  Feel that the site could do better with the "add ons" I just about did not book because when I asked for delivery / pickup I was quoted $500 by the site. I really wanted that trailer so i contacted the owner and was Quoted $150 that I felt was fair so I rented. If I was told to contact owner directly for quote I would of saved a lot of time and even maybe took a different Unit (which I'm glade I didn't).

  In general the experience of using RVezy was fine. There were two things that I found frustrating. 1) The owner of the RV moved the RV over 100km away from the location that was on the listing when I booked the RV. The RVezy website/app did not notify me that the location had changed. I found out by chance, but it was too late to cancel the reservation or to find another RV to rent. 2) The review system needs to be changed. Unless the client and the owner check in the RV correctly on the system, the system won't allow anyone to leave a review. Once the review process starts the owner gets to leave their review and the client has to wait for the owner to finish before the client is allowed to leave their review. In my case, the owner didn't understand how to complete the check in process ... or they were worried I would give them a bad review because there were issues with the trailer we rented ... so they didn't review me and I didn't get the opportunity to review them. This is ridiculous. Even if the owner doesn't complete their proper steps, the client should be able to leave a review. Just look at AirBnB's process flow and copy it.

  Not very responsive. They don't follow standard accounting practices. No detailed receipt provided and the the RV owners can keep billing you fake charges without Rvezy stepping in to clarify.

  Rvezy really was easy, and we found the perfect RV for our needs. Can’t beat it. The other rv rental companies charge way more and the options are limiting. Why not hand pick your rv and save money? That’s what we thought. We had a great experience and recommend this service.

  Very good experience, great support staff (the person on the phone was very helpful and professional but specially patient to solve my issues with registration step by step - thank you). Why not 5 stars : I had some difficulties to add photos before and after my trip. And there is no half star :). That was my first experience with RVezy and I don't regret it.

  What a great convenience. The trailer was all set up when we arrived. Easy to use all the conveniences like A/C and stove, etc. Trailer was clean and came with a number of camping essentials. Would happily rent again.

  When my host was forced to cancel my booking due to unforeseen circumstances, RVezy helped both myself and my host to make the necessary adjustments to settle the booking. I was able to locate a last minute replacement and get on my way.

  Nice website with great searchable options. Good pictures (very accurate in our case). Would be nice to have had some more instructions for first-time users (like us)... necessity to fill out certain forms before and after. There should be a better option for non-drivers, where road travel insurance is not automatically prompted; and why is proof of DL required in this case?

  The site was easy to use and will definitely do again. The RV was practically brand-new huge amount of space and had plenty of amenities. The owners were great to work with and very accommodating. Spent all the time I needed going over everything that I might need to know in operating the equipment. The RV was easy to drive and had a comfortable ride. The gas milage was great. I would highly recommend renting this RV and I will be using it again in the future!!

  I did have some problems booking for Boots and Hearts. Even though it is one of sponsors a lot of people will not do this festival. Once I found John he was awesome and very good host. Will definitely book again. People having their rentals should put at the first of their listing they do not do boots and hearts.

  I really enjoyed the freedom of my own camper even though I did not need to tow it and used it only for sleeping and playing cards in it at night. It was clean and modern looking. I did not look around the storage area for chairs and carpet to put outside but had borrowed them from my son. the perfect little setup I had. If not available with rental may want to consider that. The owner was very available, especially with the possibility of evacuation from the close by wildfire but all was good. Will surely do this again.

  Ezy to book, Ezy to check-in, Ezy to check-out. Paiement are safe, because it's not from us directly to the owner. There is a lot of choice of RV's, but you must book earlier depending the dates. A few problems to add driver licences, quickly solved by the RVEzy team

  The Host was good. I cleaned the travel trailer, and returned it cleaner than when I picked it up, and was still l charged a cleaning fee. I was charged for insurance and other fees which you cant decline during the booking process. It all adds up to the total price. It's questionable if I will use RVezy again.

  Being a former client that would rent my trailer out to bring on the other side renting a trailer has presented both looks and experiences with the app. I found as someone selecting a trailer and going through the process and procedures very easy and the notifications for communication between renter and rentee to good also. As with anything there is always a higher standard and higher goal to attain .. keep striving to be the leader.
