  My ring is absolutely beautiful! An elk ivory ring made with my own ivory from my 2017 archery bull. The memories made on my hunt were amazing and now I can carry them with me. It took about 6.5 weeks from the order date to delivery. Customer service was phenomenal! They were quick to reply both times I inquired about my order. Thank you so much! Very beautiful work!

  Brought my grandfathers ring in to have the stone replaced. Manager Krysta pointed out a very beautiful London Blue Topaz as a replacement. The finished product came out looking wonderful! The in store goldsmith Cynthia Hill did an amazing job and took less than a week to finish! Would highly recommended Riddle’s Jewelry inside the Pueblo Mall.

  I’ve been looking for a ring for nearly 5 years and finally found the one I wanted. Brainerd store helped to order a sample in so I could try it on in person. They were willing to hold it for several days as I was out of town and then graciously allowed me to take a few days to make a final decision. They sized the ring in-house and once again, held it for me to pick up as I live 2 hours away. They clerks were FABULOUS to work with!

  I had seen a necklace at the Rochester MN location while traveling that my wife liked. I wanted to surprise her with it for our wedding anniversary but Davenport did not have it in stock.   I came in to bring a necklace to get repaired and then also i brought some more jewelry to get cleaned up and. I waited a fair amount f time while they were cleaning the jewelry and i had great customer service. They even helped me out, with some boxes for the jewelry I brought since I had them in a bag and a little box. I am beyond thankful for what they’ve done to help me out today.

  I took a ring in for a cleaning and resize. It came back looking beautiful and like a new ring, however, it didn’t seem like they remembered to size it. It’s still too big. Not the friendliest service when I dropped off or picked up.

  Missoula Riddles staff are awesome! So helpful if you need assistance with watches or jewelry. They have solved many of my watch issues from changing the battery or resizing the bracelet. Great place and selection!!
