  I cannot say enough about Dalton and how exceptionally well he did on my rings. He made a 95 year old ring look brand new when he was finished. And the pricing was much cheaper than I had anticipated per ring. I have several pieces of jewelry that I will be bringing to them for repairs. I highly recommend Riddles for any of your jewelry needs!

  I lost my wedding ring and it took a long time to get any information about it for an insurance claim. That was until I got help from Alena. Alena was able to give me fast responses and answers I needed to file my claim. Losing a wedding ring after 8 yrs of marriage was VERY difficult for me and having to try and find the information I needed was exhausting. I don't live in the states, so it was difficult at first to reach somebody. After getting help from Alena, I was just happy to have been able to get the info for the claim that you wouldn't believe how happy I was to hear that my same wedding set could be special ordered still and she helped me get a discount as well. She was super helpful and super friendly. Danke schön!

  Stopped into the Williston store with a bracelet that needed to be fixed, but honestly didn’t think it could be. I left it in the store with Davy and he said he’d let me know if he could do anything. I received a text within 20 minutes that it was fixed! I was thrilled!   I ordered a ring and the “L” pendent. I needed the ring sized up 2 sizes. We emailed back and forth, but basically they could only do a special order for the ring, but would apply a 30% discount. I would still need to pay an additional $300. I advised staff that I was not interested. Staff shared that they would go ahead and get the pendent shipped that day. 1week later and it hadn’t arrived. I emailed and an employee stated that they were waiting to hear if I wanted to order the ring. She then told me they could apply a 20% discount. Just please send the pendent! I love my store. Online customer service is lacking!!

  I’ve had fantastic in store shopping experiences in Sioux Falls (I had to wait a bit in SF) and Mankato. I have had several issues with my jewelry— a stone fell out of a band I purchased two weeks later, and I sent it in to have it fixed and they sent it back soldered but unfixed. Slight inconveniences but overall, I have enjoyed the store and my shopping experience. A bit slow on the chat.

  I was dazzled when my 2 orders from Riddles arrived ! I ordered first a stunning marquis cut onyx ring set in silver and Black Hills Gold. It was an EXACT COPY of one I recently lost at a local restaurant. I had that ring nearly 50 years and was heartbroken that it was GONE. Then I found Riddles, and THERE WAS MY EXACT RING !!!! It was like Christmas morning ! I LOVE IT !!! Then Riddles sent me sn email, enticing me to buy more.( Good marketing on that !) So, my second order was a beautiful black onyx eagle ring for my husband and a stunning Hummingbird necklace for me ! My Veteran husband was blown away by his ring. We feed Hummingbirds here every day, and I never dreamed I would find a Hummingbird necklace ! The QUALITY OF EVERYTHING IS TOP NOTCH ! The pieces are heavy and very detailed.   I cannot say enough about the wonderful customer service we have received at the Coralville location. I wear my jewelry everyday and have had to utilize the warranty on a few occasions. Every issue I have had was covered by the warranty and didn’t cost me anything. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and I always leave happy. We tell all our friends about the wonderful experience we have had at this location. Thank you from one very happy customer.

They even took the time to help me by calling another locally owned store about a Christian item I was looking for that they couldn’t get it in stock. Wow!!!
