  RVEZY is a great way to find rental RV's. I personally found it hard to use the App, and notifications were endless, could very well haven been a setting in my notification , they just never seemed to stop. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

  The website at times is difficult to understand especially the part about taking pictures. If you have week or no cell service it does not work and it is difficult to understand how timely these steps must be done.

  Our rental of this trailer was great! It turned out our trailer hitch was not compatible with the trailer. Dan and Kirk were very accommodating. They drove the trailer to and from our campsite! It was an extra cost that i did not plan for , however it all worked out in our favour! Make sure your vehicle and hitch can tow this trailer before picking up the trailer.

  Host was an issue. RVEzy was unhelpful in moderating issues. Renters are putting a lot of faith in a company trying to copy Uber’s business model; RVEzy forgetting that these rentals are a temporary home for people on vacation, not a one-way ride a few minutes away. Not only was the host and the rental garbage, so was customer service @ RVEzy. I will never use this service again. I know my money is gone, thankfully everything else on our 5,000 mile journey went great. I’ll focus on those memories and move on, forget this service and our tenament on wheels…

  A part quelques problèmes (douche, pas clim, peu de lumières) mais qui peuvent être réglés, une très belle expérience les plus: cosy ; consomme très peu pour un van (10 l en moyenne de diesel), beaucoup de stock en plus (barbecue, chaises confo, etc. les moins : pas pu utiliser la prise électrique, j'ai du acheter un petit ondulateur pour mon ordi, la douche pas pratique et qui n'a pas fonctionnée, et l'absence de clim pour la conduite (pas indispensable mais quand même) Un bon van avec un très grand lit cosy

  The app is easy to use. Reasonably, there are enough options to choose, but I think its host database has still room to grow, specially in Canada. On the other hand, I found it difficult to contact them through phone or chat. I couldn’t reach anyone when I called them and it makes you nervous when you face a problem and need someone to help you immediately. Overall, it is a good app.

  RVEzy was so easy to use. Tyler Georgi was so helpful. When I didn't know how to turn on the generator he walked me thru.. in the middle of the night. It was easy to book, make a payment, rent, and return. I will use RVEZY again and so will all my friends.

  We recently rented a travel trailer though RVezy at first we though it was the way to go knowing we had some sort of recourse if something went wrong but it was far from that.we found a trailer that would work for our week long get away and contacted the renter though RVezy it took awhile for him to get back to us but we connected then nothing as our week approached I contacted the owner of the trailer again and he said I had to resend my request again because time had run out on the request no biggie I thought boy was I wrong, first of all I could not find the trailer anymore but after finely finding it the dates I requested would not let me book.so numerous emails to RVesy and phone calls to the renter two days before our relaxing trip it was resolved. On pick up the renter said the trailer was clean inside but the out side was dirty on problem we thought until we got it home before we started to load the trailer we always do our own clean just to be safe.my wife screamed when she started to do her clean she found some mice droppings by the slideout and on further investigation the trailer was full of mice droppings as it was the day of our departure we just buckled down and thoroughly cleaned it. off we went, when we arrived at our spot I went to put down the electric jack and it was stuck and would not go down I called the owner and he said there was a manual crank after trying that it was still stuck so I called him back and he was at a loss so I took it apart and finely was able to disconnect my truck.Our first night we noticed the batterie was low by morning it was dead no water no lights it was horrible the rest of the we was much of the same the batterie would only last about 2 hours. Anyway on our return to the owner we ask for some compensation for our inconvenience he stated that since it was though RVesy that he would contact them and see what the procedure was so0 we waited a week still no word so we contacted him again and he said he was waiting on them to reply. I decided to call RVesy myself and they said he did not call them I let them know of our ordeal and she was very sympathetic to our ordeal but could do nothing because he had been paid out I asked her what can I do now and she said try the owner for compensation.so I did and the owner went silent numerous texts all of them very professional but no response. I guess the take away from all of this is as a renter there is no recourse though RVesy good luck if you have a problem.

  Mike the owner showed up on time and explained everything we needed to know about the RV. He made sure it was level and everything was working. Ask if we had any questions then left. The RV suited our needs and was picked up at the time it was supposed to. We will definitely rent from RVesy again when needed.

  Sometimes the plateform get confusing. The owner contact is only on the pdf of reservation information. We have to go back to the lusting to see the rv pictures. The process to take pictures on the inspection is a pain

  Easy to use and find what you are looking for. Also good follow-ups throughout the booking and at the end of the rental. One thing to improve is to allow the user to change their email address in their account (in the app or online), at least I couldn't find where I could do it.

  I would have given 5 stars, because the booking process was pretty straight forward, and easy to figure out, and they reply to inquiries fairly quickly…. however, when it came to adding an approved driver, we had nothing but headaches. It should be a super simple process- take a selfie and upload a photo of your license, but unfortunately, this process took multiple attempts, over several days, and was incredibly frustrating. I’m not sure if it was a glitch or what, but I hope someone looks into that because no one on RVezy’s end is able to upload your photos for you if you’re having technical difficulties. The RV we booked was beautiful, and our host went above and beyond to accommodate us. He was very responsive and incredibly friendly. We took advantage of the delivery option and it worked out perfectly for us. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with an RVezy host again!

  Rvezy, is very easy to use. We had a good first experience. Only 2 areas i can see working better. 1 is cancelation policy is a bit restrictive, particularly when you book close to the travel date. 2nd you have to request to book and go through up to 48 hour waiting to see if host accepts, if not you start all over which again on a late booking can leave you with nothing.

  Mark and Pam were delightful to deal with. Their trailer was clean and beautifully decorated. It looked brand new. We were each given a quick tutorial and within 10 minutes we knew everything to do. Our hosts were punctual, accommodating and made us feel like family. Mark arrived early to have the camper set up and even held a spot for our friends who were camping with us. I wish I could give more than 5 stars as they deserve a Universe full of stars recommendation. We met as customers, but left as friends. We will always use Mark (I kept calling him Marcus and he never said a word) & Pam. They even left a lovely gift basket filled with cool waters, yummy snacks and fruit from their orchard. Class act all the way and not a moment of stress.

  We needed an RV for a mountain weekend, and rvezy was a great source to find one. You type in the area you need it, and the site comes up with the RV's closest to you. We had a cute, roomy RV delivered to us and picked up right as scheduled. Everything was great! Would highly recommend this site!
