage of hosts to chose from. It would have been a five star review except for two things; first being that the website was very hard to navigate at the beginning and I had a heck of a time getting verified due to a glitch. The second being the overwhelming amount of offers that came in when the first owner needed to cancel the booking to accommodate my date change. It took me a bit to figure out what had happened and how to fix it in my profile. I will say that the person from customer support who took my call on a weekend was very professional and ensured my issue was resolved quickly.

  So much easier than renting and hauling the trailer to go camping. I arranged a trailer and delivery through RVezy, and everything went off as planned. Trailer delivered and picked-up as requested, made payment through RVezy and had no problem contacting and getting answers to my questions from the host using the app. First time user, but it won't be the last.

  Wow Eduardo is honestly one of the coolest guy’s I’ve meet, not only was the process of renting the RV more than easy but I also made a good friend in the long run.   We had a good experience with Rvezy, and overall are likely to book again. With that said, our hesitation would be that there were many hidden fees (i.e. Rvezy service charge, required insurance & cleaning fees) that were not clearly outlined until the final bill & that added over $500 to the cost of our reservation. These fees should be clearly outlined, and built into the initial pricing on the individual camper pages, instead of tacked on at the end.

  This is a very efficient and professional operation. The concept itself, the communications, the follow-ups all make for a trustworthy way to sample the RV life without needing to invest in a RV. It makes SUCH good sense! Our experience was every bit as positive as we had hoped for -- the RV itself, the management of our rental and the follow-up left us totally pleased. We would do it all again.

  Their travel insurance sucks. We were left 34hrs without a resolution for a simple tire issue. Lucky for us the owner of the RV stepped in and resolved it in 45mins.

  I am very impressed with the app and the services offered. The messaging interface was a bit clunky, but generally worked well. It would be nice to be able to see the initial inspection report to compare the original condition to the end of rental inspection report. The selection of units available was also very impressive. The RV we ended up with was very clean, only a few years old, and had very low mileage. The owner was polite, professional, and his communication throughout the process was excellent. I recommended this service to many friends and coworkers already and am looking forward to the next trip! 10/10

  I wish that the price per day that is advertised is the actual price that you pay. It is kind of deceiving that you are given a certain price per night, but once you click to book a rental, a bunch of other costs are added so the rental is now pretty much double the price that was advertised.

  Your web site needs work, It is so busy, it is confusing. Make it simple stupid, is the way to go with all your web pages. Very hard to follow if you are a senior that likes to talk to people. One on one is a better way to go. You should be able to see the camper before you rent it. We would have chosen a different layout if we had seen it first. The picture layout did not tell the whole story. Hope this helps you change for the better.

  RVezy is a great way to rent an rv. Our rv was great and the owner of it was wonderful. Only issue is a lot of filling out of forms or sheets for the process to occur. I know it is to cover all the possibilities of anything happening but if both the renter and the rentee are together the pick up & drop off process could be done

  We enjoyed using RVEZY for our camping trip. The site was easy to use and I had multiple options to chose from. The process to get approved as a drjver was easy to follow. In addition, other guests reviews on my rental helped me make my decision.

  I found the customer service very helpful and accommodating. I had an owner cancel on me very close to our trip date and customer service was quick to help and get me another booking. Any issues I had was dealt with promptly and I found the process very easy to use with checking and out. Would recommend and will definitely be booking through rvezy again.

  Very easy to use and the actual costs are shown up front. The incorporated communication with the host makes it a snap to coordinate and address any needs/issues.
