  Website & ordering=3 star. Easy to order and products explained well. Order came quick and was packaged nicely. Items should be checked for quality control before being sent. Both earrings had loose stones before ever being out of the box. Store=5 star Brought them to my local Riddles (Mankato MN). They were able to tighten the stones on the spot and apologized that the earrings were sent in subpar condition.

  I love my black hills gold ring and knowing that it comes from a very well established jeweler that is actually located in the black hills makes it even more special. The ring looks exactly as pictured, shipping was fast and I appreciated that they used the USPS, I find them much more reliable than the other carriers. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I love my black hills gold ring from Riddles.

  Nick and the team did an amazing job bringing my ideas to life with a couple of pearl necklaces. They went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I envisioned.   Stunning ring! Absolutely perfect! I was nervous about ordering online without seeing it first, but it was worth it! I even ordered a second one. I’m very happy. Shipping was fast, but the order processing does take a month. That’s the only downside of trying to patient!

  My fiance and I came in looking for engagement rings, we drive specifically from CO to come check y’all out. Devin was truly amazing. He was respectable, respectful, knowledgeable, funny and not pushy one bit. We found the perfect ring, and could not be happier. He even shared with us the history of Riddler’s which brought me peace knowing yall are family owned and care about your product, but also your employees. Can’t wait to pick it up next weekend!!   Once I found what I wanted, selecting rize and checkout were pretty easy. I wish there was a pickup option for my locat store, instead of waste the shipping to come down the street. Literally I am less than a 5 min drive to a riddles store. Would've been happy to pick it up. Lol

  Our Riddles experience was an absolute pleasure. We worked with a wonderful lady at the Mankato jewelers named Jasmine. She was very attentive to our needs and provided us with confidence when purchasing an engagement ring. My finance and I decided to design an engagement ring. The process was incredibly smooth. Riddles had all the best intentions and paid close attention to detail, quality, and our preferences. We also learned a lot, as Riddles was very open and ensured we understood everything. Working with Riddles was the best decision we could have made and would highly recommend them to family and everyone we know! Their kindness, support and patience was above excellence. Jasmine did a fantastic job and made our experience very pleasant

  I wish I could give 7 stars! This company has stellar employees. I reached out to see if they could use my elk ivory. I received a text from a person and was able to send pictures and ideas back and forth. I received my ring today. The packaging and boxing of the ring was AMAZING. They even sent back my ivory they did not use. Noah you rock! Thanks to all of you I have a token I can have forever!

  I have had nothing but the BEST service as a new customer to Riddles! The gals spent quality time with me as I picked out a couple pieces of jewelry. They honestly shared my excitement when I purchased my new anniversary ring! Literally the second time I came in I was greeted by name! Exceptional!!! These girls go out of their way to be helpful! I love how they want to show me all this beautiful jewelry but never pushy. This is the kind of service that will bring me back again & again!!!

  My boyfriend and I had Matthew Z. Taking care of us at Gateway Mall in Lincoln to replace my boyfriend’s necklace that he lost and Matthew went above and beyond for us! He was also extremely kind and very helpful! Not only that but the chain we originally wanted was out of stock and instead of having to wait and order one, he helped find us an even better chain so we could walk away with a better version of the necklace we lost! He was awesome, I hope to have Matthew Z. Again when my boyfriend and I go back for more jewelry! I have the best experiences at Riddle’s!

  Caleb and Tom at the Shiloh Crossing location took extreme care to make sure that they corrected the issues another location let pass when our engagement ring was delivered. Tom listened to our concerns and made sure everything was addressed without making us feel pushy or annoying. Caleb went so far as to hand-fabricate a tool to polish/buff the ring where it was missed previously and worked at length to fix other errors and imperfections in the ring. The ring looks spectacular now and looks like it should’ve the first time. Caleb and Tom have my trust and my confidence in their professionalism.
