  The ring I bought my other half was beautiful. Riddles has had gorgeous jewelry. However, the customer service my fiancé and future mother in law received was terrible. The agent was rude to my fiancés mother when she had questions and needing clarification on the ring her daughter may be receiving. I would recommend riddles for their jewelry and quality, but I would not recommend ever buying from them to get commission. I would recommend buying online.

  I stopped into Riddles Jewelry in Rimrock Mall to see if something could be done to make my wedding ring fit a little better. It was getting loose but I did not want it sized smaller. I was worried it would not slip over my knuckle if it was. I had purchased a few pieces of jewelry in there previously but not this particular ting. Mckenzie remembered me, called me by name and was so kind to take care of me. She inserted a gold adjustable piece inside my ring and I was so pleased. I was in and out in 15 minutes with a perfectly fitting ring. I will continue being a customer of Riddles Jewelry.

  My husband and I visited Riddle’s a week ago. Their selection of jewelry is beautiful. We took the tour and learned all about Black Hills jewelry. How it came to be and the process of which it is made. We purchased my Black Hills Gold ring that I absolutely love. But the most important thing is the customer service, knowledge and professionalism of Dominic. He is top notch. By far an excellent asset to Riddle’s and their customers.   I sent my watch in for repair. A black hill gold watch that a couple of the leaves on the face had fallen off in the crystal. It looked like it might not have been able to be repaired. However the repair department was able to make it look brand new. It now has a second chance. It is beautiful. Thank you Tammi and Savannah. I am so impressed with their customer service.   My husband and I are new to North Dakota and had no idea where to look for a new wedding set for me. I googled jewelry stores and found Riddles. When we went there we were pleasantly greeted by Alaura. She provided us with such a positive experience and helped us find the perfect set She even has an awesome sense of humor which only added to our experience. When we went to pick up my rings the store manager, Nolan, remembered us and also provided us with an awesome experience. My husband and I have agreements the Riddles in Grand Forks is going to be our personal jeweler’s! Nolan the Mexican food was awesome!

  I absolutely love this jewelry store and the employees are excellent!!! Fixed my wedding ring and I mentioned I wanted to design a band for it and she took me to a Ring case and the first one she pulled out, I chose! Can’t wait to get my set together! I’d definitely Recommend 10/10!!!
