  I had gone into Riddles a little after 6 on a Friday looking for a special gift & they both took the time to help me find the perfect baptism gift. The store was closing at 7 & I not only felt terrible that I was having a hard time making a decision, but that I also had my 3 yr old daughter in there touching all of their glass cases & they both were so great about it. They're only concern was making sure that I didn't leave until we found the perfect gift. They gift wrapped it beautifully & they were SO kind even though I kept them 20 min longer at work on a Friday evening. I've gone in there for Pandora before & different things, but it will definitely be my "Go To" from now on!

  The necklace I purchased is good but when it says online only, it means it comes from a third party, not Riddles. My necklace ended up coming from out of the country and took way longer for me to receive my item and too late for the event I needed it for. The help from the Riddle’s representative was great but even with him putting my order as a rush, it came too late. I will not be ordering anything that states it is online only due to my experience.

  I purchased a gold necklace with a sapphire for my wife for our anniversary. The necklace was a leaf and vine pattern with the sapphire in the center.   Placing my order on line was done quickly and easily. I received my order in a timely fashion. The only thing that was a little confusing related to the email about shipping The email indicated my order was beinging shipped through the Post Office and had a USPS tracking number. However it was sent by UPS. Other than that I am very satisfied with my order. When it comes to Black Hills Gold jewelry I only purchase from Riddles Jewelry..

  took over a wee to get shipped out and then I had to ask for tracking number..I ordered jewelry from helzberg that was cheaper and received it two days later...this necklace took over two weeks to receive...and helzberg was in very nice box that contained another box...yours was put in box then bagged ..ups driver just dropped on ground where helzberg had me sign for it...

  Since my first purchase from Riddle’s Jewelry in December, 1966, I have never been disappointed with the item purchased or the customer service. You will never get that personal treatment at the national jewelry chains. Kudos to the Riddles for keeping their small-town values.

They even offered to gift wrap for free and made sure my purchase arrived in time once I mentioned it was birthday present! OUTSTANDING customer service from Josh.   My now husband got my engagement ring from Riddle’s it was custom made, they created a beautiful book of how it was made that i was able to write how we met how he proposed. They are always so friendly when i come in for a cleaning. Love this store!
