  The necklace is beautiful but, I received a confirmation email that my order was placed but got nothing after. No email that is shipped out. It is partly my fault for not making an account but there is no way to check the status of your order without and account or emailing customer service. Most websites have a way to check your order even if you didn't create and account. I would have really liked to track the package since I am shipping jewelry through the mail. I am satisfied with the product but the experience with checking on my order could have been better.

  The ring I bought my other half was beautiful. Riddles has had gorgeous jewelry. However, the customer service my fiancé and future mother in law received was terrible. The agent was rude to my fiancés mother when she had questions and needing clarification on the ring her daughter may be receiving. I would recommend riddles for their jewelry and quality, but I would not recommend ever buying from them to get commission. I would recommend buying online.

  I stopped into Riddles Jewelry in Rimrock Mall to see if something could be done to make my wedding ring fit a little better. It was getting loose but I did not want it sized smaller. I was worried it would not slip over my knuckle if it was. I had purchased a few pieces of jewelry in there previously but not this particular ting. Mckenzie remembered me, called me by name and was so kind to take care of me. She inserted a gold adjustable piece inside my ring and I was so pleased. I was in and out in 15 minutes with a perfectly fitting ring. I will continue being a customer of Riddles Jewelry.

  My husband and I visited Riddle’s a week ago. Their selection of jewelry is beautiful. We took the tour and learned all about Black Hills jewelry. How it came to be and the process of which it is made. We purchased my Black Hills Gold ring that I absolutely love. But the most important thing is the customer service, knowledge and professionalism of Dominic. He is top notch. By far an excellent asset to Riddle’s and their customers.   I sent my watch in for repair. A black hill gold watch that a couple of the leaves on the face had fallen off in the crystal. It looked like it might not have been able to be repaired. However the repair department was able to make it look brand new. It now has a second chance. It is beautiful. Thank you Tammi and Savannah. I am so impressed with their customer service.
