  Biggest complaint is many people don’t update their trailer availability. I spent many hours searching for trailers and contacting owners who show availability but when you contact them the trailer is booked.

  Difficult to use unless you have a smartphone. I wanted to use my email account on computer and had problems. Eventually, after contacting customer service, some adjustment was made allowing identity verification through email.

  It was a great experience. Loved the RV trip and the host was well informed and very helpful. Must read all fine print when booking such as the cancelation policy and how to receive your deposit back when completing the trip.

  The website and app are decently nice to use. However sorting by model year would be nice and better filters such as excluding vehicles that are pet friendly would save lots of time. Also the advertised price is very misleading, once the mandatory insurance, admin fee and taxes are added expect the nightly price to nearly double.

  I found the website to be extremely difficult to navigate and I do not have the cell phone capabilities required to complete the booking (i.e. add a driver; inspections; etc.) and needed to have someone else complete these tasks for me.

  Nous avons réservé pour 12 jours un VR et très satisfaits surtout du contact avec le propriétaire et la bonne marche et le bon suivi avec RVezy. Cependant, les frais de la plate-forme RVezy sont très élevés ainsi que les frais d’assurance et d’assistance routière. Donc, très cher par nuitée.

  The site and app are very well designed. It was a very nice experience booking an RV through them. Just be aware that by the time you finalize your reservation you will pretty much pay twice the daily amount you found advertised because of all the fees (insurances, cleaning, etc)

  RVezy est un endroit excellent pour trouver un VR pour une occasion spécial ou simplement un week-end de camping, il y est facile de trouver un VR à proximité de notre lieu de résidence, ou plus près de l'endroit de notre destination. Lors de la prise de possession du VR notre hôte Nathalie, a été très accueillante et nous a très bien expliqué toutes les fonctionnalités du VR. Le retour c'est passé également avec autant de plaisir. Nour recommandons RVezy à tous nos amis...

  We had a great experience. Suzanne and Rick are exceptional hosts. Everything you could possibly need is included in the trailer. Pick up and drop off we’re quick and easy. We will rent again.
