  It was my first time using this service and I had a positive experience. The app is user-friendly with a great selection of RVs and trailers. They offer a variety of protection plans to choose from. It's certainly a better option than renting through Facebook or Kijiji.

  The app was very easy to use and they reminded me of everything ahead of time. I had some trouble uploading the check in and check out photos to my gallery but that could of been me/ my phone. All else was handled in good time. Would use again to rent an RV as RVezy protects both parties all the way through. Shelley W.

  The camper was what I needed for where we were going,Mrs Rebecca was good to work with. The only complaint I have is that the site to get the camper booked thru the RVezy app was very hard for me ,I had to call to finish my booking and also had to call to close out my final return

  So, I already responded with comments when leaving a review for host and site. The fact that I'm being asked again, says alot. The site is cumbersome to navigate. Challenging to complete the application and then weeks later I'm asked to set up a profile before the rental takes effect. Poor design. Poor customer experience. No stars

  This was our very first camping trip , as a family. We can’t afford to buy a holiday trailer.(yet). But we really wanted to do the camping thing with our two granddaughters. And two dogs. This was absolutely perfect. Booking was super easy. And our host was amazing. Can’t wait to do it again next year!!!

  The table/bed broke when we were putting the bed together.It appeared to be broken preveiously before our rental.Disappointed with the RV.We will not be renting that particular RV again.

  I found initially that I had trouble completing my booking because your website did not work with Google Chrome and had to work with your staff to find a solution. In the end I found the solution by switching my browser from Google Chrome to MS Edge. A note on your website would have saved me calling your help centre and hours spent trying to complete our booking.

  There is a great selection and service, however, the charge of $400 for delivery for 70kms is excessive and not passed to the RV owner. I also had to pay roadside assistance when I was not the one transporting the trailer, I selected delivery. Based off this, I would likely select a different rental service next time.

  There was a good variety of rvs to rent. I appreciated the insurance coverage. RVezy Really dotted the “I s” and crossed the “T s”. Perhaps a bit too much. But overall well organized - good customer service.

  Engaging with the renter of the camper was easy. The renting process was simple and straight forward. This made making the decision to rent much more fun! Hopefully others sign up on this website to rent their campers to those of us looking to rent!

  Overall the website was easy to navigate. I had problems with the final stage where I had to "sign". I ended up calling customer service. The representative was very helpful and friendly. He managed to figure out the issue.

  I enjoyed renting an RV using RVezy.com. It was simple to use and made staying in touch with our hosts easy also. I did find using the app on my phone a bit tricky particularly when I tried to do my final checklist and thought it was submitted but in fact had lost all the info and pictures I uploaded. A bit frustrating but it all worked out for the best in the end.

  Easy to navigate and find the right RV then simple to book it. Support for the rental was excellent when I did have a small mechanical failure on the trailer. I very much recommend getting the roadside assistance package it was well worth the investment.

  Quick and easy and hosts are very good with RV details. I would only suggest that the pick up times should be made possible for early pick up so renters can be on the road early to their destinations and make return around 3pm so it gives Atleast 8hrs for renters to get back and make sure RV is clean for return. Other than that I’m happy with our first time using RVezy

  The Rvezy experience is great! Peace of mind for both owners and renters. My only criticism would be the app delays, for my own first experience the app froze twice during first and last inspections. So they need to get their techies on that. However, for finding, booking, paying communications etc I'd highly recommend

  It was great until we got to the reimbursement of the deposit as I did not know I had to download the app. I would of preferred doing everything on the site/computer and not the app. Everything else was perfect and had patient host that helped!
